Had root canal this past Monday. Dr Horn worked hard to save my 70 yr old tooth. Many dental procedures in my life. Dr horn absolute pro.Maggie did her part beautifully. Made me instantly more comfortable. Front desk people excellent as well. Very pleased with the outcome

This was my first experience having root canal treatment so I was nervous about it. I am happy to report that I didn’t experience ANY pain during the procedure; I was thoroughly anesthetized. Dr Horn was kind and has a gently touch. Juanita is his assistant and has worked with him for many years, they make a good team! Lauren and Garazi are the receptionists and are very welcoming. Thank you all.

From the minute I called I knew this was going to be a good experience. I told YEshia or Lauren that I was a self pay patient and what I thought needed to be done,. She quoted me a fair price and made the appointment. i was seen within two days. I was greeted warmly and I was examined and x-rayed by Juanita. Then Dr Horn came in and was a complete professional. He explained what needed to be done , I agreed and he started to work. When I went to pay, the bill it was exactly what I had been quoted. I walked out less than an hour later with no pain. It has been 5 plus months and the root canal is doing great! I would highly recommend this office and especially Dr Neal Horn to any one seeking a root canal or any other treatment not handled in their dental office.

I went in for root canal therapy and I was very happy with my visit! Staff was so friendly through my entire appointment. I’ll admit I was a bit nervous but once Doctor. Horn introduce himself, he explained the procedure to me in simple words while his Assistant Maggie does her job well, not only helping the doctor but she was comforting during the entire procedure. While having a root canal is NOT the way I wanted to start out my week, when I called Endodontic Associates of Tarrant County as a new patient I was treated with kindness and care. Lauren and Garazi in the front office were quick to help me fill out the forms and get all of the information needed. She told me the steps I needed to take to receive reimbursement for my portion of the cost. I had the best experience one could have when getting their root canal redone. The front desk, Lauren and Garazi, were very friendly and I didnt have to wait in the waiting room which was the first for me as I was seen immediately. I was greeted by Maggie who is so sweet, friendly and made me feel at ease because I was extremely nervous about all of it...definite A+ for Maggie! The Dr who did my root canal was Dr. Horn and he was very friendly, kind and professional. I didnt experience any pain throughout my root canal. Having to get a root canal or anything done like that to your teeth is not pleasant however the team here did an excellent job. I went yesterday for a root canal procedure. I really had a good experience. Since I came to the Endodontic Associates, I was greeted by Lauren and I did some paperwork. Then, I was called by Juanita - assistant. She was fantastic. She took some x-rays and really treated so well that my stress was eased. Later, Dr. Horn came to explain me the results of the x-rays and the procedure. Dr. Horn is so knowledgeable and professional that made me feel secure and in good hands. The procedure took about 45 minutes. Dr Horn and Juanita took good care of me. In my way out, YEshia explained me the bill and she was am angel. After my dentist’s wife went into labor my appointment was cancelled at the Fort Worth office. Endodontic Associates of Tarrant County were able to get me in the same day for a root canal procedure. I was so relieved and appreciative of their quick accommodation as I was in a lot of pain. They had me in and out in under 2 hours, and I felt so much better afterwards. It was painless, and their efficient work allowed me to get back to my day in a reasonable amount of time. They are professional, and they took great care of me. I’m so appreciative of them!

Dr. Horn & his assistant Maggie are awesome! They professionally explained the entire process every step of thew way. Maggie was supportive of my anxiety related to the dental dam and took extra steps to ensure that my nose was not covered. I was referred to Endodontic Associates of Tarrant County after I went to my dentist with severe jaw and facial pain, and swelling of the lower right jaw (suspected root canal needed). I called the same day of my dentist visit and was able to get an appointment for the next morning! Lauren and Grazie were friendly and straight forward about what would happen at the appointment, what the cost would be out of pocket, and the scheduling of a follow up appointment if required. Juanita was professional and kind to my situation, listening to the slightly shortened version of the pain I had been in, while trying to get my CT scan completed. Dr. Horn was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly; he fully explained what was causing my suffering and what was needed: a root canal. He and Juanita worked very seamlessly together while completing my root canal, and although the novocaine and lidocaine shots were not pleasant, he was correct when he said that would be the worst of it through the root canal. I sincerely hope you do not have to have a root canal, but if you do, you need to call Dr. Horn, Juanita, Lauren, and Grazie at Endodontic Associates of Tarrant County.

I enjoyed the experience (well as much as you can enjoy a root canal). Staff was friendly and prompt. They did their best to keep me from flipping out too much from anxiety overall. While I hope to never return for a dental procedure requiring drilling. If I do need it Ill be happy to return again.

I recently came to see Dr Horn for an evaluation for a root canal. I got an appointment rather quickly. Dr Horn expertise found that he couldnt save the tooth and was honest that a root canal wouldnt help in the long run. I had to see an oral surgeon to extract it. Their office was very nice as well as the staff. Even though I didnt have alot of work done I would definitely recommend this team.

I felt absolutely nothing during my root canal yesterday! I took ibuprofen that they gave me before the procedure and it’s now almost 24 hours later and I still have not had to take anymore pain medication. So happy with Dr. Horn.

I was referred to this practice by my dentist because he thought the headaches I’ve been experiencing were due to an infected molar, requiring a root canal. The practice is easy to get to but the building (office duplexes) is misleading when you first look at it. I was the first appointment that day. The staff is courteous and easygoing. They laughed at my bad jokes so they get points! The Dr. Horn was quick and detailed (I like that in a doctor) and answered questions to my satisfaction, including going over the x-rays with me. It turns out I don’t need a root canal. Dr. Horn recommended I see an ENT doctor due to some anomalies he saw on my x-ray. On the whole a good experience.

