Hi usually I’m very pleased. My last 2 visits I wasn’t happy with. I didn’t see the doctor I normally see. Today I was feeling horrible and in so much pain I could barely walk. The doctor today didn’t seem to care and was rushing. When I told her I’m gonna just go to the ER she said make sure to tell them you have pain pills. First of all that offended me #1 I’m not a pill head#2 you can address that but not help me. I’ve been coming here for a few yrs it’s normally nice. The front office and the ppl that take my vital signs are amazing,awesome, and very professional. I hate to pay for a service and not be satisfied. I’m telling her something is different with what I’m feeling.

I have now had two epidurals from Dr.CThe first did not work but I am hopeful that the second will .The Dr and staff are amazing and incredibly helpful and kind .My Dr . Did not offer a referral here , a friend told me about Dr . C and staff and she was correct . She had all good to say .Just a. FYISometimes an epidural will work sometimes it will not it is very individual.An epidural is non invasive and I am the type of person that will try anything before having to have a back surgery . I’m glad I came here .It was easy to place my confidence in Dr. C and I recommend her 100percent .Thank you Dr C and staff .Wke

The doctor was outstanding. Felt better based solely on her conversation. My second visit to this clinic echoes the first. I wish this was a surgeon, I would gladly do surgery today. Very impressed.

Have called the last 3 days concerning my pain Mgmt. Been thru 2 injections and now water therapy. Nothing has helped. Choudhri has not called back. Left message at Bellaire office and now 2 with her Victoria office this past week with no response. They have put me with Dr Walton 3 times and Walton has left this office. The office tried to tell me they did not have Walton’s new phone number. Did not believe the nurse (guy) I talked to and told him so. Finally he got me a phone number that was not hers. Have been a patient for about 6 mos. and they have completely ignored me. Both offices said they left her messages to call me back, but no response. What kind of office are the running. Would not recommend them to anyone.Bob Culak

Doctor was very detailed while explaining my options. I felt very welcomed by both staff and doctors. My pain has also decreased and I’ve referred other people to this particular location. Highly recommend this facility to anyone who is suffering from any type of pain.

I was there for approximately 1 1/2. We covered quite a bit in that period of time. We discussed several knee injections, sciatic joint injections, moved up my pump. And made appis for all of these mentioned. Including pump refill.

The staffs are amazing and caring. The doctors are caring and will sit down with you and listen to you. Then they will explain to you what is going on and how they will help you feel better. Thanks so much!

My husband, Álvaro Garro has been a patient at your Clinic since 2019. On Friday July 9, 2021, I contacted the Clinic looking for an appointment for some recurrent back pain and he was given an appointment for the next Monday. After visiting with the doctor, he was scheduled for his next procedure within a week. All previous treatment results have been 100% effective. We are very much looking forward to this next procedure on Monday July 19.

Ive been thru 3 different pain mgmt Drs over the past 15 years and Dr. Mobeen Choudhri gets to the root of the problem without drugs. The staff members are WONDERFUL and you dont have wait but maybe 10 at the most 15 minutes to be seen. They are very organized and they dont over book patients so you rarely have to wait to be seen. I highly recommend Dr. Choudhri.

I took my mother here for a new patient appointment the facility was nice and the staff except the male nurse that took us back into the room and took my moms blood pressure, he needs better personnel hygiene its very unpleasant and was on his phone while my mom was explaining to him about her pain location not very professional. He stepped out of the room about 3 times not sure for what. The doctor was great she took the time to listen to my mom and answered all her questions.

I have been a patient for over 10 years. I was practically bedridden. Everyone working here has been wonderful. I am so much better almost perfect. My quality of life is great beyond my expectations. Between medications and branch blocks. My treatment i am thankful I have this group

Every single one I have had come into my examination room always takes their time to hear me out & then they do their very best to find a solution for me. They truly care about their patient’s well being. I honestly believe that every time I go we are getting closer & closer to my complete healing. I have been in this place for my back problems and fibromyalgia for many years.I regret that the clinic is no longer using a medication that has worked very well for me.I am trying a new one along with another medication that I’ve used for two months so far. They are supposed to be less addictive and good for painWe also need to go back to written prescriptions.I live in Northwest Houston where it borders by Cypress, Tx. It’s a long drive( 30 miles)! We can’t wait hours for prescriptions!They are saying that there will be times that the doctor won’t sign off for prescriptions until the end of the day!!I haven’t had to wait more than two hours so far...

Have been dealing with lower back pain for some years now with no significant solution. Was always hesitant to complete an injection, specially since Im still at a fairly young age. Procedure was quick, clean, and painless. 2 days after my injection, I was already feeling amazing! Providers and staff are amazing, caring and professional. Will not hesitate to come back if further treatment needed!

Went for pump refill,Sorita has light touch with needles, Im the biggest baby about needles ( ask DR Choudhri ) lol when Sorita injects the numbing meds it soooo does not hurt, love DR Choudhri DR Walton Sorita and the WHOLE staff❤️❤️

I had a standing appointment for 12:30 to see Dr. Choudhri. I waited in a room until 2:10 while she was outside the room where i was located laughing with her colleagues. This is totally unacceptable/ unprofessional and no patient should have to wait that long to be seen by a physician. I was referred by my rheumatologist and I recommended that any first time patients referred to this office think twice before making an appointment. If you value your time, DO NOT waste your time going to this physician.

