It has been only one visit so I will update as I go, but my first impression of Dr. Railsback is fabulous. I was actually seen like 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment time! Something Ive never experienced in a medical seeting. Although this was a first consultation and very short (maybe 10 minutes) He listened to what I had to say and seemed to really care. He was very nice. I look forward to any future appointments with him.

I had a great experience the staff were nice and helpful. When I met dr railsback he was very friendly and nice & He was very helpful and told me what i need to do for 3 weeks regards to my diagnosis, tonsillitis & if I dont get better i need to go back in and figure what to do.

Absolutely horrible experience with this doctor. Took my 82 year old dad, who has dementia, here for reoccurring heavy nosebleeds. I have to do all the talking for my dad. The doctor was saying that they usually pack a nose and leave it in for 3 to 4 days and the bleeding stops. I said one word, We. He turns to me and snaps my head off, saying, Dont argue with me. When he was done talking, I asked if I may talk now. I told him I didnt appreciate him talking to me that way, because I was simply going to tell him how long we had the pack in for and how many days after that that the bleeding started again. His answer was well you interrupted me. On top of that, he didnt even look at my dads medical files that we had sent over. He had already started the procedure to cauterized the nose when I asked him if he had received my dads medical files. He said I dont know, and I proceeded to tell him that my dad had a polyp removed and a ct scan last week. He then stopped working on my dads nose and went out to go find his medical records and read them. My goal in posting this is to help others avoid this kind of experience with a bad doctor.
