My sister-in-law brought me here one morning when I was visiting over the holiday and I was able to try the class for free. It was GREAT, the workout was quick and effective and the class and teacher were wonderful. The instructor remembered everyone by name, jumped in to help perfect poses and kept the energy up. I dont typically feel that workout instructors are very approachable (just my opinion) but I felt like the instructor here really was! I would highly recommend and wish they had one in my neck of the woods!

Ive been going to Fast Fitness since September. I absolutely LOVE it!! The trainers are fabulous and they go above and beyond to make sure you are getting fit and doing it safely too. I am now down 15lbs and I feel STRONG! I still have more to lose but I know Fast Fitness with guide me every step of the way. The workout is only 30 minutes a day and everyday is a new workout. Not only are there fabulous trainers, there are also fabulous people just like YOU! I have met the most kind and supportive group there can be at a boot camp. Their support is inspiring and motivates you to push yourself during your 30 minute workout and keeps you accountable (which I need). Thank you to my new Fast Fitness Family!

There is so much that I love about Fast Fitness Boot Camp! First of all, it is fast. Your workout is done in 30 minutes. It is an excellent full body cardiovascular and strength building workout and it is different everyday. You will find no boredom here. I also appreciate the weight loss support and accountability. It works! You cant beat the people at Fast Fitness Boot Camp. They are fun and they care!

Advertise free 6 weeks then if you like the program to sign up.. but when you walk through the door they ask for a 500.00 refundable deposit under extreme circumstances.. very poor business practice. If you advertise a service for free it better be free for the amount of time you advertised it for.

I absolutely LOVE working out here! Never the same workout and only 30 minutes long! The workouts are something anyone can do even if you havent worked out in years. Weekly weigh ins keep us accountable + trainers who are there to help you succeed = SUCCESS!

I have been working out consistently for almost 3 years, but I was getting frustrated because I wasnt seeing results anymore (and hadnt been for a long time).I feel like my batteries are recharged since coming here! This place has become my second home and I love it! The workouts are always changing, so Im never bored. 30 minutes is the perfect amount of time to get your butt kicked but its short enough so that you dont have an excuse to skip your workout. Chad is motivating and hands-on and the other bootcampers are always so motivating and supportive. Ive only been going for a short time and I can already see results!

I saw a Facebook ad about the 6 week bootcamp option, and decided to see what it was about. I had been intermittently trying to work out at home on my own with yo-yo success and failures. It isnt the cheapest, but you get so much more out of it than you do at a larger gym. The camaraderie and the cheerleading by the other members is unparalleled. You feel this sense of inclusion as you are all in it for the same reason- to become the best version of yourself. My 6 weeks is up, and Ive decided to continue my fitness journey here. I havent lost a crazy amount of weight in a short time, but I have lost some, Ive lost some inches and Ive gained some endurance. Im also gaining a new set of friends who have the same goals as me. The coaches are amazing and the one on one attention you get for your personal success is just what I needed. If youre looking for accountability, new challenges and new friends- this is the place for you .

I started in November 2014, right before the holidays. I told myself if I can do this and better eating through two major holidays, I can do anything! I am 22lbs down and feeling more energetic than ever before! They hold you accountable and help you every step, jump, & plank through your journey!

Dangerous, deceptive, and exceptionally poor value.1) I naively thought that they collected medical history in order to help you work out safely. WRONG! They use it in case you are injured NEAR where you have EVER had an injury (even a long time ago) to claim your injury is preexisting so that their injury clause doesnt go into effect. EVEN if the injury was caused by their trainer insisting that you do something that is unsafe for you!2) That free bootcamp offer. Not only does it require a $500 payment. They will lie to you. Say 80% of people get it back. That all you have to do is follow the workout plan and an easy to follow diet plan (that leaves you feeling weak and shakey, dizzy, and starving, and not really safe to drive or even pick up young children) and lose a few percent of your body weight (Anyone can do it!) -- to oh no, you had to lose 6% of your body fat or a minimum of 25 lbs. And very few people are able to do that...and over 6 weeks while starving yourself and getting dizzy during workouts, it just doesnt work. They lie. If you are planning on signing up with them read the contract very carefully. As it probably doesnt say what you are told it does. And keep in mind that they will weasel out of their own clauses anyway if it benefits them! They also heavily incentivize positive reviews by giving extra credit for reviews and check ins on social media. Especially Facebook. So keep that in mind when looking at reviews.3) Poor value. Alright, so you arent signing up for the bootcamp. You just want the workouts. They cost $1800/yr. You are stuck in that contract no matter what. Move, job loss, you are injured (they give you time to recover, but you still pay a year -- and they probably say that clause is void too if you have ever had an injury near where your new injury is...see point number 1).So even though that is 50% more than many private workout facilities. They have pretty much nothing other than a rubberized carpet and equipment that you use when told, and arent maintained in the best condition. Weights are often lose, which can mess up balance, and many of the boxing gloves have Velcro that constantly comes off. If told about them they may be set aside for your session, but they go right back in the box for the next class.More convenient classes that are there when you need them? No. Another thing that dont tell you about until after you sign up. You need to sign up to each class in advance. And so if you are stuck in traffic on your way home, you just lost your workout credit. Plus around holidays they will cancel all of their evening and early morning classes.Seriously McKendree RecPlex and several YMCAs are not very far down the road. Both have much smaller class sizes. Both allow you to pay monthly with no commitment. Both have FAR more amenities and equipment in better shape. And both are half the cost for an ENTIRE family membership (including classes, pool, an ice rink or sauna (varies by facility), changing/shower rooms, child care, etc. In addition to a number of other work out facilities, which just cant be this bad and are likely not anymore than this one.Pick any place else!
