Great gyms and personal training options in Bedford!

This place is great! I met the owner on a random Saturday because I wanted to workout but was only in town for a few days as I live out of state. Most places will charge you a month fee even if you only want one days worth of access. The owner fixed me up with a custom contract and made it work for me. The customer service here is top notch. Cant say enough good things about this place!

Elite is by far one of the best places for fitness. It has a very friendly gym atmosphere where all the trainers are exceptional and will help with any concern regarding your health and nutrition. The atmosphere is very positive and encouraging, making you feel like part of a family. Highly recommend for any training goals.

There are gyms and then there is Elite! Its all about a personal approach to fitness and health. The personal trainer idea is a new approach for me and they have nailed it. Have not been active in 30 years, this too has changed too. They will help select a trainer to fit your needs.
