I have not been here in a while but I plan on visiting again soon and taking advantage of one of their flotation tank deals they offer. The last time I visited I got a couples massage and both of us were really happy with the quality of the massage, cleanliness of the building, and the atmosphere it has. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would def recommend going here to anyone who is looking for a great deal on an excellent massage. Super clean space. When I first walked in they offered me tea. Eclipse was such a sweetie. She gave helpful information on how I can achieve the best meditation state while in the pod. Highly recommend the message before the float. I had janella and she was awesome. I like my massages harder and she delivered. I was sooo relaxed when I left. I am definitely going back. Any woman wanting to go be away the salt water may get into the kitty cat And may sting a little but only at first. It goes away. I actually fell asleep while in the pod and this was my first time.

Long story short, Ive been going through a lot of emotional/stressful life experiences with my dads health and my own so I decided to book an appointment for a massage and float. Its been years since Ive gotten a massage (and I was v excited to float again.) I saw Sam for my deep tissue massage and he focused on the areas I felt needed the most attention. I sh*t you not, on the 45 minute drive home, I started crying. Ive heard of massages making people feel emotional but I never thought itd be me. With the combination of getting a massage and then floating after the massage, I felt a wide range of emotions I had been bottling up. Anyways. I feel weird leaving a review like this, but I promise it was a good cry! Thank you so much, Sam! Ill be back again.

Ive done 2 floats and had a deep tissue massage. Each session has been wonderful. Very relaxing, very freeing.At first, the thought of being in a dark enclosed space with door shut was a little intimidating, but my guide set me up for success when she suggested that theres the same amount of space in your car as there is in the tank. She also suggested that closing the door will help keep the heat in the tank, so I had the incentive to close the hatch. Once I got in, I left the door open, but just sat upright in the tank to allow myself to get centred mentally. Once I got used to the space (about 2 minutes) I closed the door and laid down. I think I fell asleep during my one hour session. All the weight and pressure I was feeling in my joints dissipated and I felt so much better. I have sciatica and the pinch was diminished for several hours after my first session.Id recommend doing a combo: float then massage.

I have had two floats and a massage at this location. I got to admit I am very impressed at their services. The location is clean, friendly, calm, welcoming and relaxing. My massage was provided by Kim, and she did an amazing job. My lower backache was gone and my body felt relaxed.While i have only floated two times, I totally recommend everyone to try it at least once! It is quite an experience. It is so relaxing, i even fell asleep. If i was to describe it, its the closest feeling you can get to zero gravity. This is what the astronauts must feel like. Its awesome! Totally a place more people need to go and enjoy!

My wife and I waited 3 weeks just to be turned away at our appointment. They blamed the system which seems to be a common occurance. We scheduled the appointment online and checked the box that my wife was pregnant. They didnt even know until we showed up and they expressed they dont have any pre-natal qualified employees in house. They kept pushing for my wife to use a float chamber instead which she had already declined several times. No sorry, no trying to correct the mistake they made, they simple kept trying to push the float chamber or asked if my wife wanted to just wait the 90 MINUTES for me to get my massage. THREE WEEKS just to get turned away and for them to blame the system they never bother to look at. Then as we were about to leave the manager or who ever that was rudely asked Do you even have a doctors note?. Maybe you should have this somewhere on the online form when you check a redundant box THAT YOU DO EVEN LOOK AT!! All they said is WE should have called THEM to make sure they had someone that day....

HOLY WOW!!! Maretta is truly amazing!!! I got a massage by her and I could FEEL that she LOVES her job. She is truly A M A Z I N G and I will be back! The facility is clean, calming, friendly, and accepting of anyone. Lovely place. I left walking on clouds!

With Maretta, her service orientation overflows from the heart, through her hands and into your body. We live in a culture that sometimes looks down on someone who says, I like customer service. Went to the floatation tank. They put hydrogen peroxide in the tanks!! Every other place only uses salt (it keeps the tank sanitary). My skin was so dry it started to crack and bleed.

Had a wonderful first experience at Gravity Spa.Mimi greeted me enthusiastically, and continued to charm me as she oriented me through what to expect.I booked a 60 minute float followed by a 60 minute deep tissue massage.I had no idea what to expect, and I was pleasantly surprised by the flotation experience. Once settled, I was able to turn off my brain for a little bit. The sensory deprivation aspect is very interesting, so say the least - pitch black, and the only sound was the sound of my own ringing ears (which I have had for years).Post float, I met Frank. Frank was funny and wonderful. I enjoyed a euphoric deep tissue massage to end my evening. His manipulations were purposeful, and perfectly targeted my problem areas.Gravity Spa in general has a truly unique and wonderful vibe. The space, the people, the decor, the mood - all good. Thank you.I cannot wait to book my next session(s).