Great experience! Dr. Horn retreated a root canal and barely any pain at all after numbness wore off. Maggie was the assistant she was so kind and always making sure you were doing good from the minute you get there and good at explaining what she was doing next. The dentist office is clean and front desk YEshia very professional checking me in and out for the appointment. Mostly everyone is so kind in the office. :)

Doctor Nadia Budhani was absolutely amazing. I have been through this process 4 times in the past and this has been my best experience. She took all the time needed to make me feel comfortable and keep me out of main during the whole process.She was very into the process and asking me all the time if I was doing ok. If I ever have to do this again, I know who to choose. 100% recommendable.

Dr. Horn explained my procedure to me very well and made sure to work quickly as a root canal can be an arduous process. When he noticed that I was having a really hard time with pain from keeping my jaw open from the procedure, he made sure to increase his pace and kept reassuring me and letting me know how close he was to being done. Overall, a great staff to ease the process of a stressful procedure!***Update: while everyone was very friendly at the office, the nurses and front desk staff who helped me double check my insurance coverage on the root canal made a mistake and I ended up having to foot the entire bill out of pocket. I understand that it is partially my fault as well for not checking if they were in my network, but since I asked again specifically at the office, it wasn’t great that they skimmed and missed out on details like that.

I am writing about a month after my procedure as I wanted to let my root canal settle in a bit before reviewing. Provide a review a month after provides more value in my opinion.I am very pleased with Dr. Horn, and the staff Juanita, YEshia and Lauren. Everything went well and the team was professional. Should I need another root canal, I will return. My family dentist has since x-rayed the work Dr. Horn did and she said it looked great.

I cant say enough good things about the folks here.- Dr. Horn was polite and professional. He was patient with me and answered every question I could think to ask.- I spoke with Lauren in the front office and she explained how the billing worked so clearly and thoroughly that she managed to answer every question I had BEFORE I could even ask it.- Maggie is a superstar. My previous root canal was a rather traumatic experience (It was done elsewhere, different endodontist, different town) so coming in to get the tooth retreated here had me nervous. Maggie was a great source of comfort and checked in to make sure I was doing ok every few minutes during the procedure. I can say without hyperbole that she is the kindest and warmest individual Ive ever encountered in healthcare.I I hope I wont need any other work done obviously, but if I do, Ill be coming back here for sure.

I went in for a root canal and I’ve always heard horror stories. I arrived, I noticed the facility was very clean and the reception people were very courteous. A very nice lady named Maggie introduced herself and I’m guessing now that she was the dental assistant. She explained the procedure and tried to put me at ease. This was ultimately the best dental experience I’ve ever had! From the beginning call with Eisha, to the whole experience with Maggie and Dr. Horn!!! I had a retreat of a root canal, no insurance and was treated amazingly. I was explained everything, I experienced no pain at all. I was ultimately shocked and over whelmed at how fast, and painless it was. I have very bad teeth and I wish I could afford for Dr.Horn and his team to do them all! 5 stars just because I couldn’t give 10!!!

Although someone called and changed my appointment time and day. Have no idea who. Thank goodness i was able to make the new time. Loved them. They were great.

Unfortunately, I needed a root canal during the COVID-19 Pandemic. I was referred to Endodontic Associates by another Endodontist that did not accept my insurance. I was able to get an appointment within a two days. I was traveling from out of town and was able to fill out and submit all paperwork out electronically before arriving.Once I arrived, extreme precautions were taken by all staff. The office was very clean. I was the only patient in the entire office. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions.Dr. Horn was amazing! He explained everything. He used extra precautions to make sure that my infection did not spread into any other area of my mouth. He was very gentle (I have had experienced several rough dentists) and made sure I was comfortable at all times! I was unable to receive laughing gas, due to the pandemic, but he made sure I did not feel anything.I was in and out within an hour and 15 minutes. I had zero pain, even after the numbness wore off! Thankfully, I can now eat, drink and use the right side of my mouth again thanks to Dr. Horn and his team!

Best care Ive experienced in a dental office great staff from beginning to the end thanks to Dr. Patel and the dental hygienist Jaunita and front desk staff Yeshia and Lauren. Great place to have a procedure.

Dr. Horn and Maggie were wonderful! The procedure was quick and it’s was nice to be able to see my X-rays. Anesthesia levels were perfect. Clean comfortable office. The only thing I’d suggest is working out a communication system during the procedure for your patients who listen to musing during the dental work.

Best no pain root canal I’ve experienced yet; in fact I doubt it could get better. Dr. Horn presented and conducted the procedure in a very caring and informational way that eased my overall anxiety. He and his Assistant made getting a root canal relaxing and anxiety free. Thanks Doc.

Second time visiting Dr. Horn. My initial review stands, he is amazing! If in fact you need a root canal, look no further than this place. I cannot say enough good things. They got me in quickly, no runaround, give you insurance estimates ahead of time. My family and I will always go to Dr. Horn for any dental crisis.Wonderful experience, very professional. Really great service and doctor! From CJ at the front desk who had my insurance verified prior to procedure to the actual procedure, everything went very smooth. Dr. Horn performed a root canal on me yesterday. Juanita and Dr Horn worked together like a symphony completing root canal in one hour. Very professional, courteous staff. Hope I never have to have another root canal, but I will choose this office every time. Feeling great less than 24 hours later.

Although due to unforseen circumstances they could not complete the root canal (not for the lack of trying), I highly recommend them. Dr Horn and assistant Maggie were very knowledgeable and professional.
