Dont pay attention to that one star review. Im a relatively new patient here and since day one the entire staff has been a dream. From the girls at the front desk, to the back office, and the Doctor. All very pleasant and professional people. They have accomodated me every step of the way they have answered all my questions (and I ask a lot lol)....but most importantly I can now smile with confidence for what feels like the first time ever and its all thanks to them. I would give them more stars if I could. You guys are awesome!

I had a great experience here at Gage Dental. All their staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Zhang is the best. He is so professional and makes sure you are completely satisfied before you walk out of the door. Also his assistant Marlen is so helpful answering all your questions and making sure you feel comfortable with whatever procedure you are getting.

Took my wife here about 20 minutes prior to her appointment time, to our surprise the lobby began piling up with people (BTW not safe during COVID pandemic) and she did not even get called in until about two hours later. Seems like this place over-books people and does not follow social distancing guidelines.

I was about to buy a Groupon voucher. The sale expired at midnight today. I needed some dental work and there were 3 different cheap offers on Groupon. Before buying it, I called to make sure it would be honored since it was a very good deal. They person who answered checked in with her manager and they said that the deals were no longer available. This did not sound right to me because technically I still had many hours today just to buy the vouchers and once bought the voucher would give me 120 days to use it. If it’s not available why didn’t they communicate with Groupon instead of wasting peoples time? This bothers me because honesty is super important to me. Anyway I don’t end up buying the deal because what’s the point if they said twice they wouldn’t honor either of the vouchers I was going to buy.

I was referred to Gage Dental Care by my Dentist. I needed root canal on 2 of my teeth. My experience e at this office was amazing. I leave in East Los Angeles and I always thought in order to find a good dentist I should go to Beverly Hills. I learned that is not true. Gage dental care is an amazing family dentist in east Los Angeles. I didn’t feel much pain during the root canal treatment. I love my new crowns as well. Thank you!

The girls at the front desk were welcoming and the x-ray tech was down to earth. I forgot her name(young girl) but she understood me. Dr.Abaian was very unprofessional; speaking loudly about my condition to where everyone could hear as if it was joke. As a suppose to be professional youre suppose to show compassion to your patient especially in a bad situation. Horrible experience!😞. I am gonna put it in Gods hands.

I had an appointment @12 i was there at the time of my appointment it was 12:40 when i asked the girl when are they going to put me in she said well you have two walk ins in front of you i told her i had an appointment @12 whats the point of the appointment she didnt say nothing so i left i was not about to be there for another hour. Worst services ever

Dr. Abaian and his staff are great. I went in for a consultation and was scared that they were going to tell me I needed things I did not really need. They were very honest and I knew they had my best interest in mind. Dr. Abaian transformed my smile by giving me 4 veneers. Thank you Dr. Abaian and staff! Dr. Abaian is amazing, he is so informative, attentive and friendly he makes you feel at home. He really made an extra effort to listen to my concerns and fears. I came in for a crown on a broken tooth. Like most people that are afraid of going to the dentist I kept delaying my visit until it came to a point I could no longer tolerate the pain. It turned out that I needed a root canal and a crown I waited for so long but Dr. Abaian made my visit pleasant that he has turned into my general dentist. The staff are wonderful Mitzy is amazing she’s very attentive. Best dental office I would highly recommend everyone to make gage dental care their main dental office..

Do not come to this dentist!!!I was seen by Michael Abaian for the first time in early March 2016. He and his employees were so concerned about giving me the estimate/the charges for my treatment (which were completely overpriced) that they didnt even give me the regular mouth cleanse that was covered by my insurance.I decided to give this dentistry another try and came back again in August for a regular check-up. After finding out that i had my treatment completed in Mexico (on a family vacation), Micheal did not even bother to check my mouth. He sent his employee to let me know that he couldnt assist me because I did not have the work completed by him. This only proves he does not care about his patients health, money comes first for this dentist.Very poor customer service and is completely UNPROFESSIONAL! If this dentist genuinely cared about his patients, he wouldnt have cared where i got the treatment. He would have congratulated me for even getting it done. Its not as if im going to fly to Mexico every 6 months to get a regular check up.Imagine every doctor didnt want to see their patients simply because they got their surgery or cancer treatment done in another country? ...Im sorry, i cant see you today because i didnt treat your problem. Really?!! Michael Abaian, you have to take your patients health into consideration before your self interest. You still have a lot to grow as a dentist, if you could even call yourself one.

Fraud fraud fraud , they tried to get me to pay 500$ on a deep cleaning I knew I was covered for !!!! They screw the insurance companies already but they want to stick it to the people too smh stat away!!!!!
