Visit of 9/23/21 was a good visit. The male tech that helped me was very courteous and kind. Always had my cane ready for me, much appreciated. Answered any questions I had. Office manager was helpful and explained about costs. The rest of the staff that came in and out was helpful also. Liked the dentist that was there. Would and will return.

The staff I talked to over the phone were nice and helpful. The clarity in communication about the appointment is lacking. Your first appointment is just a consultation, I thought I was going in for a cleaning. It wasn’t until the hygienist was about to leave that I asked her if the dentist was going to do my cleaning and she told me that they don’t clean on the first appointment. Before I left I was told someone would contact me about billing and to set up my appointment for my next cleaning and to get a tooth filled. I did not hear from anyone so I tried to call four or five times. I got Voicemail the first several times and then finally the last time I called I got someone on the phone. She just informed me that they were behind in their callbacks.At that time I scheduled an appointment with her for both the cleaning and filling. The appointment was set for over a month from my initial consultation. Honestly I was a little bothered by that point but I wanted to just go ahead and get it over with because I knew my insurance would not let me get a second set of x-rays if I went to another dentist.Here we are today with my appointment being next week and I get a text message stating that there’s a conflict with one of my appointments and to call them to reschedule. When I called someone answered right away, which was awesome! But I discovered when my appointment was scheduled a month ago that apparently the office hours changed and they couldn’t do one of my appointments in the same day as originally planned.At this point in time I decided that it was easier for me to wait until my next insurance cycle in January to find another dentist.Pros: nice staff.Cons: no clarity of expectation for visits.

I was very unhappy with the overcharging! They charged me over $1700 to clean my teeth!! There were 4 different charges 2 for upper and 2 for lower the charges were outrageous and I didnt have lower teeth on one side! They were unable to explain the charges and yet would not remove them and since I dont have insurance Im screwed and they know that! Last appt they let me drive 45 mins to get there then tell me their equipment is down...apparently they called everyone else because the place was empty! They will tell you your teeth must be cleaned before they can do what you came for ...dont do it! While she was cleaning my teeth she broke one of them and they didnt care and it has never been taken care of! For your own sake go somewhere else!

Genuine concern for their patients. I did not expect to be treated so well, the nurse crew, excellent. The finance lady was just so nice and the doctor, wow. Didnt feel a thing. Will be returning for standard cleanings and just might stay for a whitening.

This was by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a dentist office in my life. I made my appointment . Before the day of the appointment I received 6 text messages and five emails about my appointment. That was enough to make me wonder but I went anyway. They never offered to clean my teeth, I went in for a check up and cleaning, they tried to sell me other dental procedures I do not need right away. I had two cavities and they also said I had the beginning of Periodontal disease. They said they would not fill the cavities unless I had this periodontal work done at a cost of over 1000.00 to me. I saw the dentist less than five minutes he was the rudest coldest dentist ever with the patient manner of a dead fish. I walked out, called another dentist, explained the situation and what had happened and was told to come in immediately to get my cavities filled and they would work on the rest. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Mis-sold treatment. Staff seem to lack the knowledge of how the treatment works. No one ever answers their phone, or returns calls. I would not recommend this office. I would seek out a dental practice that stands behind their work, not just takes your money and runs.

I was in need of a new Dentist. And unfortunately I am still in need of a new Dentist. I made an appointment for myself and my daughter at Aspen Dental in Beavercreek, Ohio. My appointment was at 1045 on Tuesday and my daughter’s was at 0745 on Wednesday. I showed up approximately 15 mins before my scheduled appointment on both days and completed the new patient paperwork. The wait wasn’t too terrible on Tuesday but it definitely was not speedy either. I figured, since it’s the middle of the morning they are probably extremely busy. When I showed up on Wednesday morning for my daughters appointment there was only one other patient in the waiting area. I figured we would be in and out in no time. Boy was I disappointed. I watched other patients get checked in and called back as my daughter and I waited for our turn. This dental office is extremely SLOW. I understand that their are other patients besides me BUT if a patient is waiting to be seen for over 45 minutes with no explanation…that’s a problem!!! It was not until I went to the desk to ask how much longer before she would be seen did the front desk go get someone from the back. I will not returning to this location.

Terrible service and communication. I would not recommend going here. Their oral surgeon is leaving and their staff, although friendly, has no idea what is going on and over promises. Not once did I receive confirmation of my appointment nor the proper email notifications even after I called multiple times over a couple weeks. Highly disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere. I wish you all the best!!

