New member of the gym... well new to working out in general. Almost everyone has been warm and friendly and encouraging on the new journey. Haven’t branched out to using the equipment yet, but the spin class and CrossFit at LoCo are superb! :)

I went there to think about a membership and I felt very uncomfortable as if the staff hated their job and didnt want to be there. Wont be back

I called to ask about their monthly fees. I waited a week before I had to try and call again after leaving a message.

I am a member. Joined in Kenton, but could not get in with my scanner, so 2 young gentlemen let me in. I wanted to see if yoihad a machine that Kenton didnt. And you do. I willbe back.

Open 24/7 so you can go anytime. They offer classes like Pound, Zumba and Flyfit. The entire staff is so friendly and are always willing to help you reach their goals. Highly recommend!!

I was a member for 4 years. The last 2 years have suffered quite a bit, due to new management and location change. I have had multiple problems with my key fob not working and messages to them being ignored. I have paid for training sessions I did not receive. My refund for the last 3 months I was locked out is being held hostage. I Thewill not get a refund for personal training sessions ( over $300), new location is smaller, cramped and smells like BO. I wouldnt want to be there at night anyway, sketchy and very few parking spots. Its a big money dump to revive downtown Bellefontaine and a total loss on customer service. Money over people. I will go to the YMCA or Ohio Fitness and Martial Arts.

Very friendly staff. Great advanced elliptical equipment. Lots of equipment I haven’t seen before but made my workouts even better. I like the fact they have cleaning spray and towels to use throughout your workout instead of getting little wipe out after each step of your workout.

It’s 24 hours. Bigger than most Anytime’s you will visit, and equipment that you actually use. Expanded functional training area. Teamed up with Crossfit downtown. Bigger and better things are coming as well. If you haven’t joined yet, I would recommend in joining soon to get better rates. Only getting better and bigger.

This gym, though convenient in location and hours, was a disappointment. The cost of membership is very pricey and the staff there are very rude. The staff hours are clearly listed, but you will rarely find staff there during the hours. This made it difficult for when I had questions about my membership or having visitors. The wifi is unreliable and the space feels very cramped. The machines they have there are very nice and top of the line which was appreciated, considering how much you pay for a membership. Even though the equipment was nice, that is not the only aspect I look for in a gym. I will not be renewing my membership here.

I have a membership and twice today I have called to have a question answered and no one answered the phone. Call one was at 11am and call two was at 4pm

Go there every day. Cant wait until Fitness Depot opens.

Love the gym people are just great , put your headphones on and work out thats all there is to it.

Expensive, if you work first shift then forget about trying to talk to someone or getting in to cancel your membership. Also on the contract they sneak in there that they will automatically resign you up if you dont go in and cancel it. Ridiculous.

Dont be a bigger man trying to workout during the day the trainers will make you feel horrible
