Just joined this gym on 8/11/21 and so far its almost exactly what I was looking for in a gym. Its very clean in both the workout areas, and bathroom as well.Great variety of equipment for those that want a step up from Planet Fitness. Those stating they wish the equipment would be upgraded/updated I am not sure of which they speak of but in my opinion the only thing that could use an update is a few of the cardio machines and even that is being very picky and high maintenance mentality.Eric is great! Extremely helpful and very friendly. So if your looking for a gym in the area look no further.

I joined Choice Fitness about a year ago and had a great experience. Its super clean, and the staff is great. In all my interactions, they have been very polite and courteous. The owner greeted me every single time I came in. I think this is the best gym in the Bedford area. I could have joined a gym in Manchester but chose CF because it was more personal and more like my old gym I had a membership at for 13 years. Great equipment, plenty of machines, and cant beat the hours.

I was a member of this club for past 4+ years or so, until I moved out of Bedford, NH. The location was very convenient. You have right balance between Cardio and strength training, at this facility. I took some personal lessons from the trainer and it was great. Very flexible in terms of schedule etc. Some of my friends took group lessons and their feedback is positive as well.

Nice quiet gym that sometimes feel like a private place to work out compared to other larger gyms

I used Choice Fitness early in the mornings. It was always clean, and there is a great variety of equipment for all types of workouts. There is equipment for HITT type workouts, TRX bands, and space to do yoga and Pilates. There is also all the weights and machines you need to get a fantastic workout. Excellent gym for self-motivated exercise enthusiasts with enough classes for those who prefer guided types of exercise.

Generally quiet place to workout which I like. Some equipment could use some updating but still functional. Reasonably priced.

Have been trying to cancel for months...have called many times... even cancelled credit card to get them to try and stop charging and they were able to access new credit card... and keep charging...WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER... DO NOT GO HERE

If you enjoy getting late payment notices for all the months AFTER your membership ended this is definitely the place to go. My membership ended in January and Im still getting notices from ABC Financial after the club has confirmed twice I have no membership. Best part is when they somehow charge your credit card after the number has changed.RESPONSE TO OWNERS COMMENT - you dont see any charges there because I got my bank involved and they took care of everything. Never heard back from your gym or ABC Financial about a resolution. Started this process in August of 2020 and finally got it resolved in February 2021. It should never be this difficult.

Ive used Choice fitness for the past year or so, and up until recently they have handled Covid-19 very well. Since moving to NH and coming to this Bedford facility, there is no enforcement of masks whatsoever, nor an attempt to keep 6ft. Ill be moving to a more safe gym.

I have been a member for many years and have always been very pleased with the facility and staff. The equipment is well maintained and the premises are always clean. There is a wide range of members: retired, not retired, young, not as young and I suspect the different lifestyles allows for different attendance times, which usually results in the gym not usually being too crowded. I have been a few times since Choice has re-opened (due to the Covid pandemic) and feel very comfortable. I had a conversation with the owner about the steps he has taken to provide a safe environment and it is obvious he cares and has taken appropriate actions. Choice is a 24 hour facility and that makes it very convenient for those who get up early. There are trainers for those who are interested in classes or personal sessions; I have never done that, but Ive heard many say they enjoy and benefit from that option. I would highly recommend Choice Fitness.

Update: Just spoke to Judith and she was extremely helpful, she helped me out and fixed my card access. The issue was that I left sticky notes but those were only noticed after my issue was resolved the first time, so my card got deactivated and a new one issued.

I have been a member for 3 years. I have always enjoyed going there. Recently my issue with trying to have the management contact me on an issue with account up dates. I called 4 times, the website is no help either. I may have to pick another gym. This is unacceptable..

Dbs only go up to 80, only one flat bb bench, but I knew that when I signed up. 24 hour access is great. Price is good. Never too crowded. Workers and owner are very nice. Very happy with this place.

7 months ago I left 1 star because of the Manger at the time. She was nasty. She is no longer at Choice Fitness and the new manger is such a breath of fresh air. Not only is she completely hands on, but is educated in sports management. She always has a smile on her face and is very encouraging. I have even hired a personal trainer. Prior to this, I paid monthly but stopped going. I am now going 4 to 5 days a week. For those of you who had the same experience, come back and check it out.

