BE Ware !!!!!!The worse experience with this Dr. I had great review after first session she saw us. But right after that things went down the drain. She prescribed 2 meds without checking my mom was already taking that medication in lower dose. and when there were awful dangerous adverse reactions ( blood pressure 90/44 She stops them with NO explanation. Then she disappeared and hid behind her office staff who have zero compassion and professionalism. (Specially Angela who calls herself office manager and she’s not!). You cant even speak with her for another two months.....!I’m changing this Dr. Looking for someone I can trust and talk to ..... BE Ware!!!!

Amazing doctor!!! She is one of the kindest doctors youll meet. My dad was in Clara maass hospital for two weeks and she always stopped in and made sure he knew exactly what was going on and kept my sister and I in the loop. Not many doctors have good bed side manners these days but Dr. Defranco is so down to earth and a great doctor! You are in GREAT hands! :)
