At one time I would have recommended this organization but not anymore. Long time patient but didn’t go in during the pandemic so it put me outside of three years as a continuous patient. They charged me EXTRA as a new patient! Extremely disappointed with their customer service!

Very impressed. Great attention to detail. The young lady that did my prescription check is extremely good at it. She was worried that my left eye had changed so much from previous, and explained to me that if the new glasses didnt seem to be correct to notify them asap and they would re-check. Well, she nailed it! Dr. Anding informed me I had cataracts, and would probably need surgery for that in future, but see how things worked with the new glasses. Well,,,,, Im very impressed. I knew things had changed in the last 6 months, but the new prescrip and glasses are way better than I expected! Cant get any better than that! I will have to deal with the cataracts, but I should be good for at least a year, and its great to have the left eye back on board in regards to the seeing requirements!

I have been going to Nethery Eye Associates for a couple of years now, seeing Dr. Ighani, who is excellent. I have been very happy with the smooth, efficient service. The location right off of 183 is very convenient as well. Highly recommend.

The waiting area is always neat and tidy. The receptionist is very personable and friendly. Once in the office the assistant makes you feel comfortable and she was very efficient and friendly. Dr. Ighani is the only eye doctor that I feel comfortable with and his staff helps out with that. He answers any questions that I might have and listens to me. Thats very important. I was never comfortable taking eye drops or having them put in me, but when I started coming to this office, one of the assistants told me how to do it so it wouldn;t freak me out, and her patience with me made all the difference. I would highly recommend Dr. Ighani to anyone.

My mom had both her cataracts removed by Dr. Ighani a few months ago and she is a brand new woman! She was terrified of going through any surgery, let alone to her eyes, but wished she had it done a lot sooner. She had her cataracts evaluated with a couple of other surgeons, but felt most comfortable with Dr. Ighani and not pressured. The exam and both visits for surgery went very well. Dr. Ighani and the staff at the Bedford office were all so friendly and we had little to no wait time. The surgery center and nurses that took care of my mom were so sweet and awesome!! I live in McKinney and would drive anywhere for great care and outcome for my mom. I highly recommend Dr. Ighani and his clinic!!

Everyone was extremely nice and made my experience pleasant. I felt Dr. Anding was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. If you are looking for an Ophthalmologist, please consider this office.

My wife is a patient of Dr. Nethery. Even though we have a health care account (HCA) through our health insurance that has sufficient funds to cover out-of-pocket expenses (deductible or co-pay), the office requires full payment at the time of visit, then turns around and immediately bills the insurance company for the same amount which is then paid from our HCA. We then have to work at getting repayment from the office for the double billing, which is not automatic or easy as they drag their feet at processing the repayment. This has occurred at the last several visits my wife has made to the office. I have requested that she find a different ophthalmologist.

This place is horrible and don’t recommend anyone to go here they have denied me services because my secondary insurance is Medicaid and I have told them that I have met my deductible with my primary so Medicaid shouldn’t even be billed and they still refused me services

I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Dr Ighani. Hillary was the best. Both of these professionals are an asset to this business.

Had a great experience! Doctor was knowlegeable and thorough and I wasnt sitting in the waiting room for an hour before I got to see him. His assistant was also very friendly and professional.

Misdiagnosis from Dr. Ighani. Also felt like he tried to rush both appointments and then overcharge for services not performed.

Dr Ighani is wonderful! My 8 year old wasnt seeing well and was very nervous about coming in for an exam and potential glasses. Dr. Ighani and the office staff completely put him at ease. He ended up needing glasses and after the exam left excited about them because of the support and encouragement from the staff. Dr. Ighani is incredibly kind, explains every thing he is doing, very attentive, took his time and genuinely cared for us as patients. We will always be using him in the future and have recommended him to many friends of ours. Keep up the great work!