Dr. Ben would roll over in his grave if he knew how that Clinic is being ran now. He was the most compassionate doctor I’ve ever known in my life! Now that he’s gone, it’s gone down hill fast! I went to him because of my chronic pain and that’s why I went there. I stayed with him for years. I left the clinic for two years because I decided that it was in my best interest to get off of the opioids. I had a car accident that affected my back and had to return to the clinic. That’s when I found out that Dr. Ben has passed away. The Clinic has taken on a “new” theory. If you’re not participating in procedures they don’t want you there as a patient. It’s all about the money and what’s more profitable. I was scheduled for a procedure but I was in so much pain from a bad gallbladder that I couldn’t take on anymore at that time so I canceled it. The doctor was angry and I told her that I had been approved for it and asked her why couldn’t she wait until I had the surgery. She made wild accusations about me not having my meds in my system right in front of my daughter. It was a fiasco! My chronic pain wasn’t bringing in enough cash. I was lied on and mistreated. I wouldn’t suggest this facility to my worst enemy!

They got me in and out with the speed of light, my appointment was at 9:30 I was in right on time and was thru and heading home at 9:50. Everyone is all so sweet and caring love my Doctors there.

The staff is really great it just take to long for medication to be sent to pharmacy. Due to fact I live in another county it very difficult to come back and forth then having to wait up to two hours at times.

I have been a patient at Greater Houston Interventional Pain Associates for over 10 years. I have seen improvements in your wait time for seeing a physician. Vast improvements in the cleanliness of the waiting area, along with the type of patients that were being seen. I give the doctors five stars for getting you in for procedures in a timely manner. It seems that there needed to be necessary changes made for the improvements. I am a pleased patient and would refer individuals to these knowledgeable physicians at anytime.

I had the shots put in my back and they got me in very quickly. they were very nice and explained everything before they started and while they were doing the procedure. And answered every question I had afterwards. Overall they are the best doctors I have seen in a long time. If not all about pushing pills. Its about helping you. Which they did and I appreciate it very much.

I had a good office visit today. The staff was very knowledgeable about every aspect of each individual’s responsibilities. They seem to be very competent. Their communication skills were great. Something I’m not accustomed to at my former Dr’s office. I really liked Dr Choudri, I think and hope we’re get along fine. I’m really pleased so far. This was my first visit today.

The office is following all CDC guidelines for Covid19. When you pull up you let them know youre there. I was able to go right in. It wasnt crowded at all and they are disinfecting everything constantly after each patient. Dr. Choudri has great bedside manners. Shes very informative and doesnt mind answering questions. I wasnt comfortable with a procedure that someone else recommended and she understood. Shes not one of those doctors that wants to do unnecessary procedures for financial gain. Her staff was very courteous.I so love angel, Joseline and Ameris.

I have been a patient of Dr. Benhamou since 2006 and have only good things to say about the Doctors and Staff. They treat me very well. I drive a long distance to see them because of their compassion and professionalism.Of course theres times when the waiting is long, but please remember that they are giving each of the patients their personal attention needed. You want them to treat you like that also... right? Then please treat them with respect as well. Practice patience, theres a lot of us they are trying to help

The team is so wonderful. I have been going here for a seven years. I was referred to dr B after my first surgery failed. After many different injections and procedures, Dr B sent me to a different surgeon to avoid a fusion . Although much more successful, i still struggle from pain from not only the original problem, but from new issues. The drs here do not give up and through a wide variety of different procedures, I now am able to live an active life. That doesn’t mean a pain free life, but much better than before. Although Dr B died a couple of years ago, Dr Chaudry and the new drs are as kind and caring as he was. I am now at a 1/3 of the medication that I used to take, but I also work hard at doing whatever it takes to stay in shape to keep in shape and I do anything they recommend to help me remain stable.

I have been a patient of GHIP for the past 10 years. There is no doubt that they are the best in the world. Doctors and staff are highly quilified and the most kind courteous you will find. I highly recommend GHIP for any problems you have the best in the business.

This place is nothing without Dr. BA nurse practitioner does not have the same expertise as a pain specialist. So why would I want to see a nurse practitioner? It is not cheaper or more convenient.It started out as you could be no more than 15 minutes late and if you were; your appointment would be cancelled. Now it’s 10... But it’s okay for them to regularly schedule 5 other patients at the same time as you. As a result, patients are stuck waiting extended amounts of time. And if you’re in need of refills on medication and they cancel your appointment I guess you’d be SOL. That is, for those patients that are actually experiencing pain. Patients come here to treat their pain not to be put in even more pain.Don’t even get me started on their staff and returning calls. You won’t hear from them. You’re more inclined to hear from a dead relative before they return your call. Dr. B admitted to how bad they are about returning calls.They can refuse to see you as a patient if they deem you’ve been disrespectful. Yet, they can be as rude as they want like they’re doing us a favor. No no no, we pay you; it’s not the other way around.Money and material, you ask? That’s all they care about. Especially after the unexpected passing of Dr. BThe 4 stars this place has is completely false. One of the local guides that gave 4 stars complained about waiting 4 hours!!! Then was happy their checkout time was only 5 minutes long.. I assume that’s where the 4 stars came from.

The staff at GHIPA are all truly wonderful and caring people. They all have been so supportive of the injuries and try everything they can to keep me active and working, two key things needed in life is work and family. With the help from the staff I am able to enjoy both of these when I couldn’t do so before. Each visit they talk to me as a member of the group and feels like they know about me personally, not just a chart number. Hats off for all they do at the office and for the community.

Ive been going to Greater Houston Interventional Pain Clinic since they were on Memorial. Im a person of habit. Christina who works with check out is always kind and respectful, so is Angel. I really miss Dr Ben. He always asked about my family and wanted to know what was going on in my life and if I was ok. I love Labronica who works in the office, such a kind , humble spirit, I pray the Lord continues to bless this office always MIRACLES AND BLESSINGS.
