9 business days and still no debit card. where is my card. I am so irritated my card number was stolen. they froze my card . I cant use it. I told everyone I have spoke with I am a truck driver. I need access to my money. they dont care. it was mailing out on July 21st. it was mailed to the member center on brandt pike in huber heights. this is unacceptable. I stayed out an extra week so my card would be at the bank by the time I get home. I will be home Thursday and still no card. all I was told was sorry. I guess I will have to close my account since wright patt doesnt care about me. I cant live on sorry. I cant buy sorry and eat it. Im done with wright patt

Great place to visit. The building seems to be very secure and safe. The staff are professional and friendly. The building has a very large and open ground floor plan with several conference rooms.I would suggest anyone in Ohio to use WPCU for all the business and personal banking needs.

I have a contract for a financing agreement on an ATV through Wright Patt that was signed and I left with my vehicle almost a month ago.Now that my first payment is due in 2 days I get a letter in the mail saying they CAN NOT give me a loan...but I already got approved a month ago and have the paperworkthat says all the details of our agreement.I am so irritated and stressed out about this situation I dont even know what to do. How am I supposed to make my first payment if they dont send me a bill? Should I call a lawyer?

Extreme lack of communication when there is a problem! Ive tried multiple avenues to get someone, ANYONE, to explain to me whats going on and its just crickets on their end. Ive been a member for over a year now, and applied on-line for one of their credit cards on Wednesday Nov 4th. Almost immediately, one of their people notified me (via secure e-mail) that I had been approved, but that I needed to submit my last two pay stubs and a copy of my drivers license, which I did that same day. That employees e-mail said the final credit card paperwork would be e-mailed to me by the end of the next day (which would be Thursday, Nov 5th). Never got a thing. On Monday, I e-mailed the employee again, and she said she would check into it and get back to me. She never got back to me. On Tuesday afternoon (10th), I e-mailed her AGAIN and asked for a status. As of Friday afternoon (13th), she still hasnt responded. I logged into my account on Tuesday night and submitted a request to Support to have someone in management contact me and explain whats going on. As of now, no one has. And before you ask me to e-mail you (like you did with those reviews below), I did that already this morning (13th), and as of right now, nothing. Granted, that was just this morning, but I explained all this in the e-mail, and you would think SOMEONE would have the courtesy to at least provide a quick e-mail back to me saying Were sorry this happened to you. We are looking into this and will get back to you by Monday.

Very inconsistent in their services. One time it takes 2 days for a transfer next time it takes 4-5 days. From same account. It doesnt make sense. I call to see what is going on and it is always someone elses fault. Its always the other bank or the persons fault. This credit union never takes responsibility for the non-uniformity in their banking practices.

Wright-Patt has been the worse credit union to deal with in my 14 years of real estate. Both the buyer agent and I had zero communication with the loan officer (Tine Gibbs). She ignored email/calls, never submitted our dispute to appraiser, and drop the deal without informing the buyer. The most unprofessional service I have ever experienced.

You can get average and even good service at just about any bank. However, finding great service is hard to find; service where the associates actually seem to care about helping you. WP offered me great service from their Centerville branch. I will continue to bank with them

I bank at another credit union, but sold a vehicle to someone who bank with them. They lost the check to my bank, and then wanted me to do the work. I would not take a loan or account from this joke of a credit union.

Poor communication. Had some activity going on with my account that they didnt even bring to my attention. They quick to send a email about a customer service survey but wont call you about your account. They want me to pay for something that could have been fixed awhile ago. Gave them money to get my account back together and made an agreement that they are not holding to. Will definitely be leaving.

Went to apply with wright patt for my very first home buying experience. After countless days, an unnecessary hit on the old credit score, and a few rude mannered emails, I can confidently say do not waste your time with these people. I dealt with Brittni Teasomething and after a few emails and her pushing to do the application. She then looked at my account which she had already and said that my cash was insufficient and that I would not be able to qualify. As i replied in my email to her, she couldve easily looked and seen that my current numbers were not suffiencent for a mortgage loan at the time. Being that its her job to tell these things based off of the information she has in front of her. I absolutely will not be dealing with anyone from Wright patt when I get my home. What a waste of time.

Been with wright patt for 4 years and I went in to a teller to get a cashiers check to pay a bill and got charged 5 dollars and I only used one for the month you are allowed 2 per month and I have also noticed they are charging 2 dollars every month for cashing my pay checks at that point I should just go to a shell gas station why put my money in wright patt hands this company is penny pintchers will be leaving wright patt. when you thank you HAVE a good bank then find out there just an average Joe at best!!

