Both my children go there. For the most part I think the staff members are very professional and looks at the children needs. On the other hand, Lisa Wess the Owner/Managing Director is not so much professional. As she is very judgemental, makes in fun of parents, and very one sided on issues that do not involve what the children go there for. Which I have proof of her unprofessionalism.

Cant say enough amazing things about this place! My apraxia baby is doing so so well after just a few months seeing Ms. Meghan! We love going there and highly recommend it! Everyone is amazing there!

Can’t say enough good things about Milestones-Bedford. The staff is absolutely wonderful. ALL OF THEM!! Their attention towards my daughter and all other children is nothing short of outstanding. The entire staff takes pride in working with the families and the children, regardless of the extent of the child’s disabilities. They care. They are SMART, PROFESSIONAL, PRECISE, and extremely LOYAL in helping our children learn and succeed. It’s astounding the progress my daughter has made in less then 1 year, going once a week. That being said, I would highly recommend Milestones- Bedford. They truly are an amazing group of professionals!
