I began seeing Beth Ann Contreras a few years ago and she was always kind, informative and helped me focus on creating better boundaries with myself and others. Due to an immense amount of trauma I faced, she referred me to Ana Nicolalde. Ana was extremely thorough and made sure that my sessions always began on a positive note. Discussing sensitive topics often left me anxious and she ensured I could practice different techniques to bring my mind and body to a calmer state. My treatment focus has shifted for the time being and I am glad to have received help from this office! Mark Russell is amazing. He has helped me so much through my husbands infidelity and helping me deal with all the emotions that go along with that. I went to this office to schedule my son his first appt with a counselor. The receptionist was so rude. So I did as she said and filled all paperwork out online. She called to schedule a appt for my son and again was very rude. His appointment came and I call the office and AGAIN just very rude. If you want good customer service then this is not the place. People need counselors for mental health and this lady makes me need a counselor that much more!

I get the virus is in the area m, but when you set teleconferences and then cancel half of them or not even answer the phone, for a problematic 8 yr old you might want to rethink your profession

Kind people who genuinely care and want to help. Accepts a decent amount of major insurance providers too.

My counselor helped me make the right decisions through a rocky patch in the beginning of a relationship that is now 1.5 years and going :)
