Zak is a skilled, respectful, empathetic massage therapist. He kneaded the pain and soreness away. Wonderful experience, highly recommend.

I met Zackary for the first time on the day I scheduled my massage. I was in a lot of pain and felt so grateful to be seen on the same day. He is very professional and capable. He isolated muscle groups and explained them to me to help me help myself recover from a chronic injury. Thank you for the great care!

I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment which was at 1:00pm. Zak didnt come and get me until 1:12pm. Which I wasnt too upset about as I understand that things happen. My massage started around 1:18pm and it was suppose to be an hour massage. He finished at 2:05pm. So I got shorted 13 minutes even though I was on time (early in fact) for my appointment. What??? He is a good masseuse but the fact that he was late AND didnt give me my full time negates the fact that hes good. Ive been to Element Massage and they massaged the entire hour and also did a great job.

Zak is absolutely amazing. By far the best massage I have ever had. He is so smart and so knowledgeable and very educated. I will definitely be back to see him again very soon. Getting massaged by Zak literally changed my life.

Really bad service . Zak Cancelled my appointment just 5 minutes in advance through a text. Contrary to the expectations from customer that we have to still pay for the time if we cancel within 24 hours. Been calling Zak every day for two weeks to reschedule . No response by text or email.the number listed cannot receive texts but only send .He is gifted but seems very unethical. Being talented is not going to retain customers unless you can be courteous and respectful. I am sure my reviews would get attention followed by a superficial apology and unprofessional cancellations. This is typical of a business willing to make a fast buck.

Have tried calling for over two months to try and use the Groupon we purchased and they will not answer the phone. I have also tried scheduling with their online scheduling service and it will not let me and simply says all days are booked. I have went by the location 5 times during their open hours amd the doors have been locked. (((((This is not a review of the person or persons as I did not receive any service but simply of the communication and scheduling or lack there of. ))))

Zak was hands down the best massage therapist I have ever had. I had had some very bad and persistent back and arm pains from my work. Zak used a very progressive amount of pressure until he was able to get deep in the tissue of my muscles to aleviate the pain. He also taught me some techniques to help with in-the-moment pains as they occur. Very personable and compassionate. Worth every penny and then some.

Great massage and my masseuse was very knowledgeable about the muscles and the way that they are connected to each other etc. He gave me some great advice about how much water I will need to drink afterwards and why I would need to. I felt like besides having a great massage experience I also learned a lot of stuff about my muscles and how they function and how I can help them not be as sore later today and tomorrow. I hope to go back there again because it was such a great experience!

Zak is truly an amazing massage therapist. As an avid weightlifter, I enjoy his deep tissue massage and the amount of pressure he uses during the massages. I feel great every time!

Zac is amazing and so knowledgeable! I have had massages all my life for my back and muscles pain. I went to see him during an especially painful day for my legs. He gave me a wonderful massage, and taught me how to stretch and exercise. Wish I could see him more often. He is excellent!!!

Zac is such an awesome human and gives amazing massages! He is very detail oriented, so knowledgeable, and truly cares about and has a passion for what he does! Waited 20min. But therapist didnt show up. Front desk treid calling him but no answer.Replying to the response below from the owner:Thanks for your reply. I didnt get a chance to read it until now. However, between now and 3 weeks ago, I have tried to call you numerous times and left at least 3 messages. I have also called the front desk and left them messages. I have also visited the remedy massage office in one of your open days while you were busy and left my name and number. However after all these attempts I am yet to receive any call back from you to reschedule the appointment.Going back to what you were saying, I received no notification as such about the change in your hours. Why would you not explicitly cancel my appointment and ask me to rebook before I showed up at your facility on a Saturday? If you wish to make this right, do call me. Hope you have my number. thanks

Truly the worst experience I have had. I arrived 10 minutes early. Waited. Finally the massage therapist came out at 1:06 pm. Little late. No big deal. Doesnt apologize or mention it tho so I figure there is no rush and I will not be shorted. Go in. He takes his time talking. Not acting like there is a rush to get me on to get my time in. About 10 minutes in he finally lets me in to the massage area and lets me get on the table. I get on. I wait. About 5 minutes. Then I remember to put my hair up so I get up and then get back on the table. Wait. Wait wait. Seems like a while. Cant tell the time since Im on the table face down. I then realize its taking forever for him to return. So I say oh well and get dressed and go to the bathroom. I get back. Get undressed again. And lay on the table. And still it took a few minutes for him to come in the room. He did not address my neck like I asked him to. I told him I love my feet massaged and he seriously didnt even touch my toes. And after massaged them went and washed his hands which took a couple minutes and then came back to massage the rest of my body. It was so bizarre. And then when it was over I checked the clock and he got me off the table at 2:24 pm. So in that I lost 12 minutes alone. Not to mention all the time I waited while he interviewed me and then waited forever while I was first on the table. Im amazed anyone has written him a good review. He spoke during the massage and it was annoying. I didnt try to talk. I wasnt trying to be rude either tho. I shouldnt have to say please be quiet. I have waited a while to write this review so I could cool down because I was honestly quite livid after I left. It was a waste of time and money.I understand massage therapist are not mind readers. Doesnt mean they should talk about things that have nothing to do with the massage at hand. I understand they have intake to do. Doesnt mean they should act like we arent taking up the time I have paid for. A 90 minute massage should take 90 minutes. Not 65. I am aware that you would stay away from areas that look as though they are not safe for you to work on. My toes were clean. And perfectly safe. No cuts. Nothing gross. I even painted them. And as a professional myself I understand that you would want to wash your hands after working my perfectly clean feet. But the fact you chose to waste time between the massage shows you should probably rethink when you do feet. At the end would save us both time. And you barely worked my neck. I have been getting massages for over 10 years and this was by far the worst I have ever received. Not a sorry for being late either while I was in the waiting room or when you returned after 15 minutes while I was on the table. 3 to 5 minutes sort of makes sense. But when you have a divider you are perfectly capable of checking on me within that time frame. And you didnt. You left me in the table area for at the very least 15 minutes. So that plus the 12 minutes you shorted me plus the good 7 minutes you took to intake me was 34 minutes out of my paid time. So a 90 minute massage was less than an hour long total. Thats not ok. But hey go ahead and reply as if you not doing a proper job was my fault.

Zak has amazing knowledge on what he is doing, you will get the best relaxing massage possible.

Zak is a skilled and caring LMT. Best massages Ive ever had and the therapeutic results last longer as well.
