My doctor called in a script and my dogs vet also called in a script yesterday morning. Both scripts are not ready yet today. One was for only 4 pills. The other was for 25. Last week my husbands doctor called in a prescription that was expensive and they decided we couldnt afford it. My husband has been taking it for 10 years. How does this even happen? How can they make that decision without asking us?

I pick up medication for relatives sometimes on my way home from work. Pharmacy is pretty messy. Half of the staff is pretty nice, but theres a couple workers that need complete attitude adjustments! The only real saving grace is Tony W. He was extremely helpful & even offered to contact the insurance company when i was having issues picking up for my grandparents! Service is ridiculously slow at times. Only reason Im giving 4 stars is because of that guy.

Im not sure why this pharmacy has so many poor reviews. I just moved here from Columbus and during the chaos of the move, one of my prescriptions ran lower than Id realized. Id previously used Kroger Pharmacy in Columbus, but this Giant Eagle location is walking distance from my house and there arent any Krogers up here so I was crossing my fingers that these reviews were off base. Very relieved to find that they are. The pharmacist I spoke to yesterday was incredibly friendly and helpful. He got my prescriptions transferred and put a rush on the one that I was almost out of. They had my prescription ready by the next morning. Very happy with this pharmacy so far.

The Pharmacy is awful they will see you sitting at the window and keep talking to one another and acting like they dont see you. I could see if all of them were helping someone but they arent their just standing there acting busy. Not even worth the one star.

Usually good. Sometimes very slow. Occasionally they will say they didnt get Rx from doctor when they actually just havent checked their messages.

The people that work there are awful! They talk to you like they are better than you!! I freaking hate this place I wish there was a cheaper pharmacy in my area to go to!!

They always help me out when I go there and make sure I have everything I need there great at giant eagle

This place is awful. It never fails. Every time I need a prescription filled and I take it to this pharmacy, there is ALWAYS an issue. ALWAYS. They are hands down the SLOWEST pharmacy, and its like they dont even know what the hell theyre doing. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Worst pharmacy ive ever been to! They dont call you when the pills are ready unless you do done it automatically. Said my pills would be ready the day after and 4 days later they still didnt have it ready, told me they were out of stock before even checking, which they werent out of stock of. i ran out of the week of pills they gave me and had to wait another 20 minutes on my lunch break when they should have been ready 4 days ago and didnt bother calling me. I usually go to marcs pharmacy and have no problems but came here ebecause it was close to work. Ill drive the extra miles to get better service!

This place sucks , the wait time is always ridiculously long , they basically have unqualified children working nothing is ever filled on time, take your prescription elsewhere