I went to them for, what I felt was, a dental emergency broken tooth among other issues. I applied, through their system, for a third party payment plan. Well they received over $1600 from the beginning even though not all of the work had been done and because of covid that work didnt really start until May. Too much info to put in here but I wont go back to them. They were not up front with what they knew my insurance would pay or not pay. Its been a nightmare.. dont go to these people.

Had a molar pulled at aspen in beavercreek on 6/7/21! Will never use aspen ever againBeen in more pain since my tooth was pulled than before I contacted aspen for an appointment. Its been 7 days & still no relief at allIve called them 3 times & still this business hasnt returned my call.Guess Im going to have to bite the bullet & hit the emergency room for this, can only imagine this cost.The x-ray tech wasnt trained on taking x-rays, had to have them retook several times all the while my tooth is throbbing.They told me the cost would be 210, then once the dentist was done, I was told it would be an additional cost of 96.00 dollars, felt like I was tricked into paying more. What happens when. A customer doesnt have the extra 96-100 dollars to pay their, extra cost the dentist feels is necessary. How about sticking to the price you say it will cost.

This was my first time visiting Aspen Dental and it had been awhile since I had last visited a dentist so I was a little nervous about a new place. Everyone on staff I encountered were wonderful, I was instantly put at ease. They were professional and efficient. I will be going back for additional work and will go back to them for future visits.UPDATE - Unfortunately, I feel the need to update my original review. My first visit was wonderful and I had a great feeling about Aspen. Then my next two visits occurred. I ended up having scheduling issues more than once (they had wrong appointment days or times on three occasions). I was originally told I would need three visits. When I explained I could not take time off work for three visits, they set up two. When I came back for my second visit (which was the next morning), the doctor asked me why I didnt just do everything in one visit. I explained to him I was told I couldnt. The staff would stop to hold personal conversations while treating me. The hygienist stopped to have a discussion with the office manager about her scheduled vacation and then complained to me about how they were short staffed. Im all for having conversation, but staff shouldnt be holding personal conversations amongst themselves before their patients. There was a high level of disorganization and a sense that the main goal was to usher in and out as many patients as possible. I think Aspen would be a decent place to turn to in a dental emergency, but not for continued, preventative care.

From walking in the door to walking out my experience was awesome. The receptionist was very nice and accommodating; helping me plug in my oxygen machine and phone charger while I waited. My wait time was quite short. Jessica was helpful as well, making sure my chargers got plugged in and asking if I needed anything while I wait. The doc was knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything. Checkout with Jessica was smooth. We talked about all my options. She’s aware of my limited income and she explained all the options that are available to me. I appreciate everyone’s willingness to make sure I was fully aware of what was expected. I left very happy knowing I can go forward with obtaining new dentures. I would definitely recommend this dental business to everyone. Thank you, Aspen Dental, for a great experience.

The staff was very friendly - that stood out to me the most at first. I felt like I was being treated by close friends. I was there for an emergency appointment that I made the day before, so I wasnt sure what I was signing up for at first and was very nervous.My questions were answered, I received a diagnosis, I got treated politely, carefully, and professionally, and I went on my way with a solution in hand. I was there from 7:15 until around 9:30 but I wasnt upset about it. I get that dentist and doctors offices arent fast food restaurants, so I dont expect to be in and out of there lightning fast. Truthfully, thats preferred, imo. Not to mention, COVID is still a thing...Thanks for the great experience!

I showed up 15 minutes early since I am a new patient. My appointment was at 3:30 and didn’t get taken in the back until 3:53. Didn’t get to see dental hygienist until 4:20. Entire office and bathroom was filthy disgusting. Smelled of sewer. And feel like I need antibiotics and a tetanus shot. Only positive experience was Becky.

This is the first time I have ever been to an Aspen Dental office. I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the office staff, the Dentist/Doctor, and the hygienists who saw me during my appointment! Also, they are very flexible with scheduling follow-up appointments and future checkups. I would highly recommend this Aspen office (or any Aspen Dental office) for anyone needing to see a dentist.

In the last 7 years I have been to 2 other Dental Facilities. The best was very good but fell of the grid when the original owner sold the Property. The new owners changed the business in a less than good way. Second one was not as Professional, only in it for the money. Aspen is the best and most professional outfit. They are also very good in treating their clients very friendly. I suggest if you need dental help See Aspen.

