They are set up really well. The lobby could use a little TLC. This place is very accessible from freeway and from neighborhood.

Doctor Juby Joseph (in my opinion) has a total lack of compassion. I would not recommend him at all!!!! Find another physician that will actually LISTEN to you rather than looking PAST you. Very opiniated, self assured without actually HEARING what you say.

I have no complaints. The staff has always been helpful and friendly and the doctors really seem to be knowledgeable. I see Dr. Juby Joseph as my primary care physician. He and his staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. It was a good experience over all.

Dr. V is the best! She’s so cool and personable. She explains everything well and always makes me feel super comfortable during my yearly checkups. Highly recommend!!

I liked the doctors, but they have terrible customer service. It’s impossible to call the office directly (literally, the number isn’t listed. You just have to call into their main call center). Because of that, if you need to get a hold of a doctor, forget about it. Need records sent somewhere? Good luck getting the message passed on from person to person whereas a normal doctor’s office you could talk to the person responsible for sending the records. Do yourself a favor and pick another practice.

I am very exasperated with this facility. I have waited on the telephone line several times for OVER 20 minutes. I have left messages, and have NOT been called back. I like my doctor, but, the people that answer the phone lines, and the phone MESSAGE is awful. Not caring, not correct, and I have tried to push every button it says, and NOBODY answers. I finally pushed the number with the contact as if I was a doctor. I was told by the manager that this would be corrected. It has not..and it has been over a week. I was told by the person on the corporate phone message board that this only happens on Mondays. That is NOT true. I would seriously consider finding a different place to go to the doctor just because of this.

This review is specifically for Joseph Juby. I gave him one star because it is a requirement to leave at least one. He deserves ZERO. This doctor refused to sign my mothers death certificate after she was his patient for YEARS! The Euless PD as well as the crematorium requested this jerk to sign her certificate. HE REFUSED. As a result, my mom was transported from her home, where she died, to the crematorium, then to the FW Medical Examiners office, then finally, back to the crematorium. There was no autopsy needed. There was no reason NOT to sign my mothers death certificate. We, the family, have been miserable waiting to know where our mother was taken and why. I will never forgive this jerk for what he did. He is completely insensitive and I would not ever recommend seeing this doctor. What an INSENSITIVE JERK!!!

I had a 1:15 appt. The doors were locked until 1:32.. no where to sit in the hall.Older people trying to stand in the hall or going back down the elevator to find out the door was still locked.. I guess they had a meeting for awhile. No one cares here. I had Dr Bindner for diabetic care. He kept 1/2 his patients and left the other half to fend for ourselves. They have a great assistant however her Dr is not accepting Bindner patients..on to the next one.. Melanie V. Its now 2 oclock. Im still sitting here....
