This office failed miserably with my meds. Doctor here put me on two meds but this office failed to refill them.They will not call you and tell you why they dont refill. They just simply ignore the pharmacy request and do nothing.I know for a FACT the Kroger Pharmacy placed a refill request to this office, I was standing in front of the Pharmacist when he sent the request. But this office didnt call me, didnt call the pharmacy, they just ignore the request.I am now completely out of my meds due to this office. A simple phone call would have been nice. I will not return here and I will find another doctor.

In general, I like it. I would rate my PCP at a five, though. I didnt like the OBGYN office here at all.

Called for an appointment. Extremely rude and condescending. And very disrespectful. Sad. I think some people shouldnt be in healthcare and they are one of them.
