I have been going to her for over 20 years. She is great person and Doctor. Takes the time to listen to you. However she needs to get more staffs , since I guess they either overwork or needs someone to organize the office and staffs. They dont let you know about your blood result,. Plus they have done the EKG wrong,. leading to inaccurate reading. Which lead into seeing a heart Doctor unnecessarily . Her waiting area and inside her patients area is not as clean as it use to be. Unfortunately as much as I like her, looking for another Doctor

When you can get an appointment with her, shes good, but her staff and the way that office is run is terrible. they cancel appointments without notification and then say they called, its a pain to get a callback if you get one at all, its difficult to get answers, and thats just to name a few. the staff turnover there is very high, so Im not sure if its because theyre overworked or what is going on. unfortunately the Dr. is not enough to keep me as a patient when 90% of the interactions are with the staff and its always a headache.

Dr. Is good and takes her time with patients. However her staff isnt as professional they are not organised, I really miss the old lady she had before in 1999 she did everything on her own and was on point, sweet and responsible. This new staff dont get back to you with blood works and other pending paper work. They dont care about patient first, patient satisfaction and patients health. They book your appointments a month to month basis when they know you need to see the Dr. They decide for the Dr. You can never get to speak with Dr. On your results. Its the staff that tells you something that isnt right. Im really looking to find another primary Dr. Anyone have any suggestions?

She is what I call a real Dr. Not to may of them left.Its all about the patient. The staff is great. Been her patient for over 15 years trust her with serious health decisions.

She is wonderful and takes time with her patients

I will never understand how an office operates when they dont answer the phone or call anyone back.

Worst Doctor EVER....
