Absolutely loved our experience here! The staff and doctor were amazing, especially when being very patient and kind to my son who has anxiety over new places and experiences. He did wonderful and found the perfect frames! He will see the world in a whole new way! Would absolutely recommend!

Very welcoming place with competent, friendly staff that cares. Youll never feel like a number. They were able to solve an eyeglass problem I was having within two minutes, which is a big deal considering I had spent a couple months making weekly visits at another optical place with no solution. I am grateful I noticed them on the square. And no long waits here either. I highly recommend them.

They messed up my husbands eye glasses and second pair of safety glasses. They mis measured his pupil on regular glasses. When he returned them, he asked about safety glasses measurement. They assured him it was a different supplier. Guess what, they sent that supplier same measurement, which was wrong! They re ordered his regular glasses, which were finally correct after several weeks. Now he cannot get his safety glasses. They say they are waiting on his employer. A lie. They submitted claim to insurance, who will not pay for a 4th pair of glasses because they measured his eye incorrectly. Months later, no safety glasses. Wish could give a minus 50 rating.

Atchison Eyecare treats you just like family every time you need to be seen. I had an infection in my left eye and Dr. Atchison got me in as soon as possible. I went the same day I called her and informed her about the problem. There was no waiting she took me in right away and handle the issue right away. My experience at Atchison Eyecare was on an entirely different level compared to other opposing eyecare facilities. I was taken care of and informed a great deal on what sort of options were available on glasses/contacts whereas the options were endless for the glasses selection and utterly heavenly. I will be back for regular check up as the people at Atchison Eyecare are people I can trust near my eyes.
