Rick certainly knows about hair, color and style. I was extremely satisfied with my hair. A little hard to get in for an appointment due to his busy full schedule other than that great service definitely satisfied.

Found them sometime last year and got my hair cut. I loved it and was beyond satisfied. But i have been trying to get another appointment for almost a month now and they are always fully booked and you have to call at least a hundred times before anyone answers the phone (definitely need to work on this).

I went there two weeks ago and I’ve never been so happy with my hair! I called and left a message, and they got back to me very quickly. I don’t know how I got so lucky, but since someone else had cancelled I was able to get in that day (I had an appointment somewhere else where my stylist cancelled on me). I was told that for what I wanted done I’d be kinda squeezed in between clients to make it work (I wanted same day so that’s very fair IMO, they could have just shoved me to a different day or something) which was 100% okay with me, I was just so grateful to get in somewhere with a great reputation. I had very outgrown roots, and my hair was basically my natural darker blonde at the top, and just yellow downwards. I didn’t know what I wanted but I knew it wasn’t that. My stylist (Rick) asked me several questions and even though I kept trying to put the ball in his court and make him decide my future hair, he still made sure I would like the outcome. Anyways! Here we are today with amazing hair, and I couldn’t be happier I came across this salon. (Also check out the Instagram page, you’ll truly get a feel for the work done there)

Shelby was awesome! She did my hair a while back, and I only came with a certain amount to work with. However, I also came with pictures that I had fallen in love with that I hadnt seen just out and about on people before. When she first gave me the estimate I told her I would have to come back at a later time. I am a mom of 4 girls. A preteen a 9, and 7 year old and at the time a newly 1 year old who was starting to get into EVERYTHING!! I do not get to do this often, because of budgeting. When I explained the issue, and what I had to work with she knocked it out of the park!! I have been trying to get this beautiful bright bold red color for many birthdays and Christmases now at many high end salons. Unfortunately paying more than we can afford. I also was not getting the contrasting high and lowlights I wanted. Not only did she get the coloring to match the budget, she got the color perfect... And I walked out of there not feeling like I got skimped or was even on a budget for that matter. I got sooo many compliments on my hair, and recommended the salon and her. I was and am so grateful. Not to mention it even left me enough to too her amazingly!!! I will never go anywhere else or to another stylist. So I hope she is there to stay!! Im 30 years old and it took me this long to find her and your salon. Thank you all so much. I am coming back in on the 23rd.... Or sooner if she is available. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THEM TO EVERYONE OF ALL BUDGETS. YOU WILL ALWAYS WALK OUT OF THERE FEELING AND LOOKING YOUR BEST!!

Both my daughters and I have had several haircuts at the Rick Trent Salon by both Kate and Cambria. I drive 30min to come here, because these people know how to use scissors. If you want an amazing, precision haircut done in a professional manner in a relaxing, personal atmosphere, you should definitely check out this salon. I have long, salt and pepper hair that Cambria makes look amazing. My only gripe is the unimaginative wall photos of cookie cutter models. I would rather see unique, beautiful art highlighting more authentic beauty of real women, not something so highly stylized and artificial. I am learning to own my own beauty and I want this for my daughters. Honestly a small gripe and actually not really reflective of the personal vibe we get from the hairdressers, but I think an important part of a message that can be sent thru atmoshphere.
