The young lady who took the blood was excellent! She was very professional and the process was almost painless. She was smooth, quick and caring!

While the staff are friendly, and the phlebotomists are patient with a stubborn vein that can be hard to find, I would avoid this facility if you have anything resembling a standing order from your doctor. I had been using this facility for over five years due to its convenient location to take a required monthly blood test, but the current staff at the front desk has difficulty processing a physical fax that is sent to their office.

Staff very nice, nurses were quick. I didnt st waiting long. The procedure was quick. All good things.

I went around lunch time on a Monday and got in and out fairly quickly. Would have gotten in sooner had I realized I needed to check in on a tablet (positioned oddly on a pillar) instead of at the window which caused some people to skip me. However, once I got properly checked in, everything was very fast and efficient. Got my blood results a few hours later.

They were professional, friendly and extremely quick. Even though they were busy, it did not take them long to get everyone through. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and very knowledgeable. The tech that did my blood work was friendly and polite. She did a great job. Very good experience.

You receptionist, Patty, at this location, is a terrific representative of your organization. Patty is quite helpful to patients who have trouble signing in. She is also quite pleasant when giving instructions and answering questions. Makes visiting this location to have blood drawn or delivering a specimen a nice part of your day.

I love that you check in on a kiosk. It seems to help the process. I never have to wait long when Im at this center before Im taken back for lab work. Everyone is always very nice!

Clean facility and they space out the waiting area nicely for covid 19. Very nice receptionists and phlebotomists. Highly recommend coming to this location specifically for all of your lab tests!

The overall experience was quite good. Quick and mostly painless blood work. However, I did notice a lot of older folks having issues with the sign in process. They rarely have someone at the front desk. Not the staffs fault, Im sure, as many places have lowered their staff due to COVID-19. But they had an ipad with a sign in app open to get yourself checked in which I saw the majority of people there having some difficulties with, many of whom getting quite frustrated with that issue.

Easy process...signed in, waited about 15 - 20 minutes, got served and was out. No hassles; no mounds of paperwork.

I had to take a five hour glucose test and staff did their best to make it pleasant. My veins are hard to hit and they did a great job with that many blood draws.

The phlebotomy staff here is sensitive, fast, and fairly painless, which is always appreciated!

Friendly staff and I didn’t have to wait very long

I had to go get some lab work drawn here and it was completed with out any hiccups! There were only two girls running the show and they were awesome. You check in on an ipad, and it sends you a linkyou can see where you are in line. There were three people in front of me, but I would say from check in, to time out the door I was done in 15 minutes. Thanks for great, timely service.

They see patients in a timely manner, staff is skilled. Sometimes Ive hardly felt anything! The waiting area is pleasant.Theyve done all my prenatal tests and I will use them in future!

I got my blood drawn today (which I’m not very good at doing). Both professionals in the room were incredibly nice, and talked to me about my activities before doing any blood-drawing. I passed out because blood freaks me out, but they did everything they could to help. One of the nurses stood there fanning me for a solid 5 minutes, and the other went to get me water. I am extremely thankful for the hospitality this location provides. 100% recommend them.

Walked in - once I finished at the kiosk sign in, there were 8 people ahead of me - I was called after about 5 minutes and was done a few minutes later. Total elapsed time from arrival to departure was under 20 minutes.

I have been going here for many years for regular blood draws and always got really good service. Lately, the people drawing blood seem to be very inexperienced. They tried three times to draw blood but couldnt get anything. They said I was probably dehydrated and to come back some other time. The time before that, they were able to get blood but my arm hurt for over two weeks after like my muscle had be frogged. I am only writing this review in hopes that they will help the technicians so they are better at drawing blood as I have to do this every few weeks and need to be able to get it done in a timely manner.

I have been there a few times recently, never again. I know Im hard to draw blood from, but they have their best behind the counter. Amber from there and people at other places can find my veins, but these people cant. It was around closing and they kept talking probably wanting me to leave instead of them keep trying, so I did. I was there twice today because they didnt have my paperwork the first time and they have a sign that they are transitioning to a new system. They also yell from the window and I am hard of hearing. Then, they let me open my own door and I am on crutches. I went here only because I had an appointment across the way, but I will never make that mistake again. In addition, they also had the radio blaring to an annoying point. Very unprofessional and poorly run office.

After multiple terrible experiences at Labcorp, decided to use Compunet for my glucose test. I was blown away with how quick they serviced patients, remained friendly, and very helpful. Would use over Labcorp any day!

Youd better bring your insurance card with you otherwise they will send you home. It doesnt matter how many times you had your blood samples taken there before!
