I’m saddened by some of these reviews because I honestly have had nothing but great care, not to mention GREATLY needed. I went through some ups and down finding a counselor that fit my needs and most importantly made me comfortable. This took some time. I had Scott at first but quickly realized I wasn’t comfortable with males in such a vulnerable space and he just wasn’t the right fit (by NO fault of his own). Then along came Sally and Shari who have been a constant blessing in my life. Although they may be unaware of this, they have truly helped me on my journey to self acceptance, though not quite there yet, I’m thankfully moving in the right direction. I do not know them on a personal level so I can only speak from a clients perspective. They have been kind, understanding, and most importantly have laid a great foundation for me to build upon. If you’ve gone here and were struggling, my advice is before you give up find the right fit. Can’t say enough about this establishment and professional Psychologist/Case Management/Therapists/Counselors!! Thankful and grateful

Total sessions attended: 4Total sessions scheduled: 6Went for treatment and Ill admit I missed one of the appointments and didnt even call ahead to tell them. My fault. I miss another due to a family emergency the day of another appointment and call them to tell them the morning of that I will not be able to make it due to said emergency. Had to leave a message since it was right at around 8 when I called. No response all day from them. Call back the next day or so and the receptionist says she got my message and that Scott doesnt usually take clients after 2 misses, but he decides ok and sets up another appointment time. I thanked her profusely and told her to tell Scott the same. I was grateful that he was keeping me but honestly hearing that he normally cancels after 2 misses worried me. It shouldnt have because I had a very valid reason for missing and had done everything I could to let them know the day of, even calling 10 minutes before my appointment was about to start but no answered. Skip to day of new appointment. Get in and Scott tells me that he has already closed my case and that they never actually got any messages, even though I literally talked to the receptionist about it. Not only that but mentions how this affected his bills and that he has to make money too. Look Im sorry youre frustrated but you should never tell a client that and certainly not make him or her feel bad for it. Also WHY THE HELL call me in if youve already closed my treatment? Do not see Scott if you go here, very unprofessional and clearly shows no care towards wanting to actually help a client.

I have been coming here for 2 years and see Sally Benner and could not recommend anyone more. Everyone I’ve interacted with regarding scheduling and anything else has also always been kind as well. I’ve been trying to convince some of my other family members to attend counseling at creekside because I truly believe it will benefit them in myriad ways, as it has me.

I was regularly going for a while last summer. Missed one appointment, and I never received a call back. I tried calling and it is impossible to get a hold of anyone. I felt like the counselor I was seeing was pushing me out the door once we found a doable medication dosage. She also did state to me that they get so busy they do not call people back. I would not recommend this business.

We only had 1 session and this is what happend.Scott refused to follow any of Dayton childrens safety plans. Also stated that it was good he had my daughter open up to him even for a white man (daughter light skin caucasian). The lady in charge of the practice called my phone and berated me. Yelling and stating how my daughters issues was my fault and got to the point i had to hang up on her.

The staff was really friendly and it feels like a safe place to talk.
