The actual machine is pretty good. The facility has been acceptable but they do not following billing instructions and will not listen--I think I was just hung up on.What is good is their accommodating time and what is old is their facility but again you can decide. It is not a pleasant atmosphere.I do not recommend and will not return.

I feel so at ease with the staff members. Very personable on the phone and in person. Quite a pleasant atmosphere.

I had an appointment today for my very 1st MRI. The front desk intake lady was very warm & welcoming. After my MRI was complete, I inquired with the Radiology tech about just exactly what all an MRI shows. He took the time to educate me & didnt seem bothered in the slightest to take the additional time to explain things. I would highly recommend this place.

The staff is very friendly and the doctor is very kind however the smell of this facility is disgusting as it smells like old urine. The facility is filthy. The dressing room was absolutely digusting with dust and dirty all over the floor. The floors were filthy and the MRI machine smelled of bad breath odor. If it wouldnt have been for the lack of cleanliness of this facility they would have received a five star rating. Really needs facility cleaned up, and the flower beds outside need to be weeded. Looks dumpy and unprofessional.

No long wait time & staff was warm & friendly & answered all my questions.
