One of My fav goodwill location and I’ve been to a lot. Nice friendly staff! Great! Clean and organized! Well kept!

Broken junk, overpriced ridiculousness and rude staff (2 wonderful ladies though) It used to be fun, not going back.

Great deals, friendly staff, Benjamin in particular is always helpful and super friendly. Only complaint is that I wish the clothes were sorted by size on the racks.

This was to drop off donations. Because of COVID 19 they are not taking furniture.

Store gets bed bugs. Staff told they can leave because there is nothing they can do only to be told when they call to see when they can return to work they are fired for job abandonment? SHAME ON YOU!

I ALWAYS shop the Good Will store @ County Club Plaza! Prices are GREAT! And you get good service. But anyways when youre shopping there, youre helping others. 😊

I always find something when I shop at store the store is clean and clothes are neatly hung with no clothes off the racks. The tab discount is great.

People are nice but the bathroom in this particular Good Will is filthy. Prices seem to be higher also.

Well organized and has a great variety of stuff. I like this location best over fairview heights because of quality and style of items.

Loads of clothes, most of the non-clothes things are usually busted or really, really old. Not a whole lot of good furniture at any given time.The store is great but it seems like its on the bottom rung of what store gets what merchandise.

They get in some good stuff but prices are outrageous sometimes.

Some cleaning up will help, location is very dirty. But the employees always speak. I love the sales, store just needs to get a cleaning service.

Clean and affordable on most items. Need more cashiers on registar instead of one checking people out and the other doing nothing but watching as the line grows larger. Otherwise, friendly

I love thrift shopping. Its quite probably my favorite pastime. As such, I have been in more thrift stores than I can count...Goodwills, thrift shops, consignment stores, Salvation Armys, etc....and this Goodwill is my favorite out of any of them for a few reasons;1. They have several aisles of home decor/brick a brack/furniture...ie items other than clothing. A lot of thrift stores have tons of clothes and almost no stuff...this one has oodles of stuff.2. Speaking of the stuff...this store is always FULL of returns/past season Target merchandise. Its like they get huge shipments of discarded (but perfectly fine, still in the packaging) items that Target is getting rid of to bring in the new seasonal stuff. I have bought several Target lamps, lampshades, and home decor, all still in the original packaging for less than 70% of the original price. Its insane!3. The prices are the best Ive found for the quality of product. More and more Im finding thrift stores charging actual store prices for their products...I dont go to thrift stores to pay big box prices for things, so I am super happy that this Goodwill has actual thrift store prices. I bought a like new authentic Michael Kors leather tote there for $20 last week! And a brand new, still in the plastic 8x10 area rug for $30! Their prices cant be beat.4. They turn over product super fast. I go about twice a week and there is ALWAYS new stuff.5. The staff is super awesome and nice. They also will help you load big things into your car which not every store will do.Definitely, definitely check this Goodwill out. Like I said, I go at least twice a week and always find something amazing!

The store policy regarding protecting their employees is a joke. There is unprofessionalism and favortism. If there is an issue with an employees ethic or performance, it should be dealt with in accordance to the companys statute not harrassement. I am reporting them to the BBB because this behavior is the precedent to a hostile work environment.
