Poor management honestly. Only one staff member truly cares about the children and is stuck with way to many kids and needs help and management ignores when they do ask. 10/10 wouldn’t send your children there or work there for that matter. This is the harper road one across from agony, it’s also VERY clear that they have favorites. Just very poorly managed and the owner must not care if they see the lack of help going on

I love the staff!! They care about the kids and the kids love them. They do activities with the kids, and truly listen and take care of any concerns we have promptly.

Was thinking bout putting my 2 yo in here since its close to home but after watching 2 videos and hearing from 2 other parents bout the abuse their children went through while there I will NEVER put my son in there. So from that being said, I do not recommend this daycare to anyone who lives close to lester square. I wouldnt even trust the one in beckley now. Sad you cant trust a place thats supposed to be a safe place for your kids while youre at work. Hope this place is shut done and the owner and staff arent allowed around kids anymore. Shame shame shame.

Horrific, they have several cps orders against them. Of course I didnt find this out until my 1 yr old was supposedly left on a big kid swing outside without any supervision and had a huge deep gash in her chin that they say happened when she fell face first into the gravel from falling from the swing. When I took her to the doctor they said it was clearly a BITE MARK!! I asked to see camera and they said there were no cameras outside ( very dangerous) seeing that someone could just grab a child!! And they didnt even call me to tell me what happened. The next day when I came in I heard the staff had been gossiping about me going off, o sure did my child was put in danger and hurt and I wasnt notified! I immediately took my child out and had a outstanding balance that I was making payments toward. Well they went to the courts about it and now dang near a year later they have somehow acquired my bank account and cleaned it out. BEWARE OF RISING STAR they are con artists and do not care about your childrens safety and have a bad habit of showing favoritism. Horrible company

My son has been at this daycare for almost 4 years and I have had my fights with the owner several times. This last time was the straw that broke the camels back. My son will NOT EVER walk foot back in this place. From the teachers past AND present giving me the information behind closed doors that the owner lets go on is being reported. Terrible terrible place!!!!!!!!!!!

They jerked a baby up by her arms and left her in the floor while bigger baby’s crawled over her head and the lady picked her up and tossed her in the air yes we screen shot it Sophia rising star is a joke and yes they have cameras that’s how we saw what they did to this child it’s only truth they said they would not have the same lady in with her and agreed it was not acceptable but we were not trusting so did not take her the next day looked on the cameras and guess what the same woman was in with the babys