Horrible bank. My wife goes in there every month to pay her car payment and this last time she went in to pay it they said somehow she was 2 months behind, and couldn’t accept our payment and couldn’t give us any other information said they sold our account to a different party. Didn’t provide us with the name or phone number of this place and it was on a Friday so we had no way to do any searching till Monday morning.The lady at the desk didn’t even know how to use the computer to look up her account! Again we was sent no notice or wasn’t even told she was behind at all no letter nothing! Now the car has been repoed and have no idea we’re its at and have no way to even pay it!!! We wasn’t even behind we have all proof and they didn’t care! Told us they couldn’t help us cause they didn’t have our account anymore.. legal action will be taken.

SAD, SAD, SAD. been a customer for over 25 years, told my loan was approved for my vehicle, told I had a really good rate, get to purchase my vehicle , nothing about my loan was available, and 4 different banks gave me a lower interest rate than the credit union I been loyal to. I have been a member for over 15 years. I have never felt like less of a member until yesterday. I’ve always bragged, promoted, recommended WPCU. I’ve always felt the value as a member ...up until yesterday. The person I spoke with Saturday was very rude, condescending, and could careless of the situation that occurred. The delivery and her approach during my time of need was appalling unacceptable and non-representative of WPCU standards. I am seriously considering changing credit unions. She stated she was being transparent and if that’s the representation of WPCU, I am highly disappointed. She was very crass and lacked customer care. I am left wondering why I do I bank with WPCU? I could see if I was disrespectful...but I wasn’t.

They charge ME $10 for when someone else’s check bounces!? Today I am DONE with Wright Patt Credit Union. This time next week I will not be a member there. Also they are unable to be contacted when traveling to foreign nations but that petty $10 fee is what put the nail in the coffin for me.

Im trying not to dislike the service they have provided me but Im starting to become unimpressed. I have car loan and have been making on time payments for over two years . The first incident happened this time but last year to where I needed to move unexpectan and I called to see if I can postpone my payment. The lady act as if she had put a hold on it but she never did. The second time I called well over a week to have them switch accounts because I am parting ways with a bank they have been taking the payments from. The lady verified the new account was mine and made sure when the first payment was to be taken out and also made them automatic. The day after the payment was to be made. They had not collected it. I called them and they told me they had taken it. A week later the money was still in my bank. I called the bank it was to come from and they verified there has been no activity depositing or withdrawing from wpcu. I called wpcu again and they ensured me they had taken money and verified the right account. A few days after the call. I recieved a letter saying the money was returned to my account due to the account being a unknown account. I called again and explained to the man my situation and he still tried to tell me i would be paying a late fee had I waited and paid a couple of days from now. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me they were all at lunch and forwarded me to a voice mail that I didnt want. I left a message anyways. It had been 24 hours and no one called me back. I called them and the guy just like the last one tried to make it seem like it was me who caused this. The customer service is not living up to what a customer expects. I wanted to buy a house with them and start a business as well. Cfpb and BBB will be hearing from me. No one should be getting this kind of treatment. Its like they say one thing but do another and dont care.

After 5 years of an auto loan and 30 years with the same insurance agent, Wpcu somehow cannot manage their proof of insurance. Rude customer service, continues to claim that after my agent has sent proof 2 times they do not have it? My insurance agent has been in business for over 30 years with the same employees, they know their stuff. My agent says WPCU is the worst at this

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANKThis place lost my business:I currently have my car loan with them. At their lowest rate offered which is a 2.39 refinance from over a year ago. I wanted to finance a medical procedure so I tried to be loyal and stay with them. I did a credit check for a personal loan of 7k and my credit came back at 762 but my discover card balance is high. It’s not over the limit or past due. My discover is my only high debt. The under writers denied me because of it. Guess what wright patt I will be getting me a new car and you will not be the bank to buy it. If I change my mind I will just refinance and pay another bank for my current car. I’m cutting all ties with this raggedy unloyal bank. Do not do any business with this place.Again credit score 762. No missed payments: Nothing bad on my credit report. I have about 10 or 15 credit cards. Discover is the only one with a high balance and is in good standing and has always been in good standing. Then these idiots suggest I used my available credit on my discover card oh that right it’s because I have availability to put 7 k on my card. So they want to increase the issue they denied me for in the first place or use the positive equity in my car for a secured loan was their suggestion. This is one sorry pathetic credit union with NO LOYALTY. Telhio have good reviews and low rates.Wright patt I was going to get my first mortgage with you guys. Not any more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I moved to another state. To register my car, I needed them to send the title to the BMV. Despite that Im making payments on the car through a Chapter 13 bankruptcy, they have ignored two requests (one from me and one from the BMV) to send the title over the past month.
