I like going to the Cleveland Eye Clinic because they are professional and proficient. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I actually enjoy going to my eye exams so now!

Took my daughter here for the first time yesterday and the staff were so friendly and polite. The patience they have with children is amazing. The office was super clean and i definitely found a new eye doctor for not only my kid but myself too. Would 100% recomend.

This was my 1st time needing an actual eye exam, and I must say the staff was very friendly. Pete was very helpful with my Eyewear selection. Ok, so heres my story. I was online searching for nearby locations and this one came up. I called my insurance company to confirm my insurance would be accepted, made the appointment (receptionist had a very friendly and welcoming) and it was a go. I am anxious for the call to pick up my new Eyewear 👓. It was a pretty decent selection. That was another thing I liked...1 stop shop!😉 I would definitely recommend!

Took my dad today for eye exam. Wonderful staff who were very patient with my 88 yr. old father. Very patient and helpful. When seeing the optician for new glasses we were very pleased with her knowledge. Last pair of glasses were not properly fitted and vision was blurry. Thank you to all and mostly to Marlena who properly sized up a pair of glasses and checked with his insurance for coverage. Cant wait to see what a difference these glasses will make. Office is very clean and practicing proper Covid protocol.

Very disappointed, I went here about 3 years ago for glasses and they were perfect. All the sudden the lady who answers the phones to direct the calls was extremely rude as I was explaining something to her. Very disrespectful with her tone of voice. I will never come here again I had gotten my prescription and all I just needed frames now I’m going to be paying out of pocket because they won’t hire someone.

For years, the root of my daughters eye struggles went unnoticed by multiple eye specialists... Cleveland Eye Clinic finally got it right! Best ever!

Went to the office today to see if I could get 2 pairs of my glasses straightened out. Marlena helped me. She was a breath of fresh air. She took the time with me to find a great pair of glasses. She went over what my insurance covered and really just took the time to go over everything in detail. She has great customer service skills and knew how make sure the glasses were a perfect fit for me. Most important she took the time to find solutions for whatever problems I had in regards to my glasses.

My son had an appt on 12/21. After numerous calls that were basically ignored we finally got his glasses on 2/10. I had even left messages for upper management who is apparently too busy to deal with customers. The staff was initially great but after their lacking customer service skills will not return.

Dr Rosenberg is a gem. The tech Angie was amazing. The rest of the staff was very nice. Clean space. Wait time wasn’t bad. Loved everything EXCEPT the glasses lady. She was short and curt. While I was in the waiting room, I was browsing frames (which I asked another staff member and was told it was okay) no one was over in the section, but when she came from the back she was almost offended that I was there. After the appointment I went back to the glasses section to order frames. Apparently, because I wear contacts, it’s voids the necessity for me to choose glasses. I was told it didn’t matter that I didn’t like any frame my insurance would cover since I wear contacts anyway. I shouldn’t even look at other frames because I’d have to pay out of pocket (I never said anything about having an issue with this)Then I was told repeatedly which one was the most popular frame. When I said I didn’t like the shape on my face, I was told “they’re not as bad as you thought.” I agreed with the pair because it was obvious that any further persistence by myself would be fruitless, I already felt like I had over stayed my welcome in the 3 minutes I was there, and I didn’t like any frame more. I wasn’t given the option for any lens upgrading. When I returned to pick up my new glasses when they arrived a couple weeks later, I was handed the glasses. I was wearing a medical n95 mask, which is firm... I asked if I could slide the mask down, just to try on the glasses, I got a head shake in response with a stare. I put them on, over my mask, and I was told they look okay. When I got home, the glasses sat crooked on my face. I had to go some where else to have them adjusted... I love the doc and the other staff, would go back for sure; however, I will never order glasses there again.

Great safe visit to Cleveland Eye Clinic. The ladies there are awesome! They helped me pick out frames that worked beautifully for me. I did not feel rushed into a decision they let me try on so many frames even tho they had to sanitize each one after i was finished. Dr Rosenberg was very patient with me as well and answered all of my questions and helped me to understand my prescription and explained learning out to use progressive lenses. The receptionists were also very kind in helping me with check out using my care credit card.

Everyone from the women doing the health screening at the door, to the ladies at the front desk, and the doctor were all very welcoming, kind, and understanding. They went out of their way to make sure I understood everything they were saying, and spent extra time ensuring I was being billed correctly with all possible savings included. Very happy to have come across this place when I was looking for a new optometrist!

I like this quiet place, and the staff they are excellent at what they do, I love this very much,and they are thorough in all their work. And thanks for notifying me of the change in doctors too. Very warm staff.

Kid friendly! Doctor was very upbeat and knowledgeable!Update 2/19/21. Unfortunately there have been some let downs during Covid. We arrived today to pick up my sons glasses but there is a sign on the door that there aren’t any doctors here on Friday’s and the eye boutique closes at noon. (Google Maps has hours posted until 4:30pm). We have had several issues with ordering glasses in a timely fashion. (3x now). Hoping their issues will resolve after Covid does:-) just a heads up to anyone venturing out during this pandemic on a a Friday afternoon.