I had an appointment with Maretta and it was amazing. Her voice is so soft and soothing throughout the massage and checked multiple times to make sure the pressure was okay. I will definitely be scheduling more appointments with her in the future. Front desk staff was very nice as well, the whole process was so easy and pleasant.

Today I experienced my first ever 1 hour float and then followed it up with a 1 hour massage!I have never felt more relaxed in my entire life!The float tank was awesome, you literally just float... I wasnt sure what to expect or if I needed to bring anything with me for my float but everything is PROVIDED.. Shampoo/Conditioner/Body wash/makeup wipes/petroleum jelly (for cuts or scrapes), and even an ear wash solution in case you get salt in your ears! .. First you shower with a special wash to remove any and all oils from your skin and then you are ready for the salt tank... After your float you will shower again and wash your hair and body normally.. I then put on a robe and opened my door to my massage therapist, Kylie waiting on me for my 1 hour massage! .. The environment was very warm and welcoming from the time you walk in the door until the time you leave! I drove a little over an hour for this experience and I sure am glad that I did.. Exactly how I needed to spend this Sunday!! .. I highly recommend anyone who is interested in trying a flotation tank to go ahead and do it and get the massage, you wont be disappointed! Thank you Gravity Spa for giving me the relaxation that i needed ❤

I had the deep tissue massage with Annie first, then an hour float. Annie was great, very professional. The warm compresses on my back were wonderful. The float was relaxing. You will lose all sense of time. I thought it had been 15 minutes, it was over an hour. The venue is relaxing and the staff very pleasant. I will return.

I had a deep tissue massage which was awesome! She hit all the right spots and didn’t mind that I wasn’t all too chatty, just needed a little quite time to myself to regroup. Tried the float for the first time today. The overal concept is intriguing, but I honestly had a hard time relaxing in there. Maybe sensory overload:) I would definitely try it again but probably not with the massage on the same day. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone! The staff was great! The atmosphere was great! I am a Mom/Bonus Mom to 6 kids and was in serious need of time for me. Gravity Spa was so amazing! My husband gifted me a Float and a Hot Stone massage. Annie gave me my Hot Stone Massage and I was blown away! I have no words to truly describe how amazing I felt during and after. The entire atmosphere was amazing. I was given tea prior to the massage (delish!) and water between sessions. The float was more than I expected! I felt so at peace in the tank. Thank you and I can’t wait to go back!

Great massage place - Im a big guy and tend to be very sore due to my work in an office chair - I get a massage once a month to help my back and neck and I have tried just about every massage location around(literally, Im talking 20+ competitors) - Some places are cheaper however I feel that since I go once a month, Id rather pay more for a higher quality massage once a month, then an OK massage twice a month. It cost me $75 to go here today with an 1 hour deep tissue massage with Annie and it was well worth it. My last place the masseuse I had quit so I gave this place(and Masseuse) a try and was very pleased :). I would highly recommend her especially if you need some back/neck/pain/knot relief, she knows what she is doing :D.

It is in a older building and a bit of an odd location. Thats just a fact. Not much you can do about that.The experience and service level was great! This was my first time floating . It was relaxing and invigorating for days. I have MS and am always sore and stiff. I felt totally relaxed and pain free. I need to do this on the regular to try to make more long term gains.Its very peaceful, very relaxing. Not scary! Nice clean facility, you are in a large private well thought out room. With a nice shower, soaps, towels, and floating tank. You are at peace with the world.Plan a nice massage afterwards... pure heaven!

My husband & I had the most incredible experience at Gravity Spa. We did a couples massage for 1 hour then right into an hour Float. This was our first professional massage & it certainly now wont be our last. Elicia & Kylie were exceptional. They listened intently to our desires & then provided us with pure relaxation. I was nervous about the float at first but within moments of being inside of it I was transformed. I was in such a relaxed state it was as if I were meditating. Which Ive never done. It took someone a few knocks to wake me up from my euphoric state. Its been about 6 hours since my float & I still feel the effects. I would absolutely recommend trying this out fur sure. I had previously read about Flotation Therapy or some call it Sensory Deprivation Therapy. I was eager to try this at Gravity Spa. I was taking it all in when I first got into the pod and just trying to see how I felt to others experiences I read in the reviews. The temperature was a match to my skin temp as expected. The water with the salt content feels good on the skin. I was surprised how truly easy it was to float, extremely comfortable and when I laid my head back that was instantly comfortable without feeling like the water was on my face too much at all.I was still moving around as the water was still moving around in the tank upon entry. So laying back taking in no sound, and no light, opened my eyes, pitch black. Okay, so those reviews are true. :) So again lay back and try to relax and rest. My mind is racing, If felt as if I caught my legs tensing up and breathing deeply. Then tell myself to calm down, relax, several times this occurred. Then finally success, was able to relax enough to be relaxed enough to be at sleeping level and not wanting to get out when the 60 minutes was done.Due to a full schedule that day I had a massage scheduled later to return for and choose a relaxation massage. I typically dont select this type, but the massage therapist was wonderful in being able to massage for a truly relaxing massage.Absolutely would recommend Gravity Spa. If you have never tried flotation, give it a try. I will be a returning again.

