I would give it no star their customers service not great Ive been calling their office since 9Am today it more than 2 hours later and still getting the answering service they open but to busy to pick up their office phone they said to keep calling until I can get them it Friday.. good luck right... and I guess have nothing else to do but sit here on the phone even tho I am a single mom of 3 a toddler a 2 school age kids ๐ ๐ ๐ yeah call until lol
The worst services ever, I have 3 days trying to get them at the phone and when I finally get them , a staff refuses to provide services, very quickly and did not listen, horrible services, it must be closed for ever.
Called for three weeks straight only getting the answer service each time. Answering service REFUSES to forward anything to office staff although it would only lead to a fax coming through with patient request or a message on a tablet. This is outrageous as this was specified on my daughters referral. Im beyond enraged as my daughter is continuing virtue learning with no glasses, unable to see most of the work. She would have been a new patient!
I took my son years ago and they were good. My issue now is I canโt get a hold of them. Iโve been calling for a whole week to make an appointment and โthey canโt come to the phone right nowโ every time. So, when exactly โcan you come to the phoneโ?
They changed locations & numbers . How were patients supposed to know that . I called as soon as they were supposed to open on Friday which is 8:30am but they didnโt turn off the answering service till after 9 . The receptionist says theres no appointments for the day , how is that possible when I went through the trouble of getting 2 referrals ? Then they tell me to come in so weโre being treated as walkins. Been here 3 hours . I couldโve went food shopping for my family & then came . Doctors offices are so inconsiderate of peopleโs time . People especially kids shouldnโt be in a doctors office all day
They change location, they donโt call the patients I took my kids out of school I arrived and they told me that Iโm not in the system my kids have to come back another day... I live in bayonne and the receptionist Aida gives a bad attitude. So sad for the service
I went to this place for first time with my son but l chosen them for me because l like how friendly the staff are with the patients, very friendly and l feel very comfortable.
WORSE Service EVER!!My daughter eyes were seriously injured due to a toxic chemical squishy toy on April 6th where she was rushed to East Orange Hospital ER. As i called to make her an appointment to see a specialist, I came across Childrenโs Eye Care Center. I spoke to a lady named Candy. As i expressed to Candy over the phone how serious my daughter eye injury was and how URGENT she needed to be seen. She made our appointment for 1230pm after validating insurance over the phone. Once my daughter and I got there around 1220. I seen that a Hispanic lady had wrote her 2 sons name on the pad for an appointment at 145pm. I asked if they go by appointment time and Jennifer stated that they go by the order of the sign in and appointment time. I expressed to her that my daughter has a serious injury that need to be taken care of right away and that her appointment was for 1230 and since we were there before our appointment time itโs only right that she is seen before the 2 sons that had an appointment after my daughter. Jennifer statement was โoh she mustโve signed the wrong timeโ. How can you sign 145pm at 1220 as a wrong time? This had to be a joke. But anyways so i waited patiently with the non chalant treatment as Jennifer came up with an insurance discrepancy and would not see my daughter until it was resolved. After sitting there for over an hour trying to resolve the matter and my daughter being in so much pain with sever damage to her eye, Candy and Jennifer alerted me that the insurance was fixed and that Jayda was Finally NEXT! As Jayda and I patiently waited again as the time was now 2pm the eye doctor called on another little kid that came way after my child instead of seeing my daughter!! Now Iโm upset and hurt for my daughter, I asked Candy why did that child go in front of my daughter and Candy went to go find out why and came back and said because at first you had an issue with the insurance. I said to her but the issue was resolved what do that have to do with you saying she was next and being seen? She was loss for words as Jennifer showed no kind of emotions to care. How my daughter and I felt? We felt judged! No one of our race walked into the doctor office which i was ok with because my daughter and I are very friendly individuals who gets along with any race. This specific office was a Hispanic office and we are African Americans. The treatment from start to finish was indeed Horrible! My daughter injury was never attended too. There was no sympathy for her from the 2 ladyโs. They were friendly and laughing with their โregularsโ and anyone else that walked in there of their kind. I told them we are leaving because this makes no sense! Do you think they cared? They were so happy to send my child and I off as if we didnโt even belong there. I would NEVER visit that office again. Iโm not saying they are racist or it was racist treatment but they only showed they cared for their own kind! I asked for the manager and I was told i need to call back on Thursday there is no manager present. My child has been through more than enough pain from her injury to her eye and this was what I least expected.
When I went to pick my glasses the lady that was in charge of that was disrespectful. She made my visit horrible.
