This place was amazing. The doctor was great and informative. Margaret was a joy to work with and even fixed a pair of frames that I received from another shop. Great selection of frames and wonderful staff.

I hadnt seen the eye doctor for 2 years and it was time and the eye doctor definitely knew her stuff and was fast and got my prescription perfect and I can now see so much better!

I have had nothing but good to say about my experience here! I really enjoyed my last eye exam. Dr. Erkus is the best! He cured me of a bad eye infection and is always so kind and welcoming! The ladies is the glasses area were very kind and helpful with chosing frames!

Oh my goodness, what an experience! I usually dont like going to the doctors office, much less the eye doctor, but this place totally blew me away. First of all, the lady at the front desk was great. I dont remember her name, but she had purple lipstick and was super friendly. The doctor was truly great. It had been years since Ive worn contacts and she really took the time to walk me through all of my options and made me feel comfortable with the whole process. im happy to say that its been two weeks now and my contacts are working out great! I highly recommend OptimEyez for any man, woman, child, or dog looking to get glasses, they are fantastic!!!

I had a wonderful experience here! The staff was so welcoming and nice! I have been wearing contacts lenses for years and was looking into LASIK, Dr. Nohad provided expert information and knew where to direct me for further care. Great service all around! I highly recommend!!

I have been going to this location for my check ups, contacts, and glasses prescription.Ive always had the same doctor, but its never the same experience. Some days I have a great experience, but others its terrible.Finally, I am switching because the doctor said I wanted to have my eyes dilated when I specifically declined the option. This place appears to value how much money they can get out of you more than your experience with them.

Scheduled appointment was at 2 PM. Seen by Optometrist at 02:35. Then asked to wait 15 minute for eye dilation. Actual wait time close to 40 minute. Total time in doctors office close to 2 hours. If you have lot of free time then go to this clinic otherwise optometrist Arige Nohad has no respect for patient’s time. I am never going there again.

HANDS DOWN THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. NEVER BEEN SO DISRESPECTED!!! I spent 3 weeks going back and forth with them to get contacts. From the very beginning I was treated poorly and consistently told that I did not know what I was talking about. This started with the doctor telling me that my insurance would only cover glasses or contacts which was not true since I purposely got insurance that covered both. Once I went through my insurance and they found I did have the coverage I had to spend 15min going through the info with the receptionist to show them the insurance covered a certain number of boxes. I then came back a week later for contacts followup and was told an out of pocket price for my contacts and had to once again go through all the info and that is when she told me the contacts recommended were not covered by my insurance. I then scheduled a third appointment to come back and get contacts that my insurance covered for a certain amount of boxes. I had to reschedule this appointment and when I did I was told again over the phone that my insurance would not cover boxes. I explained to him that there were brands covered and that was what I wanted and he replied well actually it would be cheaper for the recommended. I once again explained what I wanted. I came out for my third appointment and was immediately told by Padmina that I had been misinformed and that my insurance would only cover a certain dollar amount not a number of boxes. Immediately I was put on the phone with the manager after explaining that I had this conversation 3 times before. The manager offered me 50% off my out of pocket cost but I told her I would contact my insurance first. My insurance confirmed my coverage on a certain number of boxes. I told Padmina that and showed her the documents on my phone but she told me they would call me back later in the day after speaking with the owner. I did not receive a call and called back two hours later. I was given the same story that they would call me when the manager called back. I asked if I could bring in my original insurance documents and was told Insurance has to directly give the info. I then called my insurance and they contacted Optimeyes to confirm my coverage. I afterwards called Padmina and was told that we have customers here we need to assist to but will call you. An hour later I finally got a call from the manager telling me to come in whenever and get the contacts covered in full by my insurance. She apologized for miscommunication and inconvenience. I wasted weeks of my time trying to get these people to do their jobs! I was treated like I was dumb by numerous employees including the manager. I especially felt disrespected by Padmina. Rather than working with me they tried to work around me and push a product I didnt want on me. NEVER will I come here again....Treat your customers with respected

The best place to get an eye exam on the Westside. Convenient location right where I get all my errands done. Dr. Erkus and Dr. Prasad really enjoy their jobs and go above and beyond to help their patients see better. Front desk people are friendly and upbeat.
