Bought this as a Groupon- had an excellent experience. Casey was professional, pleasant, and provided one of the most therapeutic massages I have ever received. The pressure and pace were perfect and he dealt with all the areas of issue I had mentioned. I recommend him highly.

I spoke with Casey over the phone on a Monday for a next day, 5:30 p.m. appointment as suggested by Casey. I arrived to my appointment at 5:15 p.m. I walked up to a locked door at the address provided. So concerned, I waited and knocked multiple times before calling Casey. I got Caseys voicemail and left him a message questioning if he forgot about our appointment and went back to my car to wait for a return call. I got a return call at 5:26 p.m. and Casey explained that he did not forget, rather that he got stuck in traffic and should arrive in 5 minutes. I waited in my car until 5:38 when I saw a man walk into the location. Assuming it was Casey, I walked into the address listed and waited in the waiting room, alone, until 5:42 p.m. Outside of DEFINITELY being forgotten about for a scheduled appointment, I woke up the next morning with a bruised and painful to the touch lower back near my Iliac bones. Needless to say, Id recommend finding another LMT! I will not be going back.

After cancelling once half an hour before my appointment, and then being a no-call no-show for the rescheduled appointment, not to mention I came from an hour away and he wouldn’t return calls, I wish I could give 0 stars!! Super unprofessional and disappointing.
