I scheduled a facial skin treatment consultation appointment for my husband today and he was running a bit late. When he arrived, there were several ladies at the front desk who saw him but pretended they didn’t. After a while, one lady who appeared to be the receptionist finally said hi and asked for the reason he came in. Then she apologized that the person whom my husband was supposed to meet with was with someone else. I was under the impression that the consultation would be at least 30 min and he was only a few minutes late, how could the lady be with someone else already? They asked my husband to reschedule to come back after pretending they didnt see him and made him wait. My husband felt that they were rude and didnt welcome him. So disappointed with the unprofessional front desk service.

Michelle was extremely thorough with describing what all would happen. The girls in the office made sure all of my medications weren’t photo sensitive and went above and beyond with prior medical conditions etc. This was my first ever laser hair removal treatment and it didn’t hurt at all and Michelle made me feel very comfortable.

The place is great, very clean, the staff was very nice and courteous when I was a customer. Everyone is super friendly. However, I had a family/life situation a few months ago. I had to move back east. I was assured i will get a refund for the services. I didnt, even though I got a phone call from Ashley assuring I would. Now they are not picking up and not calling back. I understand corona virus is happening and maybe your business is struggling, but when you say to customer you will refund, please do. This is not right.

I dont have anything to compare this place to as far as laser hair removal is concerned because Ive never had it done before. But so far my experience has been great. I wanted a lot of areas done and Brianna helped me get the best deal possible. Its a lot of money but not more than other places in the area. And after only 2 sessions Im already impressed with the results. Brianna does the laser for me and shes a very sweet girl. We have a nice little chat while Im on the table (which because Im doing so many areas is about 2 hours!). Im lucky to be a good candidate for the treatment as I have very light skin with dark course body hair, so I saw results just weeks after my first treatment. Thats obviously not going to be true for everyone but I already know this is money well spent for me. The facility is comfortable and the staff friendly.

Got procedure done for pigmentation and now for skin tightening and found Radha extremely caring, helpful, and informative about the procedures. She is super kind and nice and I love this place. The staff is extremely nice and super flexible... would recommend this place in a heartbeat. Extremely professional staff!!!

It was my first time at Sunset MedSpa today. I was very nervous to get a procedure done since I have never had experience with that. I was asking too many questions but Dr Barr was so kind and patient with me and relieved all my concerns. I closed my eyes and she was already done! My first experience with dysport was great. I got a Groupon for unlimited laser hair treatments for a year, and loved it. The staff was always really professional and made sure I was comfortable. They always checked in about how my results were coming along. It was always really fast too! And the treatment has been really effective.

From the first conversation I had with Danell about the services and finding the best package for me, to the ease of scheduling...my initial impression was the team is very professional and accommodating. As for my first treatment, It went smoothly and I had a great experience with Radha. She provided excellent service and explained how their lasers are different (and better) than the IPL lasers they used at my former spa. Radha was so much fun to talk with as well. It felt as if we already knew each other.Id say having received laser treatments over about 5-6 years at two different spas. The first spa, I wasn’t comfortable, like I was with Radha, for any of the 3 sessions I had with the individual who was doing my treatments. At the second spa where I received treatments for a few years, only one of the 3 individuals who did my treatments went out of the way to give me full and thorough treatments such as doing my knees and big toe when layering my lower legs. I can’t speak to this with Radha yet, but I’m confident if I ask, she’d be happy to oblige.Sunset MedSpa surpasses them all. Im looking forward to going back! Thanks team Sunset MedSpa!

Went in to get a filler injected under my eye to help with dark circles. Needless to say, was very disappointing. Not only did the filler make no difference($700), i was left with bruises around both under eyes.They told me originally that the amount being injected would solve the problem. After going back in and speaking with them they offered to inject more filler for an additional $700.Ive had this done a few times and never ended up with bruising or lack of results in this form.

I have tried two other laser hair removal spas and Sunset MedSpas hair removal treaments actually work!!!The office is kept too cold for disrobing. I wish it was warmer.Its very clean. Plan to book appointments about a month or 6 weeks in advance. Saturdays fill up fast!

Ive had microdermabrasion once before and it was just okay, so I thought Id give it another try somewhere else. My treatment at Sunset MedSpa was much more effective, intensive and worth the money.

I tried the IPL here, and actually saw a difference! :) Very nice location, and professional staff.

I gave this commpany one star because it was the least I could chose and still give review. Dont buy a GROUPON but more importantly DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS SHOP. They are late for scheduled appointments, they call to change appointments made well in advance and Im not sure the aesthetician really was trained. I called Groupon and am expecting a refund.
