This place is definitely dated and the workers are unprofessional. On day one I got a bad taste in my mouth as we sat there for hours just waiting to get my grandpas admission paperwork filled out. Medic Rescue brought him in and no one really even cared to check on him. They weren’t going to give him dinner until I asked For food for him. With in the first week I had To continually tell them that they were giving his medication wrong. After this first week i began a search for a new facility with an open bed (as we only came here because this was our only choice) His second week there they went into quarantine for the flu then the pandemic. They were terrible about updating families about the patient and when i called they seemed like I was a bother when asking how he was doing. They never called me to say he was going downhill and he ended up passing away. This has been the worst experience at a facility to date between him and my grandma and I feel Like I’m left with so many unanswered questions. Also I thought more than one worker there was a patient from the way they were dressed. Absolutely unprofessional!! The best people I talked to was our social worker and the girl in the business office they were helpful!

This place is a joke.. I wasnt getting my medicine on time and i was supposed to take them at 9 am and i didnt get them til 1 pm.. I get seizures and it was very important for me to get them. I asked the nurse to ask the RN to get them to me and i told her at 1130 and didnt recieve them til 1 pm. I suggest NOT to have you put your loved ones in there. If i couldve put no stars i wouldve.

This place is THE BEST rehab around. My 96-year-old mother fell and fractured her pelvis and basically could not move. The fantastic care and great therapist there got her up and walking in three weeks. Between the great nursing staff and therapist both physical and occupational they did an outstanding job. They all work together as a team and treated my mother like family. Any questions I would ask they were always there to answer and never minded taking the time to make sure we understood everything. Over the years we have had many experiences with the tremendous treatment with my wife’s mother and father and two uncles and aunt at Beaver Valley nursing and rehab. We can’t thank them enough. Sincerely John Santillo

Do not use this facility. There is very little regard for patient care. Way understaffed. This was our 4th choice as were left with no other choice.

Saw my moms home only had 1 star on google what!! all cus of some random person who didnt even write anything. Not cool!! So here I am to say that dont let that fool you! Its a very nice facility and my mom likes it there a lot I think. she has dementia so its a little loopy sometimes but she always seems very happy when we visit and the staff treat her very respectfully even when she forgets. overall I think it is a nice place for your loved ones to stay and google should see that!

The staff is nice but the facility isnt kept up at all.peeling paint extreme holes in the walls if patience rooms, food is beyond bad, sevred cold and no microwaves in building to reheat a patience meals if they r not able to eat immediately. My mom had both hips replaced in a two month time because she has fallen and broken them and her left femur. They dont have her following surgeons orders to wear the knee brace in bed keep her leg straight ,she has pressure sores and bed sores now. She suffering from dementia has heart disease, high cholesterol, high BP, had 6massive heart attacks, 2strokes,6 stence , diverticulitis acid reflux and recently developed high sugar...and her dinner was brought in.. It was canned chef Boyardee ravioli and mashed up mixed beans. Now why would they serve that to anyone with all her conditions? They dont provide healthy or nutritious diets at all. There is no pain management because she waits hrs for her meds so her pain is out of control and constant most days.I have went on 2different occasions to find my mom by herself walking around with a walker unassisted..and asleep in a chair and her bed with nothing to keep her from falling again and she is an extreme fall risk..the 1st day this happened I got there at a little b4 3:30 pm and not a single person came in that room to check on her until coming to see why I rang the call button (which was at 7:35 pm) they came in at 8:17pm I said my mom needed her pain meds she was crying so badly.. They brought them in at a little b4 9pm...by then her pain was out of control and she had laid in that room for 4hours without a single caretaker checking her...this is no place to take anyone who cant fend for themselves or verbalize what they need or want...there are cob webs in along the walls and ceiling which I pointed out to housekeeping on day one and today is the 6th day there and those can webs which are so thick and heavy a bird could nest in them r still there.
