Carmel Brown is truly the best of the best. I’ve seen many counselors/therapists and have never found one to be any more than a listening ear, and I gave up all hope in counseling being a viable option. My workplace brought her in to provide counseling and I am so grateful to have crossed her path. Carmel gave me perspective, solutions and confidence. I can’t say enough positive things. In one talk she helped me overcome a situation that had been plaguing me. Thank you Carmel, you truly are amazing!

She is super professional! Not only have she helped me and my marriage she has also help a lot of my friends. She is amazing in what she does. The office is very clean. The staff are very helpful. Carmel Brown is a phenomenal professional counselor who has over 13 years of experience and it shows! Her attention to detail and communication skills are superb. Carmel Brown is an excellent counselor I met her in a time in my life when I was going through a separation. Carmel Brown was able to help me turn my life around and face a lot of my fears that I never thought I was fearful of and didnt have to worry about anyone judging me. My first experience was less than I had hoped. I was referred by a friend clergyman, My initial contact was requesting an appt via their website today 7/20/18. I made clear in my request my info. I missed a same day call back that said if youre still interested in making an appt call us back Which I did on the same day (7/20/18) .The lady who answered the phone was not able to find me in the system, then asked me to tell her why I wanted to see a therapist when I explained to her that I am at work and not desiring to go into detail about my personal life over the phone in public, she suggested I call back when Im not at work. I believe my work hours and the office hours at the clinic are similar thereby making this a much more difficult process than necessary. I am disappointed (and also still needing counseling) unfortunately for me...I guess.

I went to Carmel and it was one of the best decisions I made she made me feel comfortable and was very attentive to my concerns and observant. I will certainly go back to her when I get the Opportunity.
