The staff is super helpful. They are good on educating how to do specific therapies and providing homework go gain strength. They also are super friendly! I also appreciate the ease of scheduling.

I had had surgical repairs of my right rotor cuff tendons which resulted in the need for physical therapy to regain full motion in my right arm. My Wife had spoken with someone that she knew had experienced a similar condition and they recommended Nova Care located in the Chippewa Plaza, Chippewa, PA. My personal experience there has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment of my initial visit, speaking with Receptionist, Melisa Ream, through completion of the prescription, the care that I had received was very warm, inviting and professional. The entire staff, lead by Amanda Grater, was very well trained and knowledgeable. They were very patient, kind, and compassionate in their approach to performing the required therapy, yet assertive when necessary. They truly care about the patients ability to fully recover to the best of their ability and to prevent further or repeated injury. I can honestly say that without the care that I had received from this NovaCare facility, I would not have been able to recover as well and as quickly as I have. I owe my recovery, in most part, to the staff at NovaCare. Physical Therapists, Amanda Grater, Heidi Hoffman and Sarah Tresky, and visiting Student, Riley Drahnak, have proven themselves to be extremely knowledgeable in their profession and reflect great credit upon NovaCare. It is without hesitation that I give NovaCare my highest recommendation for all of your Physical Therapy and Wellness needs.

First visit with Amanda the PT was wonderful. She was very thorough and explained everything that was going on. The facility is very clean and covid precautions were taken. I’ll be going back for my therapies.

I have been to NovaCare for treatment of a few different injuries. Amanda and all the staff are always friendly and helpful.They even called months after I finished therapy, just to check on my progress.I would recommend visiting them treat an injury before you decide on a surgery or invasive treatment.

Rachel Smith, PT, and the rest of the staff at Novacare in Chippewa have been wonderful. Everyone is so well organized, caring, and so friendly. This is a very busy facility and everyone is compliant to provide a sanitary environment to spraying and wiping disinfectant on all the equipment and accessories for Covid 19 protection. I have been going to NovaCare in Chippewa for pt on my knee after replacement surgery. Amanda and Heidi have actually made going to therapy enjoyable. Its an extremely nice atmosphere with wonderful staff that made rehab a pleasant experience. I met many other clients that all shared the same sentiments. If your looking for a great pt location this one is superior in my opinion. I would give them 10 stars if possible.

If you’ve had knee replacement surgery you know it’s a commitment to work hard with physical therapy to get back to normal. The staff at the Chippewa NovaCare facility make it easy. The therapists explain what they’re doing and why. While you’re working on your injury others are too. The therapists are alert to all. But more importantly they make it fun. Chit chat is great. It’s like a big happy family. You work hard and the ice reward is worth it.

This is my second time going to physical therapy for the same injury. First time to Nova. I have been very impressed with the care that has been provided. I am doing different exercises that I did not do at another company. I would recommend trying out Nova and see for yourself!

Ive been going to NovaCare for PT 3-2x a week for work on my Achilles’ tendon. I’ve only had 3 sessions so far and not only do I notice a difference in my ankle but also with my knees! I have been going to Nova Care for several months now for therapy following a shower of strokes. I have seen both Amanda Grater and Heidi Hoffman along with other workers there and they are excellent along with the office receptionists Melissa and Michelle who are friendly and accommodating as can be for your schedule. Amanda the MPT/Physical Therapist/Clinic Manager has an extreme wealth of knowledge and experience and it is very evident from the start she knows how to help you from a physical therapy angle and she will modify and personalize treatment as needed. This place and the people are highly impressive and they are caring and very competent for all ages. I highly recommend NovaCare in Chippewa Twp., BeaverFalls, PA. They know how to encourage you, show you what to do, explain the problem, etc. It is a pleasure to rate the staff and this very nice facility a 5 out of 5.

I have been going to Nova the last month and a half from day one I felt very welcomed and there willingness to help me and work around my crazy work schedule has been very helpful! If in the future I have to us a facility for physical therapy with out a doubt i will use them agian and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Chippewa is one of the best rehab places Ive been to. All the staff are very friendly, they take time to listen to what you have to say and they work hard with you to get better.
