Absolutely no integrity. Please go get help if you need it but not at this place.

3 and 1/2 years ago I had my intake appointment with the Bedford CEDM. Through one on one counseling, group sessions, and medical appointments i learned more about my eating disorder and how to cope when it reared its ugly head. Thank you to the center for my recovery process. I will forever be grateful and would recommend (and have) the CEDM in Bedford, NH to anyone struggling with an eating disorder.

I have been thrown under the bus

For the weeks after intake we saw a nurse three times and a counselor once. The next appointment we were told our daughter needed more aggressive treatment and we were handed a list of rehab programs and that was that. How can treatment be effective for someone who desperately needs it after one one therapy appointment? Awful experience.

This facility was the most negative experience my daughter has ever had. So negative, that this is the first time I’ve ever felt the need to post a review. My daughter had just completed an amazing program and we were looking for something localto continue her care. We slowly learned that her experience here was very negative and it kept getting more and more negative. She kept expressing her concerns but they would not listen. It came to a point where they were threatening residential when in fact we did not see the need for this as she had already attended several inpatient residentials and she was no where near the need for it. I had a conversation with her counselor in regard to this and he blatantly lied to me and to my daughter. I attended her last session with this therapist and I was sickened by his negativity.It still bothers me to this day. I do not recommend this facility to anyone. Since leaving this facility, my daughter has found a very positive therapist and is doing very well. Please be very aware.

Therapist failed to develop a communicative relationship with my son. Betrayed trust of my son by disclosing information confided during therapy session. Failed to take family concerns and needs into consideration when recommending care. Deflected lack of professionalism and efficacy of care by placing blame on parent.