Ive been a member here for years (since it was Club Fitness) and I have seen a significant decline in the staff, the equipment, and facility as a whole. The staff (specifically the General Manager) has been nothing short of rude since she took over the gym when it transitioned to Choice Fitness. I have addressed various concerns with her (including broken/faulty equipment and extremely high temperatures of the facility) only to be brushed off with no response. At any given time nearly 3-5 treadmills are broken, which out of the 13 outdated treadmills they offer, only leaves a 62% availability rate (even at peak times). The gyms solution includes a piece of paper taped to it warning members they are non-functioning (or as they like to say temporarily unavailable.) There is a severe lack of proper ventilation in the gym and on many occasions, regarding the outside temperature (most specifically in the summer months), the only location where A/C is circulating is directly above the check-in desk, where management spends the majority of their shifts. Additionally, of the 3 thermostats in the building all are covered with a piece of paper to prevent members to see what the temperature in the facility is. As a paying customer, it comes across as more than coincidental/ironic that the building is often “stuffy” and members are unable to check the thermostat. Additionally, numerous weight machines are in need of maintenance as they do not operate smoothly (they often get stuck upon use). Their continued dismissal of member concerns is not only unprofessional but discourteous to individuals who are spending their hard-earned dollar there. The only reason I have given the gym 2 stars is the cost of the membership and convenience of its location - though the saying you get what you pay for rings true in this circumstance. As a side note, when I contacted their corporate office in Haverhill with a formal letter, I received no response from any of the owners which leads me to believe their lack of integrity is a common theme with Choice Fitness, as a company. If you are looking for a sub-par facility, with lack of A/C in 90 degree weather, broken equipment (that does not get repaired), and disgruntled staff who provide no customer service - this is the gym for you!

Close to my home. I workout in the early morning and it is never crowded. They have everything. Cardio equipment (elliptical, bikes, treadmills, stairs), free weights and all the typical machines. What sold me was the turf area where you can do your own cardio or where they hold CFX classes. Its 24 hours a day (not staff 24 hours) but I can access anytime with my card.

24/7 access, great selection of cardio, strength and functional equipment.

I love this place. Rarely crowded when I come, I can get in the workouts I need without interruption 99% of the time! Love it!

I belong to a couple gyms and I have to say that the Bedford, NH location is one of the best kept gyms that I frequent. Ann and her staff are constantly cleaning the machines and making sure that everything is in order. It is a great express gym with dumbbells up to 80lbs, a squat rack, leg press and plenty of cardio machines. For the monthly price, the friendly staff and free tanning option, I would highly recommend this gym.

I go early in the day before work or during my lunch break and this gym has never been packed. Not sure about after work hours.The staff have always been polite. I havent had any issues. Ive never noticed the gym being too hot.At least it isnt Planet Fitness.If people have an issue with a gym they pay $9.99-$19.99/month at maybe they should join Latitude for $50 a month.This place is almost always close to empty. If you hate working out next to 30 people and fighting for the next spot on a machine or weights, this is a nice little hidden gem.

I wanted to opt out of my membersip but I was told that there was a $100 fee to end it. This is pretty outragiuos consitering I didnt have any problems with the gym before this incident. I just wanted to cancel my membership because I felt that I wasnt utilizing the gym as much I previously thought when I purchased the membership. Im extremely disappointed that I now have only two options, I can pay the $100 or I can continue to be a member and pay another $20 a month for another 8 to 9 months or so. to sum it up I would say find another gym to join unless you want to be locked into a redicilous deal. You gotta read the fine print I guess. Dont make the same mistake I did.

Very friendly staff. Fairly quiet and not many muscle heads. They have a nice mix of cardio and weights along with mens and womens locker rooms. Its also 24 hours which is very convenient to find quiet time to do your workouts.

I finally got out of my 1 year membership with this gym and couldnt be happier! I disliked almost everything about this place. At any point in time 3-4 of the treadmills would be out of service. The machines that were working still had various issues such as the speed controls sticking and the TV not working. I asked a few times when all these issues would be resolved and wasnt given a decisive answer. Another thing that bothered me was the amount of dust everywhere, on the old drab curtains and on the ceiling. The group classes here are in the open part of the weights section so it is very awkward to partake in front of the whole gym. You will feel like you are doing a performance for everyone to watch.

If you are looking for a budget fitness center in Bedford NH area, this is it! Have been a member for five years and really like the friendly staff.
