I saw Michelle Nunez here for my facial and My experience couldn’t have been any better! I had a consultation with her first and she was so knowledgeable and helpful with everything. I had my first session w her and She took her time, and I was so beyond happy with my skin after. Would recommend her for sure!

I like Drs. Stead and Itenberg and knew them from their previous practices. However, I cannot recommend this place. The biggest problem--and there are a few--is that you CANNOT reach the office directly. You must go through a central number. Getting through on that number is typically difficult and sometimes the person on the other end is nasty. One time when a rep was being rude and I asked to speak to her manager, she said, You could if there was one! and hung up on me. What could I do then? Call her back? I ended up writing actual letters to the Bedford office and the office I thought might be the headquarters (Yes, they dont tell you where they are headquartered. My guess was wrong and I never heard back from that office.) A week or two later I finally heard back from the Bedford office due to the letter. But problems with reaching NEDA is only the tip of the iceberg. One time a nurse was talking very loudly across the waiting room about my daughters confidential information, other times they tell you that you absolutely have to be seen so many weeks down the line, but they also tell you that they cant get you in then, etc., etc. I wish wed gone elsewhere but once you start with a practice its difficult switch if you are on meds and need to be seen frequently.

The front office is rude. We were stuck in traffic on 93, called the office and gave the eta w the traffic and we were told we could still come. We arrive 25 min late and the recpcinost said we were to late. She would not check with the doctor. She did not care we had called and told to keep coming. She acted elite and uncaring. At 2pm the doctor is ending her day and she would not ask her if she would see my son. She said someone else took are call at a call center so what they said didnt apply because their policy is 15 min late.. I waited 45 min for my last appt here. Poor customer service with poor front office attitude. She protected the doctors time but dont care about the patients.

Quickest appointment Ive ever had. I was called into the exam room right on time. The nurse/technician was very friendly and professional. Dr. Itenberg was wonderful, as usual. She is so friendly, smart, an knowledgable. Answered all my questions and helped with my issues.

Dr Itenberg is amazing!!!! She is super kind and attentive to her patients all while being a brilliant dermatologist!

I just had my first appointment for an annual skin cancer check with Dr. Itenberg. She was incredibly personable and made me feel at ease. She was proactive and asked about my rosacea and mild acne, and gave me a bunch of samples to try to help. When I mentioned that I was a teacher and joked about the prices, the assistant came back with a stack of coupons for the products at my local stores! The clinic is luxurious and beautifully decorated; it felt like a spa. I’m so glad to have found NEDA!

We got huge help with the acne treatment for our daughter. Weve met very friendly stuff, services are amazing. Estheticians magic gentle hands made a huge difference! Very pleased. Thank you so much!

This was my first annual check up as a new patient. I was greeted at the front desk in a friendly and welcoming young woman. After checking in I only had to wait a very short time for the Doctor assistant to call me. She was outgoing and personable. when the Doctor arrived it was like old friends meeting again although we had only met once before. I was examined in a professional manner with questions and concerns.Fortunately I am clear of any concerns, unfortunately it will have been my last visit as I am typing this from our new home in South Carolina. I would recommend NEDA to anyone.

Dr. Jennifer Stead was incredibly kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. She was able to assist me with what I requested that day and answered my questions about how to treat a problem area. I have already booked another appointment with her for next month and am looking forward to seeing her again for additional treatments.

It was just fine and all the staff (I dealt with 3) were both professional and friendly. It was, however, my first introductory session so there is very little to report. So far, so great.

Getting an appointment as soon as possible was excellent. Receptionist was excellent. I was seen by Doctor Isenberg and proscribed a medicine and was on my way in a very short time.

I have consistently been warmly greeted by the reception people and once more by Dr. Stead and her staff. Dr. Stead listens and offers positive encouragement. I love her enthusiasm and generosity!

I really like the doctor but was told to be 10 minutes early for my 1pm appointment and wasnt seen until 2pm. An hour and 10 minutes wait time is unreasonable especially with Covid 19 exposure. A phone call ahead of time saying the doctor is running way behind schedule would allow me to come in later instead of waiting.

The staff from front desk to the doctor were all so pleasant, professional, and kind...spotless office...really great experience..thankyou!!

Dr Itenberg recommended a treatment with the aesthetician, Michelle. I had my skin issues resolved by an amazing Doctor, who you can tell truly loves what she does and I then had the best facial ever. Michelle was the sweetest and so very talented at her craft. I’ve never had such a great experience going the doctors, ever.

I cant say enough great things about NEDA-Bedford. I was seen by Dr. Stead for acne, and she recommended a dermal infusion with Michelle the Aesthetician. I have to say this was by far the best facial that I have ever had. She is so talented, and gave me awesome tips on how to better improve my skin. I will most definitely be coming back.

I have a lot of experience with dermatology groups. I find that the staff at Northeast Dermatology is extremely skilled: I have complete faith in their recommendations and their work. I find their prices reasonable.

Dr Stead is wonderful. However , one of the receptionist is rude, and has an attitude. It will not stop me from continuing from being a patient. The other receptionist is a sweetheart

I was seen right in time. The Dr was friendly caring and walked me thru everything she was doing. I received feedback quickly after having biopsy and she was right but I was quickly scheduled to see surgeon. I highly recommend them

HORRIBLE! I booked my appointment with Dr Stead in December and it has been rescheduled twice now. In the original voicemail they left, they told me my appt. will need to be rescheduled (for the second time now) but they had openings March 11-12. I called back within 5 minutes of when they called, I was put on hold for the LONGEST time just for them to return saying that was an error and the earliest spot would be end of March... At this point, Im finding another place to go
