Very neat, clean and professional environment. The only thing that is odd is that and hr is not really and hr for them or the clients. There was this lady that did not do a good job on my 2nd visit.

I bought a Groupon for a massage and it was really good. I even recommend it to my boyfriend who has an appointment next week.

Took a gamble and bought 2 massages on Groupon. Tried to schedule two separate appointments back to back, with the given break time you would allow between regular scheduled appointments. They would not let me and gave no real reason why not. Nothing on Groupon or their website says this is not allowed. They asked the owner and I was told they said no, again with no real reason why not. I asked to speak to the owner and was told they would call me back. They never did. I requested a refund from Groupon which was done. Obviously I will not be trying this place out.

I’m very thankful for Dr. Ngyuen and the wonderful staff here at BACS. I came in with an knee injury and they took great care of me. Everyone was nice and friendly. When I was not at the clinic for a month and came back for a visit, I was so happy that they remembered me by my name. It made me feel that I was a person to them and not just a customer. I highly recommend this place.

Dr.Michelle takes great care of my injuries. I have some tore ligaments on my knee and with the physical therapy my knee feels better than ever. Ms.Sandra and Ms.Kim have great hospitality. My number one place to go to !

I recently chipped a bone on my elbow, Steve and Michelle have been so patient and helpful with my injury. The staff in this clinic is very professional and hands down the best. If you have any sort of injury dont look anywhere else. Bacs clinic will take care of you like family.

I recieved a massage from Mykah and it was the best professional massage I have ever received. She listened to my comments about the areas I hold most of my stress and she took care of them. I will be back to see Mykah again in the future.

Bedside manner of the masseuse was non-existent and massage was lacking technique and direction. This was moderately forgivable, and could be chalked up to the fact that I bought this on Groupon.When I entered the establishment and massage room, myself and all staff were wearing masks. I assumed that the masseuse had kept her mask on for the massage as I did, however, to my horror, when I was asked to transition to my back i saw that her mask was no where to be seen. To make matters worse, she started talking about how she was actually feeling ill and congested, but it was probably only allergies.Would not recommend this place especially in the times of the COVID-19 pandemic unless you want to be needlessly and recklessly endangered.

Jonathan is not just an excellent masseuse, hes also really smart about physiology and not just what works but why.

Bacs Clinic is WONDERFUL! My girlfriend went to Bacs Clinic, not thinking that a Chiropractor could actually help her with her arm.... Going to her regular family doctor, she still had pain and stiffness. She gave Bacs a try and she is kicking herself for not going sooner. She has re-gained the full range of movement in her arm without wincing or complaining. As for me, I went to see them for my upper and lower back pain. Not only does the doctors listen to you, they actually seem to care! Their therapist are excellent as well. I am a happy patient too. PS Their new location is so nice and central to my job so it makes it convenient to go during my lunch break.

Words cant describe how great of a service this place offers. I went to Bacs looking for a quality chiropractor after recently relocating to Houston. The whole staff and the doctors there are incredibly friendly and its an added bonus that they studied at Palmer Chiropractic College, a very prestigious chiropractic school. I would highly recommend this place if you are searching for a quality place for adjustments and massages.

At first I loved this place. Great massages, great customer service from the front desk... so naturally I was going to be a loyal customer when I needed chiropractic care. When I finally did need chiropractic care, it was an emergency: I could hardly bend down, and couldnt even do light housework or drive. It wasnt until after I had arrived (with a friend taking time out of her way to drive me) that I learned that the chiropractor was not likely to adjust me. She asked about a million questions and put me through some assessments, only to leave and have the front desk person give me the news that she wouldnt adjust me because Id been a cancer patient who was currently in remission. Thankfully, I found another chiropractor nearby who took X-rays, explained what was going on, and adjusted me that day. I will miss the massages, but not enough to support a business that doesnt provide the advertised services in a straightforward manner.

For a minute I thought this time spending $90 dollars that this place could be legit. Always busy, took me a week just to get in so everything seemed legit.Boy was I wrong!!Was so looking forward to this message after being to so many crappy locations I thought this time would be different. I arrive, filled out paperwork and circled every problem area I needed the most attention at (neck, should blades and lower back - 3 spots)Spoke with the doc and told her my issues. She talked up the massage that made them seem legit.Went back into the room and started the massage. 10-20 minutes into the massage I ask, you can go deeper, I requested 3 spots for deep tissue. Oh ok sir Im getting there but this is how I work my clients.30 minutes later I ask again. You can go deeper. Got the same reply.The worst massage ever! My 7 year old could have done better by walking on my back. I was livid leaving this location. LIVID! After 3 times of telling you what I wanted how can you do the complete opposite!?? Answer that for me.

I had a really bad experience there today. My neck has been sore for a week. I booked a one-hour deep tissue massage hoping to get some relief. My massage therapist didn’t speak any English. I kept trying to explain to her to focus on my neck and showing her the exact areas and she didn’t understand. Then she kept pressing her elbow into the base of my neck directly on my spine. I repeatedly had to tell her she was hurting me and to please stop. She thought I was asking her to keep doing it. By the time we were done I was in more pain then when I came there. Now 7 hours later the base of my neck is swollen and I have a huge lump where she was pressing. I saw another review mention that his therapist didn’t speak any English and he wasn’t able to communicate with her. I didn’t know it would be such an issue. Big mistake. Now I know that if you are going to have someone physically working on your body it is absolutely necessary that you are able to communicate with them.

A waste of money. I had hoped that I would be more relaxed after being massaged by a professional but was disappointed. The massage and the environment was relaxing at all. The funny thing is that I opted for a deep massage.

I had the best massage in many years yesterday at this place. Sandra used a very delicate technique and she adapted herself to the the exact pressure and type of massage that I wanted. The room that I had was small, cico and with the perfect atmosphere musicwise. It is a very clean place with very friendly recepcionists that welcomed me and explained the different options they had. I would recommend it no doubt!

A very clean and stylish chiropractic office in the heart of bellaire city. Upon entering, youre greeted with a very clean office, with a hint of lavender which is very calming. The staff is very professional and they explain each step. At my appointment, my chiropractor explained how best to recover from spraining my lower back muscles, an ongoing issue Ive had for years due to poor posture, as well as exercises and stretches I could do at home to help prevent future spasms.The office prices are very reasonable for the level of attention and service I received. I didnt realize that appointments were necessary, but the staff was still happy to accommodate for that mistake as a single exception.Its also interesting to note that the clinic is neighbored by a well-developed autism clinic. While I did not tour that side, I did speak at length with the owner and he seemed very researched in the matter and the curriculum he offered as an example was thorough and tailored to each individual.
