I have been a patient of Mid-Cities for over 3 years, and my Physician is the greatest but the staff professionalism has gone down tremendously. I think since they moved from across the street from the old location to this new location it ha gone to their head. You should never take a patient for granted especially when only out of pocket because my doctor doesn’t take my current insurance.
