The owner Nathalie has been my stylist for almost 15 years I actually have followed her everywhere she went before she opened up her own salon! She’s amazing even booked her for my wedding day and of course she did amazing! She’s a perfectionist and takes her time making sure you look amazing yet is very efficient with her time. She uses all good products and have helped my hair stay healthy after many dyes etc for years. I absolutely recommend her & her staff .

It has been almost 2 weeks that i went to this salon and my hair still smells like the cream they used on my hair. And I tried 2 different shampoos!The girl that washed my hair... was way to rough (on my hair). She ripped a lot of my hair out .The owner basically burned my ends.... now they are super dried. Sorry but its not a salon that I would go to again. And I have good hair should have just gone to a diff salon.

HORRIBLE!! I have extremely curly hair and told her I only came in to trim an inch, but she cut off 2 inches. She burned my scalp and when I showed her, she said she probably looked away, she doesnt really know.... She also burned my hair and now it isnt reverting back because of how much heat she used. My hair has a disgusting burnt smell and I have sores all over my scalp. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!.....

Nathalie was my hairdresser for more than 5 years and I liked her a lot, but about 6 months ago I went to bleach my hair and I burned everything until my scalp had matured, she used volume 50 which I have spoken with real professionals and it is very high. # 1 I never told her I wanted to be a blonde all of a sudden. # 2 she spent the whole day on the cell phone # 3 even put her daughter on bleach # 4 the one who was practically monitoring the process was the one who washed my head at that time a girl with no experience in chemicals . # 5 I told him that I was burning in one part of my head and what he did was raise the bun up with a clamp and I do not check it, that bun I lost everything. At first she was bad and cooperative, I wanted to put everything on my head until I wanted to re-color myself after a few days and I did not leave her hair was red and orange so I left it because it did not take any color, the hair was like an elastic old man, I cut it almost to the neck and it was at the back and it was useless because it had been charred from the scalp. She told me that she had bought me special shampoo to go and look for it, because she knew that I didnt even want to see her and she was trying to find me, it turned out that she sent my mother for the famous shampoo and it was a lie it was for me to go and talk to my mother who was going to comb and take care of me and cut my hair FREE for 3 months, according to her at that time she was going to heal me and give me back my healthy hair. Well, it turns out that my mother convinced me the first week everything was fine, the second she already wanted to charge me for a treatment that even I took olaplex to the third week she charged me for the burnt hair trim and told me that all my hair was already healthy hahaha and the hair looked like wire and the saddest thing is that she and her employee made me feel like I was doing free. He did not care about the damage he did to me .. I decided not to return because it is difficult to feel that you are trusting when in fact they should treat you the best possible.