First off I had to WAIT 30 min past my appointment time just to get checked in on Wed, March 24, 2021! Didnt like that!The Dr was very rough at extracting my upper L back tooth! She drilled n dug n drilled n dug some more but could not get all of it, leaving a piece in there!! It has been 11 days and I am STILL in a lot of pain!Sunday the 28th of March I was a 10 on the scale of 1-10! I called the emergency number on the paper they gave me at discharge. I gave my name, number n all the information they needed. They said someone would get in touch with me but NOBODY ever CALLED!Aspen Dental called Monday VERY EARLY before I was up. I was not able to wake to talk to them at that time because I had just fallen asleep because of the pain until a couple hours before they CALLED! I ask them to call me back after noon. No one ever called. I called them. Dr wasnt in that day! Shed have the Dr call on Tuesday! No one called! I called again n was told they could refer me to an oral surgeon! That would take days to get in to! I needed help NOW! I am very dissatisfied with the the services I have received so far from Aspen Dental! Not to SURE I want to go on April 7th to get the other tooth worked on! Its on the other side so I dont want to be having pain on BOTH sides that I can NOT get under CONTROL!! Not a Happy Customer! I went here on a word of mouth recommendation from a very close friend who boasts about then on the regular. That’s where the good things stopped with this place. I had an appointment at 3 and was there at 250 to check in and fill out paperwork. I was left there waiting until 330 before anyone saw me. Then I was directed to the X-ray rooms, no one told me what was going on. Just sit here and let me put these incredibly uncomfortable metal and plastic things in your mouth. It ended up cutting the bottom part of my mouth. After the X-rays I was led to the actual dental chair and the rudest dentist came in to examine my X-rays and to tell me what I needed done per his suggestions.. Suggestions is a term I use lightly. I had a few cavities, needed two root canals due to chipped teeth and one that needed to be pulled all together. I voiced my concern about root canals and asked if they can just pull those two teeth as well and put in implants. The dentist flat out told me no , left the room and told me a hygienist will be in to see me. Again I was left to wait 30-40min before anyone walked in to see me. She basically told me to stop drinking orange juice and ginger ale that’s it. I only drink one cup a day as is. I was then led to the exit consult on price and procedures. I don’t have insurance so I completely understood it would be expensive and out of pocket. I was not expecting $10,000 worth of treatment. I kindly said I saw an advertisement about first time clients with no insurance get 20% off. She took off the 20% and then said I needed to sign up for their credit card to make payments. I don’t have the best credit as my husband is the primary in our household and I am a homemaker. The interest rate was 29.99%. I ended up walking out of there with no future plan on going back. On top of a bad experience, since my family and I are new to the area, we all went together and they stayed in the car waiting. Thinking it would only be 30min to an hour. Not knowing I would be in there 2 1/2 3 hours for a simple check up. I got nothing done but X-rays, told what needed to be done, told I need to stop drinking oj/ginger ale, and told it was be outrageously expensive.

Horrible place with the liars. After assuring the cost of x-ray for the new customer is free, they charged almost $200 my insurance company and asking another $50 for free service. Stay away from this place if you do not want to get robbed by the liars.

I am a 59 year old who with all due respect hate dentist. Have only had two in my life that made me feel warm and fuzzy. Aspen was too rough! Also, they had someone in the same room getting new dentures with fluids, mine and hers flying everywhere! There was a small wall but did not stop me from hearing the whole conversation and seeing the staff involved with the other person!

I don’t normally leave reviews but I had a really wonderful experience with everyone at Aspen Dental in Beavercreek, OH. They got me in for an emergency quadruple wisdom tooth extraction within 24 hours. Everyone on their team was incredibly helpful every step of the way. Dr Mohammad Khoshnevisan (and I regret that I didn’t catch the name of the other practitioner that was assisting him that day) were professional, kind as heck, transparent, and made the whole process as painless and easy as possible.Definitely recommend. And Aspen Dental; give those people raises!

My mother called me crying today. She has spent almost $4000 at Aspen Dental in the last month. She went in today for a much needed follow up appointment. They told her her balance is $200. She did not have that on her today, so they refused to see her. Again, she recently spent $4000 here. Do not use this business. They do not care about their customers, only their profit. Do the dentist know this is how the office is being ran? Sickening that in these worrisome and unknown times that a business can be so greedy as to not give care to someone in need over $200.

My appointment was at noon I got there 15 minutes early and they got me in at about 12:30 to 12:45. The first thing the staff did when I signed in was call my insurance to find out what they would pay for. After spending my insurance money on xrays they put me in a room. The Dentist came in introduced himself and asked me what I was there for. I told him that I was there to have my Crown recemented back on. He then left and I never saw him again. About 5 minutes later a woman came in told me to bring my purse and my Crown and come with her, I thought I was going to another room, but instead she was taking me to pay out. At that point I said wait a minute no ones cemented my Crown on yet! It turns out that the dentist had left for lunch! The manager told me she would get the other dentist to glue my Crown on, then someone came in the room to tell me that it was going to cost me $190 for something that took 10 minutes! I think she was hoping I would just leave but I had a tooth without a Crown on it making it hard to eat and nowhere else to go. Finally the second dentist glued it on. I paid and left about 2 hours after my original appointment time. I was very disappointed with the way my first dentist just walked off the job, the way they were going to take my money for nothing, the long wait, and the costs for just having to glue on a Crown.

