Went to get my Spa Facial done. The lady who did my facial was good but I asked her about extractions. She stated that she was not able to do that. I mentioned it at the check out stating that I was not aware of her not being able to do that over the phone making my appointment. They were not apologetic about this. If I would have been informed over the phone then I would have picked a different day to come in.

I had a wonderful experience here! It was my first time getting a professional waxing, besides my eyebrows.Very relaxing, quiet atmosphere.Kendra was so friendly and helpful. They even took my coat at the door! She made sure I knew about all the info about services I expressed interest in.Melinda made sure I was comfortable and was kind to indulge my nervous small talk! I got my rear waxed today and I have nothing but glowing praise. The entire process was quick and virtually painless, and the aftercare was excellent. I’m gonna ask for Melinda personally next time.

Very, very relaxing! I got a prenatal massage, facial and pedicure! Very good quality for the price. Everyone was very sweet and met my needs. Will absolutely be coming again!

Elite should not be in the name. I left with the same amount of stress as I came in with. Loud crying kids and women in a “spa”. There’s nothing peaceful about hearing others conversations and kids while trying to relax during a facial. I received a professional facial in the past and what I received felt like someone just rubbing on my face. The product is suppose to soak into the skin and not be rubbed off with a rough towel after application. The massage was rough and I was constantly tugged on while being lectured on breathing. The massage area is in a basement behind washer and dryers which was not a pleasant site to see. The mani and pedi was not absolutely horrible since the lady was sweet however the quality was below average. I could have went to any nail parlor and would have received adequate service. Never again in life will I go to this place nor would I recommend it. The website is misleading on luxury when it’s a solid 3/10.

My first time with the Brazilian wax and i must say it wasnt as bad as most people say 😅 although it was an eye popping experience my technician made sure i was comfortable and relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole experience...i will be returning for my touch up in 6 weeks

You all do a great job on my wifes hair. But why do you never answer the phone or return voicemails. You are loosing 2 customers because of this. Im sure you are really loosing alot more. Wake up and answer your phone and return voicemails. Oh and your schedule online doesnt work!

Great place for a gift to treat someone or yourself (everyone needs an occasional me day.) Get away from every day busy life and be pampered at this relaxing spa! Massage, manicure, pedicure, facial and hair care services are all offered. Its a very clean establishment, service is good, and its always a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend!

PLEASE READ (my first review ever): Elite is NOT so elite. I left my appointment stressed out not relaxed. Isnt leaving relaxed the point?I was given the package gift of massage, manicure, and pedicure at Elite from someone close to me. I made a scheduled appointment on Saturday. The massage was great, but the manicure and pedicure from a different person was a nightmare!The woman doing the work spent less than half the time she was supposed to, and played on her phone while she was painting my nails. Before my nails were dry (and before the time ended that was paid for), I was forced to pick up all my things and move for someone else. There were no other seats, so I decided to leave instead of stand around. Of course my nails got messed up because no one helped me pick up my things (that was a first in my whole life!).I was so surprised after all the good reviews online. The person who gave me the gift called the store afterward, looking for a fair resolution, and was told the manager was out til Tuesday but would take a message and have them call. On Tuesday, no one called, so my gift giver called the store and tried to work it out with the manager.Unfortunately, Elite does NOT stand by their service. They feel a redo of the whole experience is not fair. They wont give a full refund or even a partial refund. They only offered that I could come back soon and they would fix my nails.I guess they dont care that this was a package gift, and was supposed to be a wonderful relaxing experience. Started out great but ended in disaster! If they respond to this review, I cant way to see how they spin this to make them look good.

I had a Spa Day for my Mothers Day Present this past Saturday. My massage was with Vanessa who was just amazing.. she helped me to relax in a way I never have and really worked out my tight muscles. My facial was amazing also. Definitely suggest this place!

Very rudeI went in to ask details about spa packages to gift my wife ( I was interested in the ultimate spay day ), all was good until I asked for a gift card and to take an empty card to keep with the brochure I tookExcept the receptionist was very rude about it and even started to discuss it and even said “go get an empty visa gift card “ and I’ll give you an empty gift cardso I asked to see the managershe went back and told her that I wanted a gift card and came back and told me that the manager is busy and she said it’s policy to not hand out empty cardsSo I asked again to talk to the manager so the receptionist simply answered that the manager is busy with another customer and it will be a whileSo I wait over 10 minutes to talk to her about the issue and how she dealt with me and her rudeness and then simply left after 10 minutesWell I will be taking my business elsewhereThank you for having a rude receptionist

Had my first ever massage here today and it was great! I wasnt sure what to expect and it was a very relaxing environment and all the workers are nice and friendly. I will be back and will recommend to others!

I arrived 15 minutes early, scheduled for the most upgraded pedicure but only received the standard pedi. I waited for 30 minutes for her to show up. After she finished, I waited a while. I was confused. She never returned. Apparently she left to cut someones hair in the salon. I went to the counter to pay. I was charged for the upgraded pedicure that I was scheduled for. I told her that I only had a standard pedicure and was confused because it was so quick and did not include any treatments or the leg massage. She said she has to charge for the upgraded pedicure. I will never return. Spread the word. Unprofessional scam artists work here.
