Refused standard of care treatment to my patient. sent 3 appeals before they admitted to having received my appeal- I would definitely NOT recommend this pharmacy or their related insurers to any of my patients

Their website is almost as bad as their coverage. Its absolutely useless. Perpetual runs rounds, scripts not getting filled, takes forever to get someone on the phone, and no one will tell us why medications arent being covered when they were listed as being covered. I wish Google had an option to leave 0 stars because Script Care deserves that and nothing more.

Call center rep actually gave a huge sigh because our problem was just too much for her. Couldn’t be bothered lol...