Part 1: I paid a visit to this worthless group of faux professionals on September 6th, 2018...two trips in one - my first and last.The following is what I learned based on the time I wasted after choosing them for eyecare. Yes, the first part is written in a sarcastic tone but l promise not to embellish or exaggerate any part of my experience.At Nethery Eye Associates, one thing found to be obvious...patients are not considered customers, thereby adhering to the following, or considering certain practices as acceptable in their eyes (pun intended).- Before arrival, a patient must already have a clear understanding of the lingo/terminology used in optomology, regardless of whether the patient wears/or has never worn prescription glasses- Prior to seeing a doctor, the patient must be prepared to request the specific type of eye exam or tests they prefer, regardless of whether they understand the differences between various exams. This includes those who have never been to an optomologist or doctor of optomology.- Following the exam, the doctor may choose to reveal only one of his/hers findings before reaching for the door handle to leave. It is the patients responsibility to initiate any post exam discussion or ask questions. Otherwise, the patient must listen closely to what the doctor says to the note taker during the 30 second exam. Note: If the patient doesnt understand the lingo spoken by the doctor to the notetaker, s/he must interrupt the doctor finishing his or her dictation to the note taker. Otherwise, they will leave the room without any further explanation. In my case, the notetaker had her hand on the door handle as I was asking my FIRST question.-If the doctor hands something to the patient following the exam, its assumed the patient can read and understand what was handed to them. This is a great time for the doctor and notetaker to make their getaway . The patient may do one of two things:-A) Assume the paper includes everything thats important or is need to know and youll figure it out later when you can see again.-B). Make a quick attempt to ask the doctor what was just handed to you (i.e., exam result, prescription, etc). Otherwise, the patient is left to guess what it is (eyes will be dialated and difficult to see).I havent gotten to the worse part yet..that comes in Parts 2 through 3.

DO NOT go here!! I went there for just check up, and i was told my insurance company that for prevention exam I do not have to pay even co-pay. at my appointment, told them just there for basic exam, then doc told me I has minor dry eye, he said if you live in Texas, almost everybody have dry eye. then it turned DIAGNOSE!!!! they send me a bill. Really?

Wonderful experience, so happy with Cataract Surgery results! Dr. Igani, Jenna, Ashley and Dr Iganis Nurse were so kind and helpful! And everyone at the city view Surgery did everything they could to make me comfortable. I highly recommend Neathery Eye Associates for the care of your eyes!

Outstanding service & very personable. At first I was upset that I had to change bc of insurance but now extremely pleased with them.

My son was fortunate to see Dr. Ighani at his Bedford office earlier this year. He made sure that my son was comfortable and understood how an eye exam is conducted. Dr. Ighani is detail-oriented and genuinely cares for his customers. He spent ample time with us, and we didnt feel rushed. The office runs smoothly, and we didnt have to wait to be seen. The office staff was kind and quickly processed our paperwork. We are glad to have Dr. Ighani as our eye doctor and recommend him to others.

I was having problems driving at night because my eyes were cloudy. It turned out that I had a cataract problem in both eyes. In November 2015, Dr. Ighani performed cataract eye surgery on my right eye. Weeks before the surgery, the doctor clearly explained the process to me, showed me pictures of the eye, and patiently answered all my questions. I was surprised by this because my other doctors only spend a few minutes with me. On the day of the surgery, I was at ease because I knew I could trust Dr. Ighani and the staff. The day after the surgery, the nurse called to check on me. And then the next day, I had a follow-up visit with Dr. Ighani. Six weeks later, I had surgery on my right eye too. I can now drive at night and see very clearly. The insurance department filed my claim, and all my bills were handled without any problem. I am so grateful. Thank you to Dr. Ighani and the staff at Nethery Eye Associates!

I went for my routine Diabetic eye exam which went well and they performed a vision exam which I did not ask for and then also charged me extra without notifying me that there would be an extra charge for the exam until I received a bill for it. I am very disappointed and the billing department personnel (Sharron) were rude and very unprofessional with this matter. I should NOT have been charged this part of the exam. I will never go here again and will find another Doctor to do my exam!!!!!!

I will not come back.
