Dr. Mann himself is a very good Dr. but billing is horrible and is a money grab. I think sometimes double billing occurs. They won’t allow you to cancel an appointment but will charge you when they make the appointment for you and you cancel. Please do better in billing. I do my research before paying any bill especially if I don’t agree with it. I have trying to speak with someone in the office to discuss it. No return phone call yet!!

He is a true professional and shows a deep concern for his patients. He has saved my vision and I would recommend him to those in need. Have been seeing Dr. Mann for many years. The office staff is on top of things: friendly, courteous, professional, organized, knowledgeable, timely and Dr. Mann is always professional, pleasant, and very patient oriented. He amazes me with the information he can just supply on a whim. An exceptional doctor with a very competent staff.

Kept us on hold for 45 minutes after a referral trying to schedule an appointment. Gave us attitude on the phone and kept telling us they dont accept medicare even though that isnt the insurance we were trying to use.

Dr. Mann has taken excellent care of my vision. I have a rare retina condition that has to be constantly monitored, and at time requires injections into my eyes. Dr. Mann and his staff always ensure that the procedure is done as quickly as possible. And also that I am comfortable before, during, and after.

I can not recommend Dr Mann enough! He is the only doctor I have ever had who pushes for answers and doesnt give up. He fights for his patients. I have been going to Dr Mann for about five years now. There tends to be a lengthy wait in the waiting room but thats because he gives each patient quality care. If youre looking for a retina specialist hes your best choice!

Doctor Mann is efficient and most willing to help with whatever needs to be done. He takes the time to explain everything.He treated my dad with the respect he deserved, with the compassion and the patience that he needed.He takes care of my problems with due diligence. Follows up with me on problems, and offers help wherever he can.He will also be treating my daughter.3 generations of pleased patients.

Dr Mann and his staff are exceptional. I have trusted them with my eye care needs for years. He is thorough, efficient, and not only remembers the details of my eye concerns from one appointment to another but asks about me as a person. There is no one else I would trust my eyes with. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr Mann and his staff are very professional and supportive. The one time I was worried about recovery from a treatment over a weekend, I called his service and he returned my call a few minutes later. He told me exactly what to watch out for and how to contact him directly if I needed him to meet me at the office. I felt very reassured and well cared for.

Everyone in the office is very nice and helpful. Dr. Mann takes the time to explain what is going with your eyes and what steps to take next. He explains the results of the tests that are done before he sees you by the technicians so you know exactly what to expect. He is direct but pleasant and knows what hes doing.

Outstanding physician. I have been seeing him for years. He has done several procedures that preserved or restored my vision. He follows up regularly to insure my vision is stable and to monitor for warning signs of trouble. I will keep going to him.

Dr. Mann has been taking care of my eyes for 10 years. He moved his office and now I drive 105 miles to see him because he has taken such good care of me. He is very professional and really puts his patients first. Thanks to Dr. Mann I can see, drive and enjoy life.

Dr. Mann and his staff are awesome. I take my father in law there on a regular basis. If not for Dr. Mann my 86 year old father in law would be totally blind. Only thing is, its a lengthy process, but he and his staff are helping so many people!

Dr Mann is an excellent doctor and cares for his patients. He has answered all my questions. I have had numerous injections in my one eye and Dr Mann keeps discomfort to a minimum.

The doctor himself is a good physician but I was recently sent a bill and refused an appointment after claims that I had not paid a $300 bill from 2012- Five years ago!!! I have been twice a year since then with no mention of any outstanding balance and have no other unpaid bills. The person making these claims is new and I cant prove that I paid a bill from five years ago and the office staff are unyielding and unhelpful. I will get my records and go elsewhere.

Extremely money hungry. He doesnt care about his patients only the money. He will charge you any time you cancel an appointment even if its a week ahead. He charges a fee for rescheduling. He will NOT see you if you have a balance or dont have your co-pay. The office starts calling patients at 7:30am to remind you of appointments

I was supposed to have my 2nd appointment today and Dr Mann insisted they cancel my appointment because they couldn’t find my insurance payment. I faxed over my EOBs 2 days earlier of which I was told were initially never received. I sat on the phone with their billing office while my insurance told them that a direct EFT payment was made to them on 4/17/2018. They were going to research and get back to me yesterday. I had to call back after about 4hrs because no one called me back, and I had another insurance rep on the phone with me who confirmed again they paid. The billing manager also confirmed they did get the EOBs I sent earlier. I inquired if I could still keep my appointment since they have been told the payment was sent and now they have another EOB on hand that shows payment, I was told no. Dr Mann won’t see me until they find the payment. I called again this morning before my scheduled appointment and was told they still don’t have it resolved and I still can’t keep my appointment but they’ll reschedule me. No thanks. I’m being inconvenienced because you can’t find a payment?! No worries, I’ll find another Retina Specialist.UPDATE 3/5/2019 - Dr office has turned me over to collections because they cant pick up the phone and let the insurance company (UHC) know that they cant figure out how to find/retrieve an electronic payment. Ive spent several hours on the phone with their office and my insurance company. My insurance company even reissued a paper check and they still cant find it or call to have it reissued. Or better yet, call me to tell me it still hasnt come in. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD AND ALL THATs HOLY - DO NOT TAKE OR LET YOUR ELDERLY PARENTS SEE THIS DR OFFICE. Im sure Dr Mann is wonderful, their billing practice is awful and Im sure they are taking advantage of these poor patients who dont know any better.