This was my first time at Gravity Spa. The staff was very friendly. I had a Swedish massage by Annie and then into the Float Tank for an hour. Annie was great. Highly recommend her. The float tank was different than anything I have done. I did enjoy it I just would have liked the water warmer.

Best of all, it’s privately owned so I didn’t have to set up an account, build an online profile, or have to wait a long time to get a service scheduled unlike the franchise locations. I had an hour massage and 90 minutes in the flotation tank. The massage was nice and I was very relaxed after. This was my first flotation experience. It took a little while to figure out how to relax, but overall I really enjoyed the experience. Everything was clean and professional. I will definitely be back!

I love this little spa. Ive gone twice. I once a few years ago for a prenatal massage, and again today for a float. The staff is always. Friendly and accommodating. The place is immaculate. They think of everything from candles to even having shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and fabulous lotion waiting for you at the of your float. Im very happy their service and will continue to come back.

Just floated for the first time! Took me a little time to get the hang of actually relaxing, but it was wonderful once it happened. The staff was very welcoming and informative and the space is so clean and cute! Love that they encourage creativity and hanging out in the space! I will be back!

This was my first massage and float ever. The staff could not be more caring or calm making he experience that much better. The prices are the best in all the research I did. It is an hour drive from me but I will go again.

I had a hot stone massage and float with my wife. Couples massage in the same room.My therapist was Maretta, and she was amazing! The pressure was perfect. When she found a trouble area, she gave it a little more focus. The stones were hot, but not scalding. She was so smooth that most times I could not tell when she transitioned from stone to hand.The room was clean, it smelled great. I was never not relaxed.The float was fun. It took a while for neck to relax, but by the end I was falling asleep. Im sure its the closest I will get to floating in space.

I have been in some sort of pain (neck, back, hips, legs, etc) for at least 20 consecutive years. I have been to several massage therapists, spent tons and tons of money...no amount mattered as long as the pain went away. My husband purchased a visit for my birthday and I immediately thought money down the drain but I was soooooo wrong. Annie gave me the best massage, focused on all of my problem areas, and was very professional. The tank looks overwhelming as I am claustrophobic but I had no issues being in there for 1 hour. My mind relaxed so much that I had to be woken up with a knock at the door. I got THE BEST sleep I have had in years! And for the first time in 20+ years my body is pain free! I will be back. This will not be my last visit and I thank this wonderful spa for making me feel so much better.

I already scheduled this combination (massage then float) once a month for the next 3 months. Self care is too important. This place is definitely the place for you to take care of yourself. My experience with Floating was a very unique one. Not knowing what to expect and experienceing what I did has me intrigued enough that I will definitely plan a return trip to try it again. Inviting place once you step inside. Very nice owners & staff. Reassuring. Not pushy.Im claustrophobic. They allowed me to float with the door open both times I went.Drawback: open door lets warmth out of chamber. Melony suggested I use a rolled up towel to keep the door ajar next time. Ill do that. Definitely going to be a next time. :-)

Ive been to several different massage therapists and also did a salt float. I never leave disappointed. Ive spent twice as much for massage services at other spas and have been so disappointed by the quality. Gravity Spa is clean, friendly, and a peaceful oasis. I would highly recommend!

Highly recommended! My husband and I love Gravity Spa. We have had several massages and have been impressed with each masseuse so far! They listen to your needs, make sure you are comfortable, and work on any problem areas that may be bothering you. They have a very professional team and a super relaxing environment from the moment you walk in.We have also tried the floatation chambers. The floatation was much more comfortable than I expected in terms of space and feeling claustrophobic. It is much bigger than it seems, and you can leave the door cracked if you want. My only negative for Gravity Spa was that the shower in the float room needed some updating and repairs -- however, they are doing upgrades at the end of July 2018! So they are on top of things!

The float was a little different but i dont relax easily and Im highly claustrophobic. Like anxiety type claustrophobic! Was not comfortable with the float cause it was my first time here ever having a float or massage day. But the 1 hour massage and the music was very relaxing enjoyed every minute the lady I had was very understanding of where my aches were. Today was my third visit here, I wish I could go every day. I love getting massage, but the flotation is definitely my favorite. Talk about relaxing! My neck and back always feel less tense after a float.

I have been to Gravity Spa three times now and I absolutely love it. The staff is always polite, helpful, and never pushy. The facility is always clean and has a warm, relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend it for anyone considering a float.
