Great staff!!! Very friendly. Very clean and a nice place. Always on time. Doctor Kelsey Mayrand is amazing. Really listens and cares. They also have compunet there so you can do ur blood work all at once.

Ive had nothing but good experiences here. I do all of my scheduling on-line through MyChart and have never had to wait more than 10 minutes past my appointment time. Dr. Mayrand has been friendly and incredibly professional. I dont know about other providers at the practice now and in the past, but I have zero complaints as a repeat customer over the last 6 months.

I have been a patient here for approximately 30 yrs. and would not trust my health care to anyone else. The Drs. and nurses here have always gone that extra step needed to assure my family has always recieved the best health care available. They have cared for my family and took care of my children and my grandchildren and hope they are still around to care for my greats when I have some in the future. I could only wish that everyone could receive the quality of care we have been given. Dr. Kohnen is an exceptional physician as well as her staff. I highly recommend BFP to anyone seeking quality healthcare.

I was a long time patient at Beavercreek Family Physicians, and many years ago it was awesome. Unfortunately, the practice has gradually gone downhill for the last several years, especially with the front office staff. It has become very difficult to get appointments, and today was the last straw. I called to make a sick appointment--Dr. Ringle was my doctor, but he left the practice. The scheduler told me then you dont have a doctor. Not we need to get you signed up with one of the other doctors. So I said, what do I do then, and she repeated well, you dont have a doctor. So I told her I would go elsewhere--I recommend that you do the same!

NO!!! so made an appointment I got there 10 minutes before my appointment. I was checking in seeing this was my first visit it took about 20 to get paperwork and checked in. so finished at 4:17 I was told dr Richard would not see me because I was late . Yeah not my fault. So I suggest going else where like I am doing.

Wont except poor patients.

I have attempted to schedule 3 different appointments with Dr. Surowiec. Each time I have successfully scheduled an app and then 1 week prior to the expected appointment I have received a call from his staff saying that they need to cancel or that he will be out of the office. I am unsure how Dr. Surowiec is as a physician but it seems he/his staff are not eager to receive new patients. This has pushed me back 3 months. I do not recommend this office.

I have been with Dr. Kohnen and also all my children for over 20 years. She is a great physician and so are her nurse and support staff. I have also seen other physicians who are just as great I would recommend this office to anyone. They are the best.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. The STAFF at this practice are terrible. They lack any ability to treat their patients with any dignity or respect. They continually forget or misplace prescription refills, input health information incorrectly, and hang up on their patients when calling to make appointments. I wouldnt trust the staff at this facility to adequately care for anyone. DO NOT GO HERE.

I had been seeing Dr. Ringle for over 20 years at this practice. He was a great doctor who cared about his patients. The nurse practitioner and office manager took over and we were treated with O respect for our privacy and health concerns. I just recieved a registered letter severing our relationship. We requested our records to be sent to new doctors that are not with Premier a month ago. We will never return. Premier is no longer the regions leader.

I love my family Dr at this office. I have had nothing but good experiences with the staff here including DR RICHARD J SUROWIEC and am grateful for being able to reach them by phone and on My Chart

3 1/2 months ago, I went to see doctor Schulz, due to chronic pain in my side/chest and protruding ribs. It affected my digestion as well as mobility. After 3 visits, I was diagnosed with mild scoliosis. After being diagnosed he had NO FURTHER assistance to offer and sent me off on my way acting as if he was annoyed that I didnt know I had scoliosis. I visited NovaCare Physical Therapy for assistance on my own with no referral. I had been told my scoliosis was out of the ordinary and unlike any other scoliosis they had seen. I didnt think anything of it at the time. The PT did help SOME but did not eliminate the pain entirely, and Ill explain why momentarily... After months of agony and stretching 1hour+ PER DAY I became depressed and kept thinking to myself this cant be forever, it simply cant be. After looking online at symptoms and evaluating my body I found THAT I DO NOT HAVE SCOLIOSIS AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT IS ACTUALLY NOT POSSIBLE TO DIAGNOSE SCOLIOSIS WITHOUT X-RAY! (which by the way, Schulz DID NOT EVEN OFFER!!!!) I do not have rib hump, I do not have a mis-shapen spine, I do not have uneven shoulders, I do not have uneven hips. This has been the ABSOLUTE WORST YEAR OF MY LIFE, and I came to this physician looking for help, yet he mis-diagnosed me. I am looking for further care to find out what the real problem is, but have found that it is likely slipped rib syndrome, or something merely wrong with my sternum and sternum joints. Not fantastic, but SURELY better than scoliosis!!!! NEVER GO TO THIS PHYSICIAN! THEY SHOULD BE PUT DOWN AND HAD THEIR LICENSES REVOKED! PLEASE LISTEN TO ME AND DO NOT GO HERE OR TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!Edit August 27, 2019: I recently had x-rays done and found that I do have a completely straight spine. They also found that I have a fairly obvious deformity called pectus excavatum that has proved to be very painful. The physical therapy stretches I did prior to my knowledge of a bad diagnosis from this physician, actually made my pain WORSE because the stretches were not meant for my condition. Pectus excavatum should have been caught when I pointed out the hole in my chest and didnt know what it was. This physicians office is trash 100%. I found a new doctor, so should you!

I feel that anyone seeing, or considering seeing Dr Surowiec have a right to know what he did.My gradndmother has been a patient of his for several years, abd she recently found out, from her life insurence company, that she is in stage three kidney failure.Dr Surowiec NEVER TOLD HER.When she confronted him about it and asked him why she hadnt been told, he told her there was no treatment so it didnt matter.DR RICHARD J SUROWIEC CAN NOT BE TRUSTED WITH YOUR HEALTH, OR THE HEALTH OF YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS!

I love my doctor but I cant stand the obstacles it takes to get to him or his staff. Everytime Ive called I get a recording and seem to never get through. I just called today and after being on hold for over 5 minutes I decided to hang up and this is the reason Im posting his message. My doctor (5) starts. The support staff (receptionist) to get to him (1) star.

Due to unexpected medical problems, my husband, and I needed to find a new doctor as soon as possible. After calling many other offices, being treated like just another caller, and having no luck being seen in a reasonable amount of time, I reached Dr. Shulz office. I spoke with Shonna. She listened to our situation, genuinely concerned, and wanting to help. We have been patients of Dr. Shulz now for about 5 months. We could not be happier! Dr. Shulz, and his team, are absolutely fantastic. Dr. Shulz is receptive, caring, and has a great sense of humor. Whether its a minor issue, or a follow up, or we need a specialist, he has been there. Shonna too, is always there for us. No matter how many times we have to call, she makes us feel important with her sincerity and sense of urgency. What a light in the darkness they have been!

My Dr. Retired so I went to this office. They SUCK bad, lied to me about ever|thing . They told me I couldnt see any of the other doctors in this office, said I had to see a pretend doctor , Estelle what ever her name is.
