I saw the doctor a couple of months ago. She ordered labs and was supposed to follow up on results. The doctor did not follow up, stopped responding to my messages on the portal and never went over my lab results. My voicemails have gone unanswered as have my emails. For the hundreds of dollars you pay for one visit there should be follow up. One of the benefits, and the reason you pay so much, is for the longer appointments and better follow up/care. I ended up having to wait a while to get my results because they had to get the doctor who ordered them to sign off on them, which they couldnt get. I ended up having to fill out forms and have a PCP take over my care. I had the one visit with the doctor before she disappeared off the face of the earth. Highly unprofessional and a waste of money. I would recommend you save money and see a PCP. I have never been ghosted by a PCP before, but this doctor couldnt bother to follow up with her patient.

I was diagnosed with UC in March of 2020. My regular doctor said I would be on medications the rest of my life. He wasnt willing to discuss my history with SIBO and yeast overgrowth as a factor nor would did he feel some major life stresses as a contributor to this new diagnosis. I was 47 and had 3 colonoscopies already. So I found Krista - we did additional testing and found some contributing factors. Through treatment, diet and some other changes I am doing great! I really appreciate how Krista listens to me and she works hard to come up with solutions that fit within my goals and needs. Plus - I am off my traditional meds.

They want $300 an hour with multiple visits and multiple tests. We are talking many thousands of dollars and for people who arent privileged we are not able to get the care we need. I believe this comes from ego and greed. Disgusting