I love the staff. Its always clean. Large space. The eye doctor I saw was kind and found out that my glasses I had and the last 2 or 3 presciptions were actually way to strong. Now after wearing the new eye prescription for a month I have seen my vertigo and frequent nausea went away. They always seem to have appointments, which is so convenient, and used to have cookies 🍪 before covid. I mean what more can you ask for

The service I receive was excellent great and plenty conversation from all the employees and I enjoyed my exam by the doctor she really made me feel very at ease with the exam.I look forward to my visit next year.

After giving me a thorough examination Dr. Rosenberg was quickly able to recognize a serious issue I developed in my left eye. An appointment for a specialist was made the same day. My sons normally goes to the Beachwood location, so I was pleased to not have to travel as far. The staff is friendly and seem to work well together even shared in on a laugh while masked up and waiting. “Wait who’s on 1st, no I think what’s on 1st”..... Good stuff.

My experience at Cleveland Eye Clinic was great. The people were very friendly, great customer service. I did not have to wait long to be seen by my doctor, within 10 minutes of the appointment. Time was given for my questions and any explanations needed, there was no rushing me. I appreciate that.

Dr. Emily was amazing! I had the worst eye infection in both eyes my PCP every saw. I was recommended to see an Eye Doctor. I went to Cleveland Eye Clinic on Broadway in Bedford. They got me right in. Staff qas friendly and caring. Emily got my eyes better and just recently I went back and wss examined for my script so i can get my goggles for work. Her expertise is was appreciated. Im a visual Inspector in Aerospace industry so i can see any errors in parts! You all are safe!

I had cataract surgery quite a few years ago and keep coming back for my annual exams in a few other things. They are always professional and dr. Chester is great.

Not the first bad experience with the front end staff. They have a history of trying to charge for co paysWithout checking your insurance carrier . When confronted and asked to verify they do it begrudgingly.When they do verify dont except an apology. Dr. Chester very good. Front end staff not so much. A simple you were correct would gone a long way.

Everybody here is so nice! When I got there the receptionist let me know that my appointment was actually supposed to be at another location but she went and asked the doctor if he could see me and he said yes. Then, Brooke was very nice and knowledgeable and really took care of me. Also, Dr. Chester was really upbeat and quick! He wasted no time and had me out within minutes of him coming into the room. The receptionist on the way out made sure to schedule me another appointment in a year. Then I went to pick out my frames and the lady helping with that was a big help. Overall, The whole experience was positive and I was in and out less than a hour and a half and I can’t wait for my glasses to come so I can see! Lol

First time here and it was a Great experience! The entire staff was friendly and great at what they do.Dr. Mahoney was amazing! We had no wait time! Arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and was called back immediately. I took my son and my daughter(ages 9 and 5) in for an eye exam and everything went beyond well. They are all great with children! My 9 year old son has autism so I was skeptical that we would even get through the entire exam...but I was wrong. Everyone was great with him and he even left the office smiling...me too.We will be switching the entire family to this office! I know it may sound over the top,but I am really grateful to have found them.

My daughter had an eye appointment and her experience was excellent. From the moment we walked in the office, the staff was friendly in checking us in and the pre-exam. Upon entering the examining room, Dr. Chester was personable and friendly. Dr. Chester thoroughly explained his findings and took the time to answer any questions. My daughter was happy when she left the office and looks forward to her yearly eye exam. Thanks much.

My experience started and ended poorly. They examined my eyes twice, and both times the prescription was too strong. I had to pay for another exam at another company, inorder to get the correct prescription. They had to send them back again to polish the edges. When they came back the lenses were on the wrong side. I will never patronize them again.

Glasses were going to take 1 - 1 1/2 weeks, it was over a month. Mnay unreturned calls asking about when my glasses will be here- finally walked in and got the glasses- and they were completely wrong.Sorry, I cannot recommend these other wise very nice folks.

I have been coming to Cleveland Eye Clinic for roughly 5 years and have been to 4 of their locations including for surgery. They have always been extremely professional and accommodating. I have lived in 3 different states and seen well over a dozen eye care facilities and Cleveland Eye Clinic has been the best thus far.

I haven’t felt this welcomed and at-home in a doctor’s office since my first eye doctor when I was 5 years old. It really, truly, was a Five-Star experience.

From the start,they were awesome, Brooke was GREAT,very helpful and attentive, love her already... Dr.ROSENBERG was theeeeeee BEST. This was my first visit and now I have a new home,very clean and comfortable atmosphere. To end my visit, Rob( I believe thats his name) the Eyeglass man was awesome, he was very nice, knowledgeable, professional and prompt... Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I needed to quickly get in and out due to my son and everyone accomodated my request with smiles and a great attitude. Also my new glasses were done about a week sooner then I thought. I highly recommend everyone there.

I am the mother of the patient. From the scheduling process, the greeting upon arrival, the patients with my child, the staff and oh, I can’t firget the cookies I/ we were impressed. It was my dayghters first exam complete with dilation. They were extra friendly and thorough. The tech and doctor explained every step and kept me informed.There was no wait time when we arrived they were prepared for her. Picking out her glasses was also very easy. The tech already had a thought for what was the best look for my daughter and she was right. They looked great on her. She was even able to get her favorite color.If your looking for a new place with a great environment and great service, please consider checking them out. It will definitely be our new place to go.
