Had one amazing experience here and one not-so great. First massage was with Sam (I think). It was stellar. I got another massage yesterday and had a woman. I’d requested deep tissue and asked to focus on my neck and back. She ended up doing full body, completely ignored my neck other than resting her hands on my upper traps for 5 min which was more of an annoyance than anything else. Legs and back work were so-so but she did not give me the relief I needed. At one point, she squeezed the bones in my foot, which was just painful, and then she ran a metal comb type thing over my scalp, which was also incredibly painful and I had to ask her to stop. I woke up with severe neck pain this morning- which no doubt may have been prevented if she’s actually worked on my neck. I will go back but I won’t see anyone else besides the guy I had the first time. $150 is a lot for a mediocre experience

They do a fine massage. They dont respond to appointment requests. If you really want to go, callOtherwise find a spot that does a better job of responding to online requests, which is literally the norm.

Wow. First time in, such a nice receptionist. I had Anna as the reflexologist and she gave me the best foot message. I nearly feel asleep in the chair. I cant wait to go back. The prices are so fair you cant beat their prices anywhere. Thank you

If I could give negative stars I would! This was the worst experience I’ve EVER had. The massage therapist was really nice but she was digging into the bones of my hand and not the muscle. I went in for a hand massage and I only got 15 minutes of the scheduled 30 minutes and they still charged me. The lady at the front said “I have to charge you” even after I expressed that I hadn’t even gotten the full massage. I actually left with worst pain then what I came in with! Terrible way to run a business. I’m actually disappointed I didn’t walk away.Update: changed from 1 to 3 stars. The manager Lisa was very understanding and empathetic over the phone. She has made me feel a lot better about the scenario and refunded a portion of the money.

Really good! I love reflexology! And so reasonable for the price! Get the 50 one, its definitely worth the 10 extra dollars! I promise you that

Jeff is great. He came highly recommended by a client of mine and I am glad she did. Hes knowledgeable and can answer all my care questions. This has now become a part of my self care monthly. I am an esthetician that sugars, so I use my hands, wrist and forearms constantly and not to mention in heels 8 hours a day. I have noticed a huge difference in my body at work and when I go to gym (4× a week). I highly recommend the 60 mintue foot reflex with Jeff, especially if you are on your feet all the time like I am. He is also at the NW location which is also convenient.

I’ve been here for a foot massage yesterday. Very unpleasant experience, as when I walked in,the lady and the tall gentleman didn’t look to happy. She gestured to him to take me , he yelled something back..she yelled back at him... the unfriendly conversation went for about 30sec when the man slowly got up and showed me to a chair. They didn’t ask me for my name or any sort of info!!He was irritated the whole time !the massage was rushed and at times painful as he had long nails!! Not a relaxing experience I walked in for. 👎👎

I actually fell asleep during my foot and hand massage. For only $40 you get an hours worth of attention and as long as everyone thats employed there is as competent as the lady that massaged me then youre literally in good hands

Relaxing experience. My therapist didnt speak any English so it was hard to make sure I got the experience I wanted.

Okay massage , friendly staff but I paid $100 (including tip) for an hour massage , the exact same massage is $45 at Cosy spa.

Felt great! Went with 4 friends and it was a great way to do something different and get a little relaxation at the same time.