Made an appointment to have a broken tooth pulled or fixed, got an exam was then told that they would check with the office manager on if they could pull it that day and was told I needed to have an extensive root planing done before they could do anything and that was from my visit in January. Im not sure how January got brought into pulling my tooth that day. They dont discuss with you, they tell you what they are going to do and show you what it costs and tell you to come back when youre ready to do THEIR plan. They are only concerned with making money and not treating or considering what the patient wants. I would avoid at all costs, I still have a broken tooth and am looking for a dentist when I return home in a month!

The customer service at the office is great and they do a good job cleaning. However, I triple check before I have anything done to make sure insurance will cover it and that I only have the copay of $5. And I kid you not the 2 times my husband and I went in for cleanings weve received ridiculous bills. Aspen dental claims 3 different things are supposed to be my copay per the insurance company. I call the insurance company and they tell me that Ive been billed incorrectly and only have the $5 copay. These disputes last 6 months and Aspen NEVER calls back to follow up on my previous call. I am not and will not pay an extra $100 per person out of pocket for a simple cleaning. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

This place would have received a higher score had I not had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Tara. She was the worst customer service representative I have ever come across. She was rude, condescending and had no urgency about her at all. If this is who they are choosing to put as the first impression of their company I’m going to assume they don’t care very much. If I had another option I would not have gone with Aspen dental based on my experience with her. After getting through all of that with her the rest of the experience was good. Jessica, though hard to get in touch with, was nice and ready to help me get through the process. The nurses and dr day off were very professional and made me feel comfortable.

Went in cause in pain didn’t pull the teeth I needed pulled only did X-ray to tell me what needed done have to wait till June and wanted to charge 1200$ and 600 just to get a payment plan I waited all a day to have it done and was to late to find someone else to do it so still in pain I talk for a living so I can barley speak cause they wouldn’t pulled my wisdom teeth never have I been to a place that wouldn’t pull it right there if there wasn’t an infection not impressed and I was told it would be taken care of that day on the phone Donnie I have to wait longer and find someone else

Dr. Sutherland was as professional as ive seen, she went above and beyond expectations of pulling a tooth. yes we tested her strength and both agreed on more gym time, but i was very pleased. Her assistant Ashley was just as caring and comforting as the whole team. also Jessica wolfe stood out just as the whole team, providing information to a T.. love these guys. definitely coming back and highly recommend for a pain free and great environment.

Zero stars for this place..They told my wife to come in today at 5pm January 13, 2020. My wife gets off at work at 4:30. We drove 90 miles an hour to make it there on time, my wife was in so much pain and they refused her appointment they we made on the phone earlier today. We were on the phone for 7 mins 36 seconds making the appointment. The call was pulled by the upper management and they still didnt want to see her! Worst customer service ever. Long story short read the reviews for Aspen Dental because they tell a real story. I actually looked past the reviews b/c my wife was in so much pain but theyre were spot on.

I am not happy with the process of my wife receiving her Invisalign’s. The first time we show up to pick them up, the process was done wrong. The second time we show up two weeks later the Invisalign’s had not even been sent off to be corrected. Now we have another date December 3rd to have those corrected. We keep getting dates, we have paid in full, I keep missing time from work and we walk away with no product. This is not acceptable. We chose ASPEN DENTAL because we expected A+ dental service. At this point this is not happening. I expect for my wife to receive better service. At this point I feel that I have not received expert service and I need some type of confirmation that our service will be more exceptable and not excusable.

Got an appointment online and got a confirmation online for my spouse. When she went to the office, office told her that she does not have an appointment because they need to confirm online confirmation via phones. The office also lied to me that they offered to see my spouse same day for the same spot but they asked my wife to wait for a couple of hours since it is considered a walk-in appointment.

Very good experience. The Dr. was amazing. Walked me through everything. When I was finished with him the receptionist walked me through my treatment plan step by step and was able to set up an appointment for my next visit that worked perfectly with my schedule. Completely satisfied.

The treatment was excellent, the folks were nice, everything was done very quickly, but Im a tad concerned about the shared air space during covid. It seemed very full of people and not enough distance. I went to an ophthalmology office and their practices were far more aggressive. Ive thought about it quite a bit after treatment.

