Honestly, this place is appalling in every respect. Worst hospital staff and facility I’ve ever witnessed.

The nurses were helpful and super busy. It took a long time to get anything because they were short on help

Their is no communication among staff at all. You call to check on a loved one and one nurse says one thing while another says something totally different during the same visit. My dad 86 I had him transferred to Wake Forest. No phone call saying he had been transported or nothing. Then when I call to check on my dad 5 hours after he was transported I call to check on his condition and she ask me to wait. I wait and hear her say Didnt anyone call and tell her he was gone? She comes back on the line to tell me he was transported at 3am to Wake Forest. She then says we forgot to send your dads wallet with him. I ask her to leave it with security and I will come and pick it up. I arrive as I said I would and guess what your right security never received the wallet and have no idea where it is. This is the most mismanaged hospital Ive ever had to deal with. So very unprofessional. I would in no way recommend this hospital unless it was very last resort. So now Im sitting here waiting for them to locate my dads wallet. The most ridiculous part they are questioning me as if I made the whole conversation up. I repeat no one knows what anyone is doing. Do they communicate at all? Im so thankful my dad is no longer here.

I have been here since 12 pm with issues regarding chest pain for the past week. It is now 7 pm and I have not been greeted or called to the back or anything. This place sucks

My ol’ man got there between 230 and 3 pm Monday Jan. 13, 2020 and finally got to the back close to 11 pm. Food is lodged in his throat and he can’t eat or drink and has been that way since 2 yesterday. My opinion is, if you want to die just go here and they’ll help you by not seeing you. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. GO SOME PLACE ELSE.

Horrible wait, rude receptionist, receptionist are unprofessional, they talk about their personal life loud enough for everyone else to hear.I am nurse. Very sad.
