Very friendly staff!!! At the lowest point of my life the Staff made me feel very welcomed and at ease with making arrangements for my mother.. they were very patient and honored all of our wishes..

I cannot say enough about using this company. My father passed away and am so glad I found them They were caring and so helpful going well above and beyond. It was surprising how insensitive other places were when I called them inquiring about services. I can honestly say they made this process so much easier for me. I haven’t even gotten to talk about the price!! So much less expensive than others and they didn’t nickel a dime me either. My father was a veteran and they coordinated everything for me at no extra charge while other companies wanted an additional fee. They responded quickly my questions and even managed to get me prayer cards that I forgot all about the day of! I’ve referred them to others and would highly recommend them.

They are very caring, professional, and helpful! Most of all they are very reasonable on prices for families who don’t have much. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for your outstanding service!!!!

I would recommend this place. They are very nice and caring. They followed up with me a couple weeks after I was there to see how me and my family were doing. The prices are very affordable and they dont pressure you to purchase more than you want or can afford.

Mr. Williams and the (Metro East Mortuary) staff did and excellent job working with my family with the sudden loss of my Father Mr. Coleman. He worked with us financially and more to be able to send my dad off in the best way. I bought the clothes and the staff did the rest bringing my vision together for my dad’s blues music themed viewing. I am forever grateful for them and especially the sweet Ms. Keyonna (Mr. Williams daughter) who was a true sweetheart and very kind.

I had the best experience with Metro East Mortuary. They were professional yet so compassionate from preplanning to death of love one shortly there after. They were able to answer questions about paperwork and called me back immedialey when I needed them. They contacted my family after receiving ashes of loved ones. THEY WERE GREAT. I felt my loved one was in loving hands.

Amazing experience. Very professional. Caring. Thoughtful. Highly recommend.I live out of state and metroeast service was so helpful and efficient. I had just traveled over 1100 hundred miles after being with a family member for a week at the hospital only to get home to a computer that had gone completely out. I not only needed death certificates for her but also some from her husband ,along with a memorial charm. Metroeast(charisse) without any hesitation took it upon themselves to find these items for me. I couldnt believe how compassionate and helpful they were. I recieved everything in perfect condition. I would highly recommend Metroeast Mortuary. Our dear brother was in a nursing home and his cerebral palsy took control of his body. After spending 10 days in the hospital and 10 days in hospice he passed away very peacefully. We are out of state and dear sweet Charisse and Elizabeth made it possible to finalize our brothers funeral. Even in the early morning of his passing, they went above and beyond to stayed in touch throughout the next 72 hours. He was brought back to us quickly, so our family could have some peace. They are so kind and compassionate and even checked on us to see how we were doing. It is hard enough to lose a loved one and with Covid and being so far away it was next to impossible to imagine having to plan a funeral. Thanks to the good, kind people of Metroeast Mortuary, our family is at peace and feel as if our brother was taken care of with dignity. Our family will be forever grateful. When my mother past away suddenly this year the family and I were left not knowing what exactly to do in order to fulfill her wishes in the case of her passing. What we found is not all mortuaries are the same nor do they go that extra mile in order to the make one of the worse moments in your life a little easier to navigate. I would like to start by saying that when I first went to Metro East Mortuary it was a new experience for me not every day that my parents would pass away they were so caring and so compassionate and not once did they try and sell me anything or my mother and they came when they came to pick up my dad they were totally respectful for him and they set up The Cremation they set up pick up the death certificate and what was really really important was that they set up the funeral services so that my dad could have a full military honors funeral and It took so much off of my mom and I and my other siblings. I cannot thank the people at Metro East Mortuary enough theyre excellent and caring and compassionate and its the kind of people that you want to work with when you dont want to really work with anybody theyll help you through each and every stage and I appreciate them and my whole family appreciates them more than we can say.. WOW!!! They are a great staff. Shen Williams is great a what is job is. The staff was very professional, very caring and over all made me feel like I was family. The whole team took there time handle my hand and walked through to whole process with no problems. The arrangements for my love one was mind blowing in the best way. When my mom passed, they made a tough time easier. We recomended them when my friends mom passed as well and everything went just as smoothly. I hate that we needed to use them on 2 ladies who were so young but they made this process easier when we needed them.