My experience so far was very good. I didnt like what the dentist had to say or how much it will cost but the staff was professional and courteous. Their dental hygienist is amazing!!! Not a fan of dental cleanings and scrapings but she was understanding, compassionate, and as gentle as she could be. Thank you for caring so much about your patients.

When I was a child, I fell on my face and broke my front tooth, and it stayed chipped for several years. I finally got it fixed by a dentist, but he didnt use the right color and didnt smooth it enough, so it always looked a little off, and I could feel it. About two months ago, I chipped that tooth with a metal spoon, so I finally decided to find a new dentist. I hadnt been to one in years, and I had other issues with my teeth that needed addressed.For my first visit at Aspen Dental, the dental assistant gave me a full set of x-rays, covering every angle of my teeth. After that, the dentist, Dr. Clemente, discussed with me what needed done and what he would advise. He took time to go over everything with me and seemed very down to earth and like he actually saw me as a person, not like what some people assume about dentists just wanting money. Then I went over the payment with a very nice receptionist, who discussed payment options and how much would be owed that day, etc. She gave me a discount since I was a new patient and did not have dental insurance, which I appreciated.Ive been back there several times now to get my dental work done, including getting my front tooth fixed again. Dr. Clemente did such a wonderful job that it hasnt looked that good since I was a child, before it was ever chipped. The color matched perfectly, and he smoothed it enough to where I cant feel it overlapping my natural tooth. I also had to get a couple of broken teeth and wisdom teeth removed, so on the first week he did my left side. He patted my shoulder, reassuringly, and told me that I would be fine since he knew that I was very nervous and scared about it. He numbed me up so good that I couldnt feel any pain whatsoever until about 6 hours later that evening. After the first day, I didnt have to take pain medication at all.For my next extractions on my right side, they were a bit harder to remove, I had more bleeding, and it hurt more. After a couple of days, the pain was getting worse and not better, so I called the office. It turns out, the office closes early on Fridays, so I was put through to the after hours dentist, which was Dr. Clemente. I apologized for bothering him, and he laughed a little and said no, he was sorry for not getting back with me sooner. He called in a prescription for antibiotics for me, and he told me if I wasnt feeling better by Monday to call the office. Luckily I was feeling a little better by Monday and much better by Tuesday.I even had to take my 7-year-old daughter to most of my appointments, and Dr. Clemente seemed very tolerant of her and even answered how to spell Easter for her and told her that her mom couldnt talk for a bit. I was impressed with him for that too because it had to make things a bit more difficult for him and his staff.I have recommended Dr. Clemente and Aspen Dental to my friends and family, and I would recommend them to everyone. I just wish I would have found him sooner, and I wouldnt have dreaded going to the dentist for years. For every dental visit, I was in and out of the office in around one hour, sometimes less. As soon as I was called back, the dentist was right there, not keeping me waiting. He always told me to let him know if I felt any discomfort, but he seems genuine and makes you feel like you can trust him.

Actually it was I Rickey Shepherd, Jennifers boyfriend who visited aspen dental in beavercreek Ohio yesterday. I had the pleasure of dealing with Dr Southerland she is awesome!! She had me smiling, laughing, and very assuring that everything would be taken care of concerning my new partial that I recently bought and had had someone else at that practice adjust it ,whom didnt do a very good job at it either. Without any excuse or asking who or placing any blame , she took control and gave me the exceptional service I am use to when dealing with this particular place. I also wanted to mention that Dr. Southerland is very good at what she does and as far as Im concerned can hold her own with Dr Clemente who happens to be one of the best.

I am not pleased with Aspen Dental. I went in 6 months ago to start the process of getting bottom dentures. I had to have several teeth pulled and was told it would take 6 months before my mouth healed and I would get my permanent dentures. Placed in my mouth at that time was a set of dentures that I went back weekly to have liners put in. I told the technicians that the teeth hurt my mouth and had me tongue tied. Sometimes they listened and sometimes they did not. I went in this week to have impressions made. I assumed the permanent dentures would fit better only to be told that the dentures I have had in my mouth for the past 6 months are my permanent dentures. I am angry and not pleased with Aspen dental at all. I paid over $2000 for these dentures and would never refer anyone to go to them.

Very pleased with services received. Dentists and staff are friendly and professional. They were ready for me when I arrived for my appts. They explain everything and give you an opportunity to ask questions. At no time did I feel they were recommending procedures I didnt need. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

The staff was very nice and pleasant. Nurse was very patient because my 81 year old mother was the patient and did not understand a lot going on . Her and doctor made my mother and I comfortable and got through her appointment and scheduled her next appointment for dental work .
