Very poor service. Hearing aides were a over priced piece of garbage. They add on extra charges for everything. Asked for my money back and they charged me another 450.00. Everything they told me was a lie. NEVER GO THERE!!!!!

Having been to the Marysville and Bellefontaine locations. I can say that the personnel at both places were kind and informative to my questions. Both places were very clean. Things were explained to me in a way I could understand. If I asked a question part way through something Dr. Smith was saying. She would stop immediately and respond to my question instead of finishing what she was saying first, then she would resume what she was talking about. I was also given multiple options for my hearing situation. I would recommend this business. Patrick Brown (Since my previous posting I have visited the office in Bellefontaine on 2 occasions. The first visit was to receive my hearing aids. The second visit was to fine tune them and install an app on my phone that controls the hearing aids. Both times I dealt with Dr. Khavaran, different personnel and some of the previous personnel (my 2 previous visits I dealt with Dr. Smith and the personnel at 2 locations). My experiences and opinion has not changed. The new to me doctor and personnel were also kind, informative, immediately stopped what they were doing to respond to my questions, etc.. Great service at Maze. They demonstrate a personal care for you. My wife and I both were fitted with hearing aids. I was also treated for an episode of vertigo successfully too. Continual follow-up care at no charge. I fitted hearing aids for 20 years myself, and have been impressed with their expertise, professionalism, and personal attention.

I’ve been a patient of Maze for a couple of years now and have been very pleased with their service from beginning to end. From the time you walk in the door you are treated as someone special, from the receptionist to the doctors I have never been disappointed. Even my last appointment they spent extra time due to some changes in my hearing and getting my hearing aids all set I would recommend them to anyone that needs hearing aids like in my situation they are great.

I became so frustrated and tired of beginning each sentence with huh or whats that . I knew too, that I was never schooled in lip reading, but was somehow becoming quite adept at it. This talent however, did nothing for the music of my grand sons voice or the spine melting purr of Rita Hayworth. Face it you old fart, the family curse caught me. Time to see the ladies at maze. Wow, from the smile of the receptionist to the knowledge of the Doctors, this place had it all. I never felt embarrassed because of my deafness, the up to date equipment measured my remaining hearing, and then the technology of their chosen hearing appliances brought the world of sound back to me in a clear and concise picture that I had forgotten existed. In a word, this gang is aMAZEing. Took my father to them immediately. Now that I could hear, I could not stand his ever present HUH, whats that...

The staff here are awesome I love coming here they all to a tremendous job I would recommend anybody to come.
