I have had issues with plantar fasciitis on and off for almost 5 years, I did extensive physical therapy that made no difference and then my dr decided it was due to my weight.Sharon saw me once for a treatment, made some recommendations for changes in footwear and stretching, based on the logical use of those muscles and bones, and BAM. Fixed!Ive been walking pain free for months now, even barefoot. Sharon is a miracle worker, she has the most amazing bedside manner AND shes super sweet and easy to talk to. I cant recommend her enough.

Sharon Rose is AMAZING! No other way to put it at all. Not only has she helped fix my lower back and sciatic nerve issues, she also was more than happy to give me three acupressure points to use on my husband after he suffered about of Bells palsy. The doctor estimated it was going to take 6 to 8 weeks for him to go from 10% muscle control back to 80%. With Sharons couple suggestions he went from 10% muscle control to 100% muscle control in 2 weeks!

Sharon is a wonderful practitioner, compassionate and dedicated. Even during the time of coronavirus she was able to help me with a virtual session deal with some pulled muscles and give me feedback on stretches, diet changes and other things that would help me move better. It was so great to have access to that and to be able to consult with her. Highly recommend.

Sharon treated me in a virtual appointment for autoimmune issues (I am not strictly isolating and I respect her safety measures). I set up a virtual appointment with Sharon for pain in my feet that my other doctors havent even talked to me about. Since we are in quarantine Sharon showed me self massage and pressure points that I could do to manage my pain. After only one appointment my feet feel SO much better!

I have never had acupuncture before..I came in with a lifetime of issues, but of course there is a limit for even miracle workers so we worked on my back. I had gone to Sharon at Rose City Acupuncture in the past with amazing results, she was always able to ease my lower back and help me return my labor intensive job with little or no down time.Sharons skills as an amazing healer came more into light after I had hurt my neck. I found myself in a neck collar and taking strong prescription pain killers to be able to function. Despite all the medication, I had frequent migraine headaches and slept the days away unwilling to move because I knew would cause more pain. I felt lost and confused about all the things that were going on with the injury.Sharon was easy to talk to and her understanding of the human body was unmatched. She was able to give me several good ideas to help me sleep and ease the pain when I was at home. She never gave up on me, she kept that strong belief that I would heal. Even when I was on the brink of giving up on myself she was able to steer me back to the reality that I would overcome.Now, I have days that are pain free. I know it was due to Sharon who was my strength and that beacon of hope. She is an amazing woman, a powerful healer and a strong spirit. I would recommend any and all to her tender care.

I went to Sharon with my lower back knotted up with pain, and she did OMM (Osteopathic Musculoskeletal Manipulation), which felt great. It got rid of what has been crippling back pain and most importantly, made my back functional again (something that popping Ibuprofen like candies had failed to do). Highly recommended!

When I walked into Rose City Acupuncture, I was in a lot of pain and could not stand up straight. This had been a problem for about 18 months. Sharon not only listened to me when I told her about the pain, she educated me on why my back was hurting and what needed to be done. She placed her hand on the exact spot where the pain was before I even told her where the pain was. After two months, I am pain free! I can stand up straight! Walking the do is enjoyable again. I refer to Sharon as my miracle worker because I had just resigned myself to the fact that I would not stand up straight again. She is very easy to talk to and accepts the role as teacher when she tells you what is causing the pain, what needs to be done - and why. Sharon has given my life back to me. I cant thank her enough.

I never believed in acupuncture until a doctor suggested I go try it for my neck pain. There was improvement after the first visit and after the second it was in great shape. I have longer relief from neck pain when I receive acupuncture from Sharon then when I have chiropractic adjustments, which typically only lasts a couple of hours

Sharon is a very professional, highly skilled practitioner. She has unique training in Osteopathic manipulation as well as acupuncture. You wont find a more skilled acupuncturist in town. I am a family medicine doctor, and am very pleased to refer my patients to Rose City Acupuncture.

So, I would not say I am a clutz, but pretty close. I am prone to injury, combine that with military and law enforcement work and the result is, I am a mess. After a recent shoulder impingement, a mutual friend convinced me to let Sharon have a go at my shoulder. Docs told me therapy, and lots of pain. They were right on the pain, it really hurt. Sharon fixed me. No joke, the shoulder is back to 100% motion and I am having zero problems exercising it to get my strength back. It feels better now than before the impingement.Sharon is amazing, bottom line. She now has me on regular schedule and seems to be systematically fixing years and years of some pretty major injuries and wounds. Three thumbs up ( if I had three hands )I know nothing is a fix it all magic wand, but this is as close as I have ever seen. Please, give Sharon a chance to work on you.

Sharon knows the human body, how it is connected and how it works. Ive had both acupuncture and therapeutic massage, and both were fabulous. I do have to admit though, I am more of a fan of the therapeutic massage, it is amazing! Its done wonders for me, and I need to visit Sharon more often.

Sharon is the most wonderful, caring, and knowledgeable therapist I have ever seen. She’s the best of both Acupuncture and Manual Therapy all wrapped into the perfect package. I love this woman. She is helping through a very difficult health issue; endocrine problems and unexplained weight gain. After only two treatments, I begun to see some amazing results. She continues to guide and nurture me with my diet and exercise and well as making sure my treatments are doing what they should be doing. Sharon listens not only to your words but to your body. There have been days when I considered not going to treatment just to avoid the one flight of steps but after treatment was able to go down the stairs without wincing. Sharon is an excellent practitioner of her arts.

Tomatoes and Potatoes have no link to arthritis or inflammation. Exactly the opposite. There is no scientific evidence of any kind to suggest it. They are part of the nightshade botanical family, not genetic. They do not cause arthritis or worsen the symptoms unless you individually have an intolerance. Stop giving people false information.

I believe Sharon can practically work magic. She fixed a very painful heel spur with a single treatment, after Id been hobbling around with it for six months. I had no idea acupuncture could be that powerful, but I also think much of the power is with the incredibly empathetic and kind practitioner. Ill be back!

She is a magician! Ive been seeing chiropractors, LMTs, acupuntere, everything for almost my entire life, and with one single 30 minute session she was able to make me feel less pain than I have felt in years. I did an emergency 30 minute session with her due to a severe pain I was having, she only had 30 minutes available, and I cant wait to see what an hour will do. She is ABSOLUTELY worth every penny, you wont regret it!
